Automatic system heat fusion-type binding machine for gardening and control method thereof
The present disclosure relates to a heat fusion-type binding machine for gardening, which performs a work of binding a crop and a support to each other by heat fusing a tape. The machine includes: a handle body; a tape supply unit including a tape container, and a tape guide unit; a power supply unit disposed at the handle body and supplying power for the heat fusion of the tape; a pair of arms facing each other, coupled to one side of the handle body for at least one arm to be pivotable to thus form a binding region along its inner periphery, and each having one end opened during the binding work to form an opening through which the crop and the support enter or exit the binding region; and a pivotal coupling unit pivotably coupling the other end of each of the pair of arms to the handle body.
STRAPPING TOOL WITH ENERGY-RELEASE FEATURE
The present disclosure provides a strapping tool with a scaling assembly including a die assembly and a camshaft. The camshaft includes a cam that engages a cam follower of the die assembly. The cam is shaped so rotation of the camshaft during a scaling cycle causes the cam to force the die assembly to pivot from a home position to a sealing position to form interlocking cuts in overlapping strap portions. Continued rotation of the cam results in the die assembly pivoting back to its home position during an energy-release phase and a return phase of the sealing cycle. During the energy-release phase. the shape of the cam enables the die assembly to pivot a relatively small amount as potential energy is released. During the return phase after this energy is released. the shape of the cam enables the die assembly to pivot a relatively large amount.
Handheld strapping device
Strapping devices and methods are provided. The strapping device can include a member. The strapping device can include a first actuator coupled with the member to move the member between a first position and a second position. The strapping device can include a sensor to detect an electrical characteristic of the first actuator and to transmit a signal indicative of the electrical characteristic. The strapping device can include a data processing system. The data processing system can receive the signal and determine the member is in contact with a welding component based on the electrical characteristic. The data processing system can determine the second position of the member based on the member being in contact with the welding component. The data processing system can transmit a control signal to the first actuator and a second actuator to initiate a welding cycle with the member at the second position.

Externally-Powered Strapping Tool And A Strapping Tool Assembly Utilized Therein
Disclosed herein is an externally-powered strapping tool that includes a strapping tool assembly configured to perform one or more strapping operations; and an external power source operatively coupled thereto, the external power source being attached to the strapping tool assembly in a substantially immovable manner. Also disclosed herein is a strapping tool assembly that includes one or more strapping tool subassemblies configured to perform one or more strapping operations; a power transfer subassembly operatively coupled to the one or more strapping tool subassemblies, the power transfer subassembly configured to transfer motive power from the external power source to the one or more strapping tool subassemblies; and attachment means configured to releasably attach the strapping tool assembly to the external power source, the attachment means further configured to hold the external power source in a substantially fixed position relative to the strapping tool assembly when the attachment means is engaged.
HAND HELD STRAPPING TOOL
A strapping device includes a handle, a body, and an actuator. The handle includes an input device and a switch, the input device spaced from the switch by a biasing element that applies a bias force to the input device. The input device moves from a first state spaced from the switch to a second state contacting the switch responsive to receiving a force greater than the bias force. A circuit of the switch is closed responsive to the input device moving from the first state to the second state. The switch outputs an actuation signal responsive to the circuit being closed. The body includes a tensioner and a base including a strap receiver opposite the tensioner. The actuator moves the tensioner from a first tensioner position to a second tensioner position further from the strap receiver based on a movement force greater than the bias force.
