DIVING MASK SYSTEM
20190118917 · 2019-04-25 ·

A diving mask system is disclosed comprising a faceplate having a lateral partition on an interior surface delineating an upper and lower section, the lower section comprising a region that extends away from the upper section and includes at least one cutout section fitted with a complementary-shaped flexible insert that enables a user to grasp the nose. The faceplate further includes a rigid annular support frame either bonded to or extending out from a backside of said flange, the frame being configured within the outer periphery of said flange. A flexible annular sidewall skirt is attached to the support frame. The flexible skirt includes a lateral nose piece section attached to the partition. The lateral nose piece section having an inlet aperture and check valve for inhaled air, and an orifice through which an exhalation conduit having a separate check valve extends from the lower chamber to a snorkel device forming a passageway for exhaled air to pass through the upper chamber to the snorkel device. A quick-release clasp mechanism attached to the mask's elastic retention straps is also disclosed

A snorkeling tube structure with a tube body and a partition portion is provided. The tube body is formed along an axis and has an outer surface and an inner surface which encircles the axis to define an air passage; the axis includes a curved section. The partition portion is formed integrally with the tube body along the axis, and disposed on the inner surface of tube body to divide the air passage into an intake passage and an outtake passage. A method of manufacturing a snorkeling tube structure is also provided, including the following steps: forming a parison including a first passage and a second passage; placing the parison in a mold cavity; injecting air into the first and second passages to inflate the parison towards a wall of the mold cavity; and removing the inflated parison from the mold to get a snorkeling tube structure.

Full Face Snorkel Mask
20190023366 · 2019-01-24 ·

A full-face snorkel mask includes a mask assembly having a breathing chamber and a snorkel assembly having a fresh air intake channel and an exhaust air discharging channel. The fresh air intake channel guides fresh air into the breathing chamber and the exhaust air discharging channel discharges waste air from the breathing chamber. During snorkeling, fresh air is supplied via the fresh air intake channel to the breathing chamber for a user and the waste air exhaled from the user is discharged from the breathing chamber to the exhaust air discharging channel. Therefore, fresh air is separated from the waste air to prevent the user from repeatedly inhaling the waste air in the breathing chamber.

Fresh-Aire Safety Snorkel

A snorkel having an elongated inhalation tube with a first end and a second end, the first end of the elongated inhalation tube having an opening that freely admits air flow into the snorkel. The snorkel also has an elbow-shaped conduit with at least one open end removably securable to the second end of the elongated inhalation tube. A mouthpiece is removably securable to the elbow-shaped conduit, wherein the mouthpiece includes a chamber with a middle opening, a left end opening and a right end opening. The snorkel includes a plurality of one-way valves that can direct air and water flow in and out of the snorkel such that only fresh air is breathed in by a user. Additionally, the snorkel has a clip located along the second end of the elongated tube to removably secure the snorkel to a face mask.

A full face scuba mask system includes a full face scuba mask that is worn underwater. The full face scuba mask has a regulator portion and a visor portion. The regulator portion includes a regulator and an air hose. The air hose is configured to be fluidly coupled to an air source thereby facilitating a diver to breathe underwater. A valve is coupled to the air hose and the valve is positioned between the regulator and the air source. The valve is selectively positioned between an on position and an off position to selectively allow and restrict a flow of air into the regulator. A snorkel unit is movably coupled to the full face scuba mask. The snorkel unit extends out of water when the diver is near a surface of the water. Thus, the diver may breathe atmospheric air when the diver is underwater.

BREATHABLE MASK FOR SNORKELING AND BREATHING TUBE THEREOF

A breathable mask for snorkeling, including a body and a breathing tube connected with the body and including a tube body, is provided. The tube body has an upper end portion and a lower end portion opposite to the lower end portion, and further has an interior being longitudinally partitioned into an intake conduit and an exhaust conduit. The tube body is connected to the body through the lower end portion so that the breathing tube is suitably in fluid communication with an interior of the body. The upper end portion has an air inlet for inhaled air entering therethrough and flowing along the intake conduit to the lower end portion. An exhaust one-way valve is provided between the upper end portion and the lower end portion for exhaled air flowing into the exhaust conduit from the lower end portion and to be discharged outwards through the exhaust one-way valve.

FULL FACE MASK AND SNORKEL

A full face mask and snorkel can include a full face mask and a rigid snorkel attached to the side of the mask. The side location of the ridged snorkel avoids peripheral ducting of air around the full face mask. The full face mask includes a main peripheral full face seal coupled to the mask's rigid support structure. The full face mask includes a separation seal dividing the full face mask into at least an upper chamber. The snorkel is affixed to the side of the full face mask at a location proximate to where the separation seal meets the main seal. A full face mask and snorkel can also include an exhalation valve located within the snorkel and proximate to the mask so as to avoid a volume of respirated air within the snorkel from being reinhaled into the lower chamber of the full face mask.
