Heat sealed packaging assemblies and methods of producing and using the same
A packaging device can include a resilient member formed of one or more layers of different materials and a frame member. The resilient member can be heat sealed to the frame member or to a coating on the surface of the frame member. The layers can be made from different materials or the same materials having different thicknesses, modules of elasticity, melting index, or other different characteristics.
Beverage container packaging
A beverage container packaging assembly including a bottom tray, center support, and top tray is disclosed. A bottom tray of molded paper pulp includes a plurality of cup-shaped elements. The cup-shaped elements include a first deformable element and a second deformable element. The first deformable element and the second deformable element include at least two overlapping elements. A top tray of molded paper pulp includes a plurality of bottle neck accommodating spaces. A center support of molded paper pulp is disposed between the bottom tray and the top tray. The center support includes a plurality of beverage container support cavities bounded by one or more center support posts. One or more walls of the beverage container support cavities are configured to surround at least a portion of the beverage container.
Heating container for foods
A heating container for foods has a common box of shape and size suitable for housing bakery products, formed by a base, a cover and lateral edges that mutually fit in a reversible manner to avoid the content outflow, including: an internal support layer, adapted to support a preheated plate at a predetermined distance from the base of the box; an air space between the base and the support layer adapted to absorb the pressures generated by the user while cutting the foods present on the plate; a preheated plate, providing a support surface for the foods, as a support for the cutting of the foods and as a heat source; and a ventilation system having holes on the cover and holes on the base, preventing condensation phenomena inside the box itself when the cover is closed.
PACKAGING PRODUCT AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING
A bundle of packing material includes at least two strips of packing material folded into a compact configuration. The strips of packing material include a top strip having a length dimension between first and second end portions and a central portion between the first end portion and the second end portion, and a bottom strip having a length dimension between first and second end portions and a central portion between the first end portion and the second end portion. The central portion of the top strip overlays the central portion of the bottom strip and the length dimension of the top strip is oriented orthogonal to the length dimension of the bottom strip. The first and second end portions of top strip are folded over the central portions, and the first and second end portions of the bottom strip are folded over the central portions.
RETENTION PACKAGING ASSEMBLY
A retention packaging assembly (100, 200, 300, 400) includes a frame (100) and sheet assemblies (200, 300). The frame includes a central panel (102), end panels (104), and two sets of wing panels (108, 110). Each set of wing panels includes wing panels foldably coupled to the central panel and to one of the two end panels. The sheet assemblies include a sheet (208) that is attached at its ends to slot panels (204, 206, 304, 306). The slot panels of each of the sheet assemblies are selectively couplable to one of the set of wing panels. After an object is placed on a front of the central panel, the sheets of the sheet assemblies are located over the sides of the object. The sets of wing panels can then be folded to a back of the frame to cause the sheets to retain the sides of the object to the central panel.
Integrated pulling system with back flap
A package (20) for displaying items (10) includes a carton body (22) having at least a bottom panel (24) and a front panel (32). A resilient member (50) is configured to urge the items (10) towards the front panel (32) of the carton body (22) and an intermediate member (62) is removably placed at a position between the resilient member (50) and the items (10).
ELECTRONIC DEVICE PACKAGING BOX
Various embodiments relating to a packaging box for packaging an electronic device are presented, and according to one embodiment, the packaging box comprises: a packaging box body; a receiving part included in the packaging box body and receiving the electronic device; and a support structure received in or removed from the receiving part, at least a portion of the supporting structure able to be slantedly folded to or unfolded, wherein the support structure in a folded state is received, together with the electronic device, in the receiving part to support the electronic device to be able to amplify a sound from a speaker included in the electronic device and, in a state removed from the receiving part or in a state received in the receiving part, the supporting structure cradles the electronic device, and additional various other embodiments are possible.
Folding tamper-proof case and methods thereof
The disclosed systems and methods relate to improved tamper-proof cases for securely storing and shipping products. A case can include a back panel, two sidewalls, an upper foldable section, and a lower foldable section. Each of the features of the case can be manufactured on a single sheet of material. The upper and lower foldable sections include panels having apertures for holding the top and bottom of a product, respectively. The upper foldable section includes one or more fasteners that secures the upper foldable section to the sidewalls. Once secured, the products cannot be removed from the case without showing evidence of the removal. The disclosed systems also provide a tear strip and/or a tear corner that can be used to release the products from the sealed case.
CASE WITH CORROSION INHIBITION SYSTEM
A storage solution that provides substantial advantages over existing storage solutions. The storage solution includes a corrosion inhibition system that provides or facilitates free progression or dispersion of volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) molecules in a chamber or cavity formed or enveloped in the storage solution.
