Tie-lock shipper
A blank for making a one-piece container. The blank includes a central first section, a pair of second sections connected to the first section along a respective first longitudinal score line, and a pair of third sections, each third section connected to a second section along a respective second longitudinal score line. The second sections define side walls and end walls of the container, and the third sections define bottom flaps of the container. The first section includes a pair of top lateral flaps located on either side of a longitudinal slit that divides the blank in half. A pair of top end flaps span across opposing longitudinal ends of the top lateral flaps. Each top end flap comprises a triangular section defining a bow-tie lock connecting two halves of the blank on either side of the longitudinal slit.
REUSABLE BULK-SIZED SHIPPING BOX
Provided herein is a collapsible bulk-sized shipping box made of corrugated plastic. The rectangular box comprises four joined sidewalls, wherein left and right sidewalls are bisected by vertical fold lines allowing the sidewalls to be collapsed inwards. Bottom flaps also extend from the bottom of respective sidewalls and hinge inward about a fold line to provide a bottom side of the box when in use or fold flush with the sidewall when collapsed. The front wall of the box comprises a door flap that hinges inward and outward about a fold line. In addition, a door retaining puck attached to an outer surface of the front wall and configured to resist the door flap opening outward but deflect under application of sufficient force thereby allowing the door flap to open outward completely and provide access to the interior of the box.
PALLET CONTAINER
A pallet container having eight side walls, a bottom piece, two leg flaps that are used to automatically deploy the container from a flat, collapsed position, and a series of inside folds and outside folds. The pallet container is constructed from one or more blanks made of cardboard. The blanks used to make the pallet container may have different configurations. The pallet container has an open and a closed position and can be converted from one position to the other by a single person without the need of special tools or equipment. A cardboard blank for making the pallet container is also disclosed.
COOLER APPARATUS AND METHOD OF MAKING FROM FOLDING SINGLE SHEET OF CORRUGATED MATERIAL
A box is made by folding a sheet of material. Preferably, the box is formed by applying adhesive and folding using a machine, and a waterproof or water resistant coating is applied so that the box is configured for use as a cooler. The box includes (a) a storage portion, including a bottom panel, a first end panel, a second end panel, a first side panel, and a second side panel; (b) four corner panels; (c) a top panel including tabs; and (d) a latching panel attached to the first side panel and pivotable relative thereto about a fold line, the latching panel including first and second subpanels. The latching panel includes cuts extending between and dividing the first and second subpanels through which the tabs respectively extend when the cooler is in a closed position.
REINFORCED COLLAPSIBLE BOX
A reinforced box includes a body board comprising a bottom panel; a first side panel hingedly attached to the bottom panel, a first side flap hingedly attached to the first side panel; a second side panel hingedly attached to the bottom panel, a second side flap hingedly attached to the second side panel; and a first end flap and a second end flap each hingedly attached to the bottom panel, the first end flap adjacent to the second end flap; and an end panel, the first side flap of the first side panel attached to the end panel proximate to a first side of the end panel, the second side flap of the second side panel attached to the end panel proximate to a second side of the end panel, the first end flap and the second end flap attached to the end panel.
FOLDABLE AND COLLAPSIBLE STORAGE CONTAINERS INCLUDING FOLDABLE STORAGE VOLUME PARTITIONS
A foldable and collapsible storage container with a bottom wall, and two pairs of parallel side walls. The bottom wall, first pair of side walls and second pair of side walls define a storage volume. A foldable storage volume partition may include a partition wall that extends between the third side wall and the fourth side wall and supports the third side wall and the fourth side wall in an upright position. The foldable storage partition may include a partition bottom hingedly connected to the partition wall that faces the bottom wall. The third and fourth side walls each may include fold locations that divide the third and fourth side walls into a first part and a second part. The partition may engage the third and fourth side walls to inhibit folding of the third and fourth side walls.
ONE-PIECE, FOLDABLE COOLER
A cooler includes panels defining a storage area; corner panels; top panels forming a lid; a first handle panel connected to a first top panel and having a slot formed therein; a second handle panel connected to a second top panel and having a slot formed therein; and a first tab panel connected to a corner panel and having a tab defining a recess, the tab being configured to extend through the slot of the first handle panel and through the slot of the second handle panel for locking the handle panels and top panels in a fully closed, carry configuration of the cooler. Portions of the first and second handle panels are received within the recess defined by the tab. The second handle panel can be unlocked and the storage area accessed while holding the cooler with the first handle panel.
Carton having integrated pouch cup for meal preparation and consumption and method for producing same
A carton, formed from a blank, has an integrated pouch cup for meal preparation and consumption. The blank comprises a main panel, a first side panel adjoining the main panel along a first fold line, and a second side panel adjoining the main panel along a second fold line. A bottom panel adjoins the main panel along a third fold line. The bottom panel has first and second bottom sections having a crease in between. The bottom panel further comprising an attachment tab section which extends from the second bottom section. The bottom panel has a width which is less than the width of the main panel so as to form open edge portions at a bottom edge of the main panel on both sides of the bottom panel, the open edge portions extending to the first and second fold lines.
