A micro puree machine including a housing, a power shaft, a bowl assembly and a platform. The power shaft extends from the housing. The bowl assembly including at least one locking bowl element. The platform includes at least one complementary locking platform element that is configured to engage the at least one locking bowl element such that rotation of the bowl assembly relative to the platform is prevented at times the bowl assembly is positioned thereon. The platform is rotatable from a first position to a second position relative to the housing such that the platform raises the bowl assembly towards the power shaft during the rotation of the bowl assembly and platform. The raising of the bowl assembly facilitates connection between the power shaft and a blade assembly that is positioned in a lid assembly on the bowl assembly.

A lid assembly for use with a micro puree machine including a lid, a clip mechanism, and a release mechanism. The defines an axis. The clip mechanism is movable between an inward position and an outward position relative to the axis of the lid. The release mechanism is positionable relative to the clip mechanism between a home position and a release position and is operable to move the clip mechanism between the inward position and the outward position. At times the release mechanism is positioned toward the home position, the clip mechanism is moved toward the inward position. At times the release mechanism is positioned toward the release position, the clip mechanism is moved toward the outward position. The clip lever is operable to cause the clip mechanism to engage with or disengage from the blade assembly during installation and removal of bowl assembly from a micro puree machine.

The undercut includes an engagement surface that extends outwards from a central axis of the central support hub and is configured to receive and retain a clip mechanism.

A cooling control device comprises a compressor, a condenser, a material reservoir evaporator, a freezing cylinder refrigeration inlet conduit, and a freezing cylinder refrigeration outlet conduit. An outlet end of the condenser is connected to a condenser outlet pipe. The condenser outlet pipe is in communication with three branch pipes, which are a freezing cylinder refrigeration pipe, a material reservoir pre-cooling pipe and a material reservoir freshness-preserving pipe arranged in parallel. The freezing cylinder refrigeration pipe is in communication with the freezing cylinder refrigeration inlet conduit. The material reservoir pre-cooling pipe and the material reservoir freshness-preserving pipe are in communication with an inlet end of the material reservoir evaporator. An outlet end of the material reservoir evaporator and the freezing cylinder refrigeration outlet conduit are respectively in communication with the compressor. The cooling control device can separate a pre-cooling mode and a freshness-preserving mode for a material reservoir.

The disclosed invention is an insulating device to protect frozen confections and is supported by a receptacle, for example an ice cream cone. The device includes a dome portion, a clamp, and a clamp attachment. The dome portion comprises a concave portion that faces the frozen confection held in the receptacle, to which the insulating device is clamped. The clamp attachment attaches the clamp to the dome portion and comprises a ball-and-socket rotatable joint. The clamp holds the cone by attaching near the rim of the cone, and comprises sturdy, adjustable material such as metal. Embodiments contemplate varying the dome portion size, malleability of the clamp, or both from device to device, to accommodate various cone sizes and various volumes of frozen confection.
