Folding station of a cardboard blank and a machine for packing an article internally of a cardboard box obtained from the cardboard blank
A folding station includes an inlet and an outlet and is predisposed to receive at the inlet a cardboard blank having two transversal edges, two longitudinal edges, two longitudinal score lines, and four transverse score lines. The two longitudinal score lines define therebetween a central sector and also define two lateral sectors externally of the two longitudinal score lines. Cuts in the two lateral sectors define a series of flaps. The folding station further comprises a conveyor for transporting the cardboard blank in an advancement direction to a position, a first folding bar located by a flank of a first side of the conveyor at the position, and a second folding bar located by a flank of a second side of the conveyor at the position. The first folding bar and the second folding bar rotate to fold the flaps in the two lateral sectors onto respective portions of the central sector of the cardboard blank.
Procedure for manufacturing a laminated package for solid products in powder or grain form, as well as a package obtained by this procedure
A laminated package for solid products in powder or grain form, includes a set of stiffening notches, a dispensing mouth with a seal, valves for loading inert gas, in which the lateral folds of the upper face are folded inwards under the front and rear flaps, and the lateral folds of the lower face are folded outward and folded and stuck on the lower face over the front and rear flaps, and a method for forming the package.
CHILD-RESISTANT PACKAGING
A child-resistant package comprising a tray and a sleeve. The tray is configured to be inserted into said sleeve. The tray comprises external protrusions and the sleeve comprises one or more internal protrusions and access holes. The internal protrusions are configured to engage with the external protrusions when the tray and the sleeve are in a closed position, such that the tray is substantially prevented from being taken out of the closed position without disengaging the external protrusions from the internal protrusions. Each of the access holes overlaps with an end of each of the external protrusions, such that a user may access and disengage the external protrusions from the one or more internal protrusions, such that the tray is no longer prevented from being taken out of the closed position.
SELF-ACTIVATED CONTAINER
Various embodiments are directed to a blank and method for forming a self-activated container. The panel including a plurality of panels connected together at fold lines configured for extending around an interior space, including a base panel, a front panel, a back panel, a first outer side panel, and a second outer side panel. Also included with the blank are a pair of front inner side panels, a front minor flap, a pair of front support flaps, a pair of back inner side panels, a back minor flap, a pair of back support flaps, a first major flap, and a second major flap.

Carton with article protection feature
A carton for containing at least one article. The carton comprises at least one panel that can form an interior of the carton. The carton comprises at least one protection feature for protecting the articles from breakage. The article protection feature can comprise at least one feature in end flaps of the carton. The article protection feature can comprise an article protection flap foldably connected to the at least one panel. The article protection flap can be moveable between a first position and a second position wherein the article protection flap is folded relative to the at least one panel.
Folding station of a cardboard blank for packing an article rested on the cardboard blank and a machine for packaging an article internally of a cardboard box obtained from the cardboard blank
A conveyor of a cardboard-folding station receives a cardboard blank having a first portion, first and second lateral closing walls hinged thereto and facing upstream and downstream, respectively, an upper closing wall hinged to the second lateral closing wall and facing downstream, a third and a fourth lateral closing wall hinged and partly raised with respect to the first portion and projecting from sides of the conveyor. An article rests on the first portion, with four flanks or the article respectively facing the four lateral closing walls of the blank. At a first folding zone the third and fourth lateral closing walls are folded to cover the third and the fourth flanks of the article, and at a second folding zone the second lateral closing wall and the upper closing wall are folded to cover the article's second flank and its upper face.
Sag-resistant containers and blanks for making the same
A container formed from a blank and a method for constructing the container are described. The container includes a bottom wall, two end walls, each end wall including at least an end panel extending from an end edge of the bottom wall, and two side walls. The container further includes an upper reinforcing assembly at least partially extending from each end panel, and a side reinforcing assembly extending from opposing side edges of each end panel.
Foldable and collapsible storage containers including foldable storage volume partitions
A foldable and collapsible storage container with a bottom wall, and two pairs of parallel side walls. The bottom wall, first pair of side walls and second pair of side walls define a storage volume. A foldable storage volume partition may include a partition wall that extends between the third side wall and the fourth side wall and supports the third side wall and the fourth side wall in an upright position. The foldable storage partition may include a partition bottom hingedly connected to the partition wall that faces the bottom wall. The third and fourth side walls each may include fold locations that divide the third and fourth side walls into a first part and a second part. The partition may engage the third and fourth side walls to inhibit folding of the third and fourth side walls.
