MACHINE FOR MAKING LIQUID OR SEMI-LIQUID FOOD PRODUCTS
Described is a machine for making liquid or semi-liquid food products, including a first container for processing a liquid or semi-liquid base product defining a processing chamber and a stirrer for mixing the product of the first processing container. The machine also includes a plurality of detection devices designed to detect a quantity or an operating parameter of said machine and to generate a signal representative of the quantity or of the operating parameter. The machine includes a processing and control unit configured to receive the representative signals and to derive an operating condition of the machine based on the signals. The machine also includes a user interface connected to the processing and control unit and comprising a single control operable by an operator to selectively perform power on and power off of the machine.

MICRO PUREE MACHINE
A micro puree machine including a housing, a power shaft, a bowl assembly and a platform. The power shaft extends from the housing. The bowl assembly including at least one locking bowl element. The platform includes at least one complementary locking platform element that is configured to engage the at least one locking bowl element such that rotation of the bowl assembly relative to the platform is prevented at times the bowl assembly is positioned thereon. The platform is rotatable from a first position to a second position relative to the housing such that the platform raises the bowl assembly towards the power shaft during the rotation of the bowl assembly and platform. The raising of the bowl assembly facilitates connection between the power shaft and a blade assembly that is positioned in a lid assembly on the bowl assembly.

Circular equipment with automatic unmolding for popsicle production and method for popsicle production
The equipment of the invention comprises a toroidal channel-shaped freezing tank containing coolant superimposed on a circular crown-shaped rotary mold holder, formed by a plurality of sectors affixed to the periphery of one traction disc driven by a stepper motor, said sectors having rectangular openings into which molds engage, whose lower portions are immersed in the coolant. At the bottom of the channel there is a rigid pipe provided with a plurality of holes through which jets of coolant are released under pressure. The popsicle release means comprise a radially oriented niche within said tank and a vertically displaceable housing which, in the upper position, accommodates a mold and a perforated horizontal pipe which releases jets of heated fluid against the mold cups.
FROZEN CONFECTION MACHINE
Apparatuses, systems, and methods are disclosed for eliminating or greatly reducing the cleaning process of frozen confection apparatus or machines by having the comestible mixture contained in a flexible container or bag. The comestible mixture is chilled and/or frozen and dispensed from the bag without contacting other parts of the machine, thereby helping to prevent the comestible mixture from being contaminated with bacterial, viral, chemical, or physical contaminants.

Stirring Apparatus for Direct Expansion Evaporator of Ice Cream or Yogurt Machine
The stirring apparatus includes a stirring beater configured to be coaxially disposed in a mixing chamber of a freezing cylinder in a rotatable manner for pushing a mixture flowed in the mixing chamber in an inner spiral manner, and one or more scraper blades. The stirring beater includes one or more helical stirring paddles supported by a central frame and spirally extended along a length of the mixing chamber. The one or more scraper blades are mounted along the one or more helical stirring paddles respectively to define a helical diameter matching with an inner diameter of the mixing chamber of the freezing cylinder such that each of the one or more scraper blades is capable of scrapping against an inner surface of the freezing cylinder while a rotation of the stirring beater within the mixing chamber of the freezing cylinder
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF COOLED EDIBLE PRODUCTS
Provided is a novel system, machines and consumables, and method for preparation of cooled edible products from their ingredients, for example, in a portioned amount constituting a defined number of servings which may be 1, 2, 3, etc. are provided. One example of such an edible product is ice cream.
