The tape gripping device includes a support portion, a gripping member, a gripping member urging unit, a lock member and a lock member urging unit. The support portion is provided along a drawing direction of the tape. The gripping member is provided to face the support portion. The gripping member urging unit urges the gripping member toward the support portion. The lock member is engaged with the gripping member to hold the gripping member against an urging force of the gripping member urging unit. The lock member urging unit urges the lock member in an engaging direction with the gripping member. The lock member is rotatably attached to the clincher arm.
BINDING MACHINE FOR GARDENING
A binding machine for gardening includes a main handle to draw out a tape, a clincher arm rotatably attached to the main handle, and a tape gripping device attached to the clincher arm. When the clincher arm rotates in a closing direction to a predetermined position with respect to the main handle, a gripping operation is performed in which the tape gripping device grips the tape. When the clincher arm further rotates in the closing direction from the predetermined position with respect to the main handle to be in a closed state, a binding operation is performed to bind objects. The gripping operation and the binding operation are performed alternately. The movement restricting unit is provided to restrict the rotation of the clincher arm in the closing direction from the predetermined position at the time of the gripping operation.
BINDING MACHINE FOR GARDENING
The operation handle includes a link portion engaged with the main handle on one side as viewed from the rotation fulcrum and a lever operation portion on the other side as viewed from the rotation fulcrum. The clincher arm is configured to rotate in a closing direction with respect to the main handle when the lever operation portion and the main handle are gripped. The binding machine for gardening further comprises a cover member configured to cover the link portion.
BINDING MACHINE FOR GARDENING
A binding machine for gardening includes a binding machine main body, a magazine attached to the binding machine main body and loaded with a tape, and a clincher arm rotatably attached to the binding machine main body and configured to draw the tape out of the magazine and bind an object to be bound which is wound by the tape. The magazine includes a housing in which the tape is loaded, a boss provided at a center of the housing and configured to support a reel around which the tape is wound, and an abutting member rotatably attached to the boss and abuts against an inner peripheral surface of the reel.
Packaging device
A packaging device includes a conveyance mechanism, a guide portion and a control portion. The control portion is configured to cause a first section of a film to be bonded to a base, cause the conveyance mechanism to convey the base toward a downstream side in a conveyance direction, move the guide portion along a movement path, cause the conveyance mechanism to convey the base toward the upstream side, cause a second section of the film to be bonded to the base, and cause the film to be moved in an opposite direction to a feeding direction at any time during a period after the first section is bonded to the base and before the second section is bonded to the base, the feeding direction being a direction in which the film is fed out when the base is conveyed.
REDUCED POWER CONSUMPTION SEALING TOOL FOR STRAP
A sealing tool for forming a joint in a seal positioned on overlying courses of strap includes a body, a motor and drive train housed, at least in part, in the body, a power supply and a sealing assembly mounted to the body. The sealing assembly is operably coupled to the motor. The sealing assembly includes at least one jaw having a pair of opposing jaw elements. Each jaw element has two edges for cutting into the seal and the courses of strap and forming a bent tab. The jaw element edges are configured to cut into the seal and the courses of strap material at different distances into a width of the seal and strap material. A method for forming seal and a seal formed by the tool and method are disclosed.
Strapping Tool
A strapping tool is disclosed herein. In one or more embodiments, the strapping tool includes a motive power source and a sealing assembly. The sealing assembly includes a first punch and a die, the first punch and die configured to crimp or cut a notch in a strapping seal member and/or a piece of strapping so as to secure the piece of strapping around a package or bundle of items.
Binding machine
A binding machine, includes: a staple magazine unit configured to accommodate a staple having a crown portion and a pair of leg portions; a staple driver provided at a position facing the crown portion; a clincher provided at a position facing tip ends of the leg portions and movable along an extending direction of the leg portions; and a regulating portion configured to regulate a movement amount of the clincher toward the leg portions. The clincher and the staple driver are configured to sandwich the staple therebetween with a movement of the clincher along the extending direction toward the leg portions, folding the staple.
Strapping tool
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a strapping tool configured to tension metal strap around a load and, after tensioning, attach overlapping portions of the strap to one another by cutting notches into a seal element positioned around the overlapping portions of the strap and into the overlapping portions of the strap themselves.
Strapping Tool
A strapping tool and a pump used thereby are disclosed herein. In one or more embodiments, the strapping tool includes a battery-powered motor; a hydraulic assembly operatively coupled to the battery-powered motor; and a sealing assembly, the sealing assembly comprising at least one crimping jaw member, the hydraulic assembly operatively coupling the at least one crimping jaw member to the battery-powered motor, and the at least one crimping jaw member of the sealing assembly configured to crimp or notch a strapping seal member so as to secure a piece of strapping around a package or bundle of items.
