Oily food for inhibiting migration of water in frozen confectionery
The invention addresses the problem of providing an oily food for inhibiting water migration in frozen confectionery, the oily food being highly versatile and more effective in inhibiting water migration and being capable of application by spraying. The problem can be solved by use of an oily food for inhibiting water migration in frozen confectionery, the oily food satisfying the following requirements: 1. having a yield value of 1.7 to 12 Pa at 40 C.; 2. having plastic viscosity of 70 to 260 mPa.Math.s at 40 C.; 3. having a value of yield value/plastic viscosity of 10 or greater; and 4. having an oil content of 44 to 80 wt %.
CIRCULAR EQUIPMENT WITH AUTOMATIC UNMOLDING FOR POPSICLE PRODUCTION AND METHOD FOR POPSICLE PRODUCTION
The equipment of the invention comprises a toroidal channel-shaped freezing tank (1) containing coolant superimposed on a circular crown-shaped rotary mold holder (7), formed by a plurality of sectors (7D) affixed to the periphery of one traction disc (8) driven by a stepper motor (12), said sectors having rectangular openings (7C) into which molds (9) engage, whose lower portions are immersed in the coolant. At the bottom of the channel there is a rigid pipe (4) provided with a plurality of holes (19) through which jets of coolant are released under pressure. The popsicle release means comprise a radially oriented niche (29) within said tank (1) and a vertically displaceable housing (40) which, in the upper position, accommodates a mold (9) and a perforated horizontal pipe (41) which releases jets of heated fluid against the mold cups (9).
Tableware article
A tableware article for supporting an edible item in an upright position includes a pair of bowls, a stem, and a bracing element. The stem is coupled to and extends between bottoms of the bowls so that, when a top of one of the pair of bowls is positioned on a substantially horizontal surface, the top of the other of the pair of bowls is configured to insert at least one of an item of food and a utensil. The bracing element is positioned within a respective bowl and is coupled to the bottom of the respective bowl. The bracing element is configured to support at least one of an associated item of food and an associated utensil.
Ice Cream Catcher and Dispenser for Frozen Confection Toppings
A device for reducing dripping or spillage of a frozen confection food item during the consumption of the food item that includes a catcher device which catches melting ice cream or frozen confection. There is also provided a food additive arrangement that can be used with a food dispenser to enable a food additive to be easily and conveniently mixed with the food item as the food item is being dispensed from the dispenser.
EDIBLE AND BIODEGRADABLE UTENSILS
The present disclosure describes edible and biodegradable compositions that can be made into utensils. Methods of making the utensils are also provided.
Novelty items for foods on a stick or a cone
The present invention relates generally to food items on a stick and how to keep the sticky mess off the hands, arms and surrounding area of the one eating the food. Generally food items are served on a stick or in a cone without anything to catch the mess. When frozen treats are not eaten quickly enough the food items melts and runs down the hand and arm of the one eating it and will even drop on the surrounding area creating a sticky mess. Food items that have condiments on them sometimes are so heavy with condiments that they drip down on hands, arms and the surrounding area creating a mess. These novelty items allow the user to have fun creating unique fun items with their food while keeping the mess at bay. Flowers can be created with the food item being the Stamen and the container being the body of the flower and the petals. The food parts that drop off the food item would fall in the body of the flower and be contained there allowing the user to keep eating and not worry about the mess.
Ice cream machine and a method for producing an ice cream product using an ice cream machine
The present disclosure relates to an ice cream machine having a filling zone and an emptying zone. The ice cream machine may include a rotatable unit, a mould for receiving ice cream, a stick providing arrangement, and a guiding structure arranged to prevent more than one stick from entering the groove of the mould from the stick providing arrangement. The stick providing arrangement is arranged such that a rotation of the rotatable unit causes the groove to match the position of the stick providing arrangement and thereby allow a single stick to enter the groove, wherein further rotation of the rotatable unit causes one of the sidewalls of the groove to bring the stick along the rotational movement of the rotatable unit.
Applicator for applying liquid coatings
The present invention relates to an apparatus for applying stripes of liquid coating on a confectionery product comprising a rotatable applicator for liquid coating, at least one shield positioned above the rotatable applicator to collect coating material not applied onto the product, a manifold for providing the rotatable applicator with the coating material in a liquid form, and wherein the rotatable applicator is arranged to spin about an axis which is orientated from horizontal and up to 30 deg of deviation from horizontal, and wherein the applicator has openings along it's circumference through which coating material may be projected upon spinning of the applicator. The invention also relates to a method for decorating confectionery products and to the products.
