A labelling machine for applying label sheets onto articles
There is described a labelling machine for applying label sheets onto articles comprising: a web feeding unit for feeding a web of labelling material formed by a series of label sheets joined to each other; a label transfer device receiving said web from the web feeding device at an input station and adapted to feed single label sheets to respective articles at an application station spaced apart from the input station; and a cutting device for cutting the web of labelling material in single label sheets; the label transfer device comprises a transfer conveyor adapted to retain the label sheets and to release the label sheets themselves on the articles at the application station; the transfer conveyor comprises a closed-loop transfer track and at least two label holders movable on the transfer track by means of a magnetic-inductive interaction.
AUTOMATED LABELING METHOD AND APPARATUS
An automated labeling method and apparatus includes a label web-severing mechanism and a label-applying assembly, the web-severing mechanism configured to synchronously sever a plurality of labels from a self-wound label web, and the label-applying assembly configured to synchronously apply the plurality of severed labels to a corresponding plurality of articles to be labeled.
Label-feeding apparatus and labelling apparatus
An apparatus for labeling a container includes a label-strip feed that provides a label strip having individual labels to be separated by cutting. A first portion of the strip abuts a first transfer-device that causes slippage between the first portion and itself. A cutting device cuts a length of the strip to create a cut label. A portion of the length abuts a second transfer-portion prior to cutting. A holding force generated by this second transfer-device causes slippage between the portion of the length and the second transfer-device. After the cutting device creates the cut label, it transports the cut label. Either one of the two transfer-devices is a linearly-conveying transfer device.
LABEL-AFFIXING MACHINE AND STRETCH-WRAPPING MACHINE
A label-affixing machine affixes a label, which is conveyed by a label conveying body, to the back surface of a product being conveyed. The label-affixing machine includes a label holding unit configured to hold a label so that an adhesive surface of the label faces outward, a pressing mechanism configured to press a label conveying body, which is disposed on a side facing the label holding unit, against the adhesive surface of the held label by moving the label conveying body toward the label holding unit, and a controller that controls the drive of the label conveying body and the pressing mechanism to affix the label to the back surface of the product.
Machine and method for carrying out one operation on articles
A machine for carrying out at least one operation onto a first article and a second article is disclosed. The machine comprises feeding means for advancing a succession of the first article and the second article along a path and with a first speed; a first operative group, which comprises a first tool configured for carrying out operation onto the first article and which can be operated with a second speed associated to the first speed; gap creating means selectively controllable to create a first gap, which is arranged inside succession and is bounded between the first article and the second article; and a second operative group, which comprises a second tool configured for carrying out operation onto the second article and which can be operated at the second speed.
Labelling machine
A labelling machine, comprising a series of label dispensers (2) arranged in a column, a label application device (3) and transportation means for transporting labels from the dispensers (2) to the application device (3), these transportation means being formed by a first transportation module (4), which may be moved vertically, and a second transportation module (5) that tips via a vertical axis.
Applicator device for wrapping labels
The invention relates to an applicator device for applying wrapping labels (13) to packagings (15), having a transverse transport device (19) which is configured for transporting a label, which is first of all dispensed by a label dispenser, in particular a label printer (11), in the vertical direction into an intermediate position, from the intermediate position transversely with respect to the vertical into an application position, in which the label can be received by a packaging which is running through.
Container processing machine
There is disclosed a container processing machine comprising a material handling surface for handling a sheet-like material through suction and a vacuum source in fluid connection with said material handling surface, the machine including means for detecting and transmitting a value of pressure of the gas being suctioned; a controllably operable flow valve; a control unit operatively connected with said detection and transmission means and with said flow valve; said detection and transmission means and said flow valve being arranged between said vacuum source and said material handling surface; said control unit being programmed to adjust the degree of opening of said flow valve in response to a signal which is a function of at least said value of pressure.
