The vessel is mounted in the interior cavity of the base and extends above and beyond the open top thereof. A radial air space is located between the vessel and the base relative to the axis. The vessel may be formed from a material that is at least one of translucent or transparent. In addition, a seal may be located between the base and the vessel. Each of the base, vessel and seal may be a different material.
