BINDING MACHINE
It provides a reinforcing bar binding machine which reduces restrictions on a moving direction of the reinforcing bar binding machine in an operation of pulling out a reinforcing bar bound with a wire. A reinforcing bar binding machine (1A) includes a curl guide unit (5A) that winds a wire (W) around a reinforcing bar (S), a wire feeding unit (3A) that feeds the wire (W), and a binding unit (7A) that twists crossing portions between one end and the other end of the wire (W) wound around the reinforcing bar (S). The curl guide unit (5A) includes a first guide unit (50) that curls the wire (W) fed by the feeding unit (3A) and a second guide unit (51) that guides the wire (W) fed from the first guide unit (50) to the binding unit (7A), and the second guide unit (51) includes a fixed guide unit (54) that restricts a position in a radial direction of the wire (W) wound around the reinforcing bar (S) and a movable guide unit (55) that restricts a position in an axial direction of the wire (W) wound around the reinforcing bar (S).
BINDING MACHINE
A binding machine includes: a holding portion configured to hold a tip end side of a cured wire rod; a feed unit configured to hold a base end side of the wire rod, the tip end side of which is held by the holding portion, such that the base end side of the wire rod is able to be fed out; a twisting unit configured to twist the wire rod; and a control unit configured to control the feed unit and the twisting unit. The control unit is configured to control the feed unit to feed the wire rod when detecting a first signal, and is configured to control the twisting unit to twist the wire rod when detecting a second signal.
Tying machine
A tying machine may include a twisting mechanism configured to twist a tying string. The twisting mechanism may include a twisting motor. The tying machine may be configured to obtain torque acting on the twisting motor as a twisting torque value, and stop the twisting motor when a predetermined tying completion condition is satisfied. The tying completion condition may include that an elapsed time since a rise in the twisting torque value was detected reaches a first predetermined time.
BINDING MACHINE
It provides a reinforcing bar binding machine that allows binding objects such as reinforcing bars to be bound by wires with end portions of the wires directed to the binding object side. The reinforcing bar binding machine (1A) includes: a magazine (2A) in which two wires (W) are housed in a drawable manner; a curl guide unit (5A) that winds the juxtaposed wires (W) around the reinforcing bars (S); a wire feeding unit (3A) that winds the wires (W) around the reinforcing bars (S) with the curl guide unit (5A) in an operation of juxtaposing and feeding the wires (W) and winds the wires (W), which is wound around the reinforcing bars (S), around the reinforcing bars (S); and a binding unit (7A) that twists crossing portions of one end side and the other end side of each of the wires (W) wound around the reinforcing bars (S). The binding unit (7A) includes a bending portion (71) that bends the one end side and the other end side of each of the wires (W), which are wound around the reinforcing bars (S), toward the reinforcing bars (S).
BINDING MACHINE
A reinforcing bar binding machine includes a magazine in which two wires are housed in a drawable manner; a curl guide unit that winds the juxtaposed wires around the reinforcing bars and a wire feeding unit that winds the wires around the reinforcing bars with the curl guide unit in an operation of juxtaposing and feeding the wires so that the wires are wound around the reinforcing bars. In addition, the binding machine includes a binding unit that twists crossing portions of one end side and the other end side of each of the wires wound around the reinforcing bars. The binding unit further includes a bending portion that bends the one end side and the other end side of each of the wires, which are wound around the reinforcing bars, toward the reinforcing bars.
Knot plate for a tying machine and a tying machine comprising the knot plate
A knot plate (1) for a tying machine (3) is described. The knot plate (1) is designed as a substantially circular disc, wherein the knot plate (1) comprises: an aperture (5) arranged substantially in the middle of the knot plate (1), wherein the aperture (5) comprises a substantially circular form, and two through slots (7, 9) for receiving of a binding wire (11) arranged in the knot plate (1) substantially on opposite sides of each other in relation to the aperture (5). The knot plate (1) comprises two grooves (13, 15) for receiving the binding wire, wherein each of the two grooves (13, 15) connects one respective through slot (7, 9) of the two through slots (7, 9) with the aperture (5), each of the two grooves (13, 15) ends in the aperture (5) in a direction that coincides with substantially tangential directions of the aperture (5) so that initially the binding wire substantially follows a wall of the substantially circular formed aperture (5). A tying machine (3) comprising a knot plate (1) is also described.
BINDING MACHINE
A binding machine includes: a wire feeding unit configured to feed a wire; a curl forming unit configured to form a path along which the wire fed by the wire feeding unit is to be wound around a to-be-bound object; a butting part against which the to-be-bound object is to be butted; a cutting unit configured to cut the wire wound on the to-be-bound object; a binding unit configured to twist the wire wound on the to-be-bound object and cut by the cutting unit; and a tension applying part configured to apply tension to the wire to be cut at the cutting unit with a force higher than a force applied in a loosening direction of the wire wound on the to-be-bound object.
