The blank includes a plurality of side panels, including a first side panel and a second side panel, a corner panel connected to the first side panel and the second side panel by fold lines, a bottom panel extending from the first side panel, and an engagement member defined on bottom panel. The engagement member is configured to engage an interior surface of the corner panel to prevent movement of the corner panel relative to the first and second side panels when the container is formed from the blank.
Reclosable carton with carrying handle
A carton for storing products therein includes top, bottom, and side panels defining an interior configured to store products therein and an access opening configured to permit the products to be removed from the carton when the carton is in an open configuration. The top panels include a first top panel hingedly attached to one of the side panels and a second top panel hingedly connected to another of the side panels. The second top panel includes a handle surrounding an opening and a closure tab extending into the opening. The first top panel includes a slot configured to receive one or more locking projections of the closure tab.
PREFAB PACKAGING BOX
The present invention provides a prefab packaging box including a side part having an opening formed at an upper or lower side thereof, and a cover part that is formed to extend from an upper or lower corner of the side part and finishes the opening by being folded by an external force, wherein the cover part includes a pair of support covers which are formed to extend from opposite corners of the side part and in which auxiliary insertion grooves are formed, an inner cover which is formed to extend from one corner of the side part in which the support covers are not formed and in which a main insertion groove is formed, an outer cover that is formed to extend from the other corner of the side part in which the support covers are not formed, a main catching member which is formed on one side of the outer cover, is inserted into the main insertion groove, and is then fastened to the inner cover and the support covers; and a pair of auxiliary catching members which are formed on both sides of the outer cover, are inserted into the auxiliary insertion grooves, and are then fastened to the support covers.
Carrier for containers
A carrier for holding a plurality of containers is disclosed. The carrier includes a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carrier. The plurality of panels includes at least one bottom panel, at least one top panel, a front panel, a back panel, at least one side panel, and at least one central panel that divides the interior of the carrier into a front portion and a back portion. At least one divider flap is foldably connected to the at least one central panel and extends to one of the front panel and the back panel to divide one of the front portion and the back portion into at least two container-receiving spaces. The at least one top panel is foldably connected to at least one of the front panel and the back panel and includes at least one opening for receiving a container of the plurality of containers. The at least one top panel comprises a locking tab and the at least one central panel comprises a locking opening for receiving the locking tab.
Buffering member
A buffering member (1) is interposed between a packaging box (4) having a bottom plate (41) and side plates (42a), (42b) stood along peripheral edges of the bottom plate (41) and a first packed article (5). The buffering member (1) includes a placement section (10) on which the first packed article (5) is to be placed and a pair of leg pieces (31), (35) to be connected to a pair of opposing edges of the placement section (10) via folding lines (32), (36). The pair of leg pieces (31), (32) are folded downward along the folding line (32), (36) with an obtuse angle with respect to the placement section (10) and then lower edges (31b), (35b) of the pair of leg pieces (31), (35) are engaged with boundaries between the bottom plate (41) and the side plates (42a) of the packaging box (4).
COUPLING SYSTEMS FOR TAMPER-EVIDENT CONTAINERS
A tamper-evident coupling system includes a first base portion, a second base portion, a first coupling portion supported by and extending from the first base portion, and a second coupling portion supported by the second base portion and configured for cooperating with the first coupling portion. The first and the second coupling portions are configured for defining an arming condition in which the first and second coupling portions are stably engaged with each other. At least one of the first and the second coupling portions includes a removable portion that is separable from the tamper-evident coupling system upon a first disengagement of the first and second coupling portions following the arming condition to prevent a subsequent coupling between the first and second coupling portions and to show a tampering with the tamper-evident coupling system.
Paperboard Carton
A carton is formed from folding a unitary blank, made from paperboard, to establish a front panel, a rear panel, opposing side panels, a bottom wall and a top wall. To strengthen the carton, at least two side inserts, having a caliper which is equal to or greater than the caliper of the unitary blank, are provided within an interior cavity of the carton and against a respective one of the opposing side panels. The unitary blank has a predominate fiber orientation which is directionally different from each of the at least two side inserts. With this arrangement, the cartons have enhanced structural integrity, enabling similarly configured cartons to be effectively, vertically stacked without deformation.
Tamper-evident container and process for making the same
A tamper-evident container includes a storage compartment made of sheet material, defining an internal volume, and configured for housing products. The storage compartment includes multiple lateral walls defining a passage opening delimited by a free edge. The passage opening is configured to communicate the internal volume of the storage compartment with an external environment. The tamper-evident container further includes a closure system engaged at the free edge of the storage compartment and movable with respect to the storage compartment. The closure system can define a closed condition in which the closure system prevents communication between the internal volume of the storage compartment and the external environment and an open condition in which the closure system enables communication between the internal volume of the storage compartment and the external environment. The tamper-evident container further includes a safety device made of sheet material and including first and second coupling portions.
