Reinforcing bar binding machine
A reinforcing bar bending machine detachably mounts a wire reel thereto, feeds a wire from the mounted wire reel to a guide part provided at a tip portion of a binding machine main body, curls the wire at the guide part, feeds the wire around reinforcing bars to wind around reinforcing bars, cuts the wire with a wire cutting mechanism, and twists the wound wire to bind the reinforcing bars. The wire cutting mechanism is a cutter including a moveable blade configured to slide or swing to a fixed blade or to rotate inside the fixed blade and to cut the wire. The guide part is provided with a holding device to hold a cut end portion-side of the wire cut and separated in conjunction with a cutting operation of the moveable blade. The holding device bends and holds the cut end portion-side of the cut and separated wire.
Binding machine
It provides a reinforcing bar binding machine that allows binding objects such as reinforcing bars to be bound by wires with end portions of the wires directed to the binding object side. The reinforcing bar binding machine (1A) includes: a magazine (2A) in which two wires (W) are housed in a drawable manner; a curl guide unit (5A) that winds the juxtaposed wires (W) around the reinforcing bars (S); a wire feeding unit (3A) that winds the wires (W) around the reinforcing bars (S) with the curl guide unit (5A) in an operation of juxtaposing and feeding the wires (W) and winds the wires (W), which is wound around the reinforcing bars (S), around the reinforcing bars (S); and a binding unit (7A) that twists crossing portions of one end side and the other end side of each of the wires (W) wound around the reinforcing bars (S). The binding unit (7A) includes a bending portion (71) that bends the one end side and the other end side of each of the wires (W), which are wound around the reinforcing bars (S), toward the reinforcing bars (S).
Binding machine
A binding machine includes a wire feeding unit, a binding unit configured to rotate while locking the wire wound around the reinforcing bars, whereby to twist the wire, a curl guide configured to curl the fed wire, a leading guide configured to lead the curled wire to the binding unit, and a contact switch unit configured to be activated with the reinforcing bars abutting against the contact switch unit, in which the contact switch unit includes an abutting portion against which the reinforcing bars abut, and the abutting portion is provided between the curl guide and the leading guide and is provided on at least one side relative to an axis of rotation operation of the binding unit in a direction perpendicular to both a direction in which the curl guide and the leading guide are arranged.
Binding machine
A binding machine includes a wire feeding unit configured to feed two wires to be wound on an object to be bound, a wire guide configured to align the two wires in parallel, a binding unit having an engaging member in which the wires are to be engaged, and the binding unit configured to twist the wires which are wound on the object to be bound and which are engaged in the engaging member, a curl guide configured to curl the wires being fed by the wire feeding unit into a loop shape, an inductive guide configured to guide the wires curled by the curl guide toward the binding unit, and a parallel alignment regulation part configured to guide an alignment direction of the two wires to be engaged with the engaging member in a radial direction of the loop.
BINDING MACHINE
A binding machine includes: a first main unit that has a pair of grips that an operator can hold; a second main unit that has a curl guide for curling a wire around an object to be bound, and a twisting unit including a twisting shaft to twist the curled wire; and a link unit that links the first main unit and the second main unit. The grips are provided on either side of the axis line of the link unit or an extended line of the axis line as seen from the operator side when the operator is holding the grips to manipulate.
BINDING MACHINE
A rebar binding machine comprises a curl guide that causes a wire to curl, a torsion part including a torsion shaft for twisting the curled wire, and a pair of grips that can be grasped by an operator. The grips are provided to the two axial sides of the torsion shaft as viewed from the operator side when the operator grasps the grips to perform an operation, and it is possible to change the height of the grips in the axial direction of the torsion shaft.
Rebar tying machine
The disclosure herein discloses a rebar tying machine. The rebar tying machine may include a feed motor, a current sensor configured to detect a current flowing through the feed motor, and a control unit configured to control an operation of the feed motor. The rebar tying machine may be configured to perform: a feeding-out process in which a wire is fed out around rebars by driving the feed motor, a gripping process in which a vicinity of a tip of the wire is gripped, a pulling-back process in which the wire is pulled back by driving the feed motor, a cutting process in which the wire is cut, and a twisting process in which the wire is twisted. The control unit may be configured to determine a diameter of the rebars based on a history of a current value flowing through the feed motor in the pulling-back process.
Rebar tying tool
A rebar tying tool may include a controller configured to selectively execute one of a plurality of control modes including a single-action control mode and a repetitive-action control mode. While the controller executes the single-action control mode, a tying mechanism may perform a tying operation in response to an activation of a manipulation member by a user. While the controller executes the repetitive-action control mode, the tying mechanism may perform the tying operation in response to a detection of the at least one of rebars by a detection mechanism.
Wire tying tool
An apparatus for twist tying wire around intersecting rebar bars. The apparatus is configured to receive and discharge precut wire segments, form and wrap the wire around the rebar, and twist the wire securely around the rebar. The user merely positions the tool at the rebar intersection, release a wire segment into the work end of the tool, and with a single fluid motion move a slide mechanism up to bend the wire segment around the rebar and twist it about itself to tie the rebar together.
Binding machine
A reinforcing bar binding machine includes a magazine in which two wires are housed in a drawable manner; a curl guide unit that winds the juxtaposed wires around the reinforcing bars and a wire feeding unit that winds the wires around the reinforcing bars with the curl guide unit in an operation of juxtaposing and feeding the wires so that the wires are wound around the reinforcing bars. In addition, the binding machine includes a binding unit that twists crossing portions of one end side and the other end side of each of the wires wound around the reinforcing bars. The binding unit further includes a bending portion that bends the one end side and the other end side of each of the wires, which are wound around the reinforcing bars, toward the reinforcing bars.
