A method of producing such frozen aerated confectionery product and the products obtainable from the method are also part of the present invention.

Process for the production of sugar-free Ice Cream
The invention relates to a process for producing ice-cream which is free from sugar, especially contains less than 1 wt.-%, preferably less than 0.5 wt.-% sugar, which especially comprises glucose, sucrose, fructose, lactose and maltose. Further, the invention relates to ice-cream produced by the process.

The connection between the storage tanks and the batch freezing chamber is accomplished by an intake having a plurality of side inputs connected to respective storage tanks and an additional input made in a cover of the intake and connected to a further storage tank in such a way as to allow at least two storage tanks to be superposed on each other.
