A corrugated plastic box and a method for manufacturing a corrugated plastic box from a blank are provided. The method includes the steps of forming rounded edge seals on the perimeter edges of the blank, pre-sealing portions of the blank to form a plurality of areas in which major and minor flap slots and a glue tab are desired, ultrasonically scoring the blank to form a plurality of flap score lines, and cutting the blank through the plurality of pre-sealed flap slots and glue tab, leaving a sealed edge.

One piece container with internal corner supports

A retail-ready container includes internal corner supports. The container is erected from a preassembly formed from a single blank. The blank includes a side panel, a bottom panel, and an auxiliary panel. Each of the side panel and the auxiliary panel include a plurality of sections connected by respective fold lines. The auxiliary panel is folded against the side panel and sections of the auxiliary panel are adhered to corresponding sections of the side panel. Fold lines of the side panel are laterally offset from fold lines of the auxiliary panel so that unfolding of the preassembly yields the container with internal corner supports.

The first minor flap may be coupled to the first side panel along a lateral edge of the first side panel, and the second minor flap may be coupled to the second side panel along a lateral edge of the second side panel. The first major flap may be coupled to the front panel along a lateral edge of the front panel, and the second major flap coupled to the back panel along a lateral edge of the back panel. The first major flap may comprise a first locking tab capable of engaging with the second major flap when the container is erected and the second major flap may comprise a second locking tab capable of engaging with the first major flap when the container is erected. The first and second minor flaps and the first and second major flaps may be folded inwardly along corresponding fold lines such that the first and second minor flaps are located inwardly from the first and second major flaps.

A box includes a body portion at least partially defining a cavity, the body portion defining a top body end and a bottom body end, the top body end defining an opening to the cavity; and a telescoping panel coupled to the top body end by a top hinge, the telescoping panel configured to selectively reposition about and between a closed configuration wherein the telescoping panel is positioned within the cavity and an open configuration wherein the telescoping panel is positioned external to the cavity.

An air cushion packaging box includes at least one inflatable main body and at least one box body. The inflatable main body is provided with at least one inflating valve to inflate the inflatable main body. The inflatable main body is provided in the box body to form an integral structure with the box body, so as to provide air cushion effect to packaged items after the inflatable main body is inflated. The box body is automatically opened when the inflatable main body is inflated to enhance the use of the air cushion packaging box.

A method of opening a box includes providing the box in a closed configuration, the box comprising a first top panel attached to a second top panel, the first top panel comprising a first sealing flap, a second sealing flap, and a middle flap disposed therebetween; removing a first tear strip of the first sealing flap to detach the first sealing flap from the second top panel; and removing a second tear strip of the second sealing flap to detach the second sealing flap from the second top panel and to configure the box in an open configuration.

A unitary disposable beverage container sleeve that can also be used as a coaster and that can be comprised of (optionally recyclable) cardstock for economically imprinting with advertising logos or slogans. The upper body vertical rectangular edges are connected to form sides of the sleeve and a gusset extends across the diameter at the lower edge to form the base of the sleeve. The gusset has a hinge that opens and closes the sleeve. Arched grooves positioned at that lower edge above the gusset where the gusset attaches to opposing sides of the sleeve allows flex in the sleeve and affords a level base.

One or more exterior panels surround the mated interior panels to form the outside of the partitioned container. The interior panels may include folding tab sections and partitioning sections, and the panels may be positioned closely together to define small individual compartments. The various panels may be folded about fold lines to permit the assembly to be folded into a substantially flat state.

The box can comprise a primary sealing flap comprising a primary adhesive, a secondary flap connected to the primary sealing flap and comprising a secondary adhesive, and a covered top panel opposite the secondary flap. The method can comprise removing a secondary peelable backing from the secondary adhesive; leaving a primary peelable backing adhered to the primary adhesive; and adhering the secondary flap to the covered top panel with the secondary adhesive.
