In a label affixing device, a printing unit prints on a portion of a tape. The tape includes a label and a release material affixed to an adhesive surface of the label. A peeling part is disposed downstream relative to the printing unit in a conveying direction of the tape, and peels the label off the release material. A support part supports the label entirely peeled off the release material. An affixing part is disposed downstream relative to the peeling part in a conveying direction of the label, and affixes the label supported by the support part to an adherend. A housing has a prescribed installation surface via which the housing is placed. The support part is configured to support an opposite surface of the label from a side on which the installation surface is disposed. The opposite surface is a surface of the label opposite the adhesive surface.

A label wrapping device includes a conveying part, a support part, an insertion part, a wrapping part, and a pressing member. The conveying part is configured to convey a label in a conveying direction. The label has one surface and an opposite surface opposite the one surface. The one surface is an adhesive surface. The support part is configured to support the opposite surface of the label guided by the conveying part. An adherend is insertable into the insertion part together with the label. The wrapping part is configured to wrap the label around the adherend inserted into the insertion part. The pressing member is configured to press the label against the adherend by contacting the opposite surface from at least one of an upstream side and a downstream side in the conveying direction during a course of the adherend being inserted into the insertion part together with the label.
PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR LABELING METERED DOSE INHALER
A labelling system configured to apply a label to a product container includes a conveyor having a movable track including an infeed station and an outfeed station opposite the infeed station. The labelling system also includes a spindle rotatably supported on the movable track configured to support the product container, an applicator arm configured to feed the label toward the conveyor when the movable track advances the spindle and the product container toward the applicator arm, an actuator configured to move between a retracted position and an extended position, and a roller rotatably coupled to an end of the actuator. The roller is configured to press a leading edge of the label against the product container when the actuator is in the extended position, and configured to rotate and follow along at least a portion of the product container and press the label against the portion of the product container.
Label positioning mechanism
A label positioning mechanism has a conveying mechanism, a label dispensing mechanism disposed on a side of the conveying mechanism, a first labeling mechanism disposed together with the label dispensing mechanism on the same side of the conveying mechanism and positioned proximate to the label dispensing side, and a second labeling mechanism which is disposed on another side of the conveying mechanism and opposes the first labeling mechanism. A first tight-fitting winding belt of the first labeling mechanism and a second tight-fitting winding belt of the second labeling mechanism move in opposite transmission directions and come into contact with each other to rotate bottles. Therefore, the label positioning mechanism is capable of rotating labeled bottles by a specific angle by adjusting the speeds of the conveying mechanism, the first tight-fitting winding belt, and the second tight-fitting winding belt so as to render ensuing processes speedy.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DISCHARGING OBJECTS WITH A NON-ROTATIONALLY SYMMETRICAL STANDING SURFACE
A device and a method for discharging objects having an axially symmetrical base surface. The axially symmetrical base surface has the shape of regular polygon with a five-fold axial symmetry. The device comprises an aligning unit, a discharge unit, and a transport unit, on which the objects are conveyed in a single row and in a mutually spaced manner from the aligning unit to the discharge unit. At least one railing is provided on one side of the transport unit at least in the region of the aligning unit.
Syringe Labeling Device
A labeling device for a syringe that includes a first labeling subsystem adapted to print a first label having machine readable information and a second labeling subsystem adapted to print a second label having human readable information is disclosed. The first labeling subsystem includes a label applicator adapted to automatically apply the first label to a portion of the syringe. The first labeling subsystem includes a syringe clamp assembly that securely holds the syringe while the label applicator automatically applies a first label to the syringe. The second labeling subsystem includes a removal device adapted to automatically remove a backing material from the second label.
