Method and system for forming packages
A method of forming reinforced packages. The method can comprise moving a blank in a machine direction on a blank conveyor, and forming a tubular web while moving a first web of material and a second web of material in the machine direction. The forming the tubular web can comprise at least partially sealing at least a portion of the first web and the second web together to form a sealed margin of the tubular web. The method further can comprise forming a liner by cutting the tubular web, forming an attached blank by attaching the liner to the blank, and moving the attached blank in the machine direction on the blank conveyor.
PACKAGING CONTAINERS AND ASSOCIATED CONTAINER BLANKS AND PACKAGING METHODS
A packaging container (100) configurable between at least a loading configuration and a flattened configuration, the packaging container including a front wall major panel (110) and a rear wall major panel (130) connected to the front wall major panel, wherein the front wall major panel and the rear wall major panel define four side walls (122, 124, 142, 144) when the packaging container is in the loading configuration, and wherein the front wall major panel and the rear wall major panel define two side walls when the packaging container is in the flattened configuration.
Blank and box
A blank for forming a box for packaging and displaying objects includes a flexible sheet with a plurality of panels that fold into a box. Perforated lines of weakness extend between rows of the plurality of panels. A lateral row along the plurality of panels includes a plurality of tabs from which to display the objects.
Apparatus to house botanicals during transport
An apparatus for housing botanicals during transport is disclosed. The apparatus may be configured to convert to a display assembly for the botanicals. The apparatus may include: a covering component having a primary opening on one end and a permeable structure on a second end; a sleeve component having a support structure on one end and a receiving opening on a second end, the sleeve component being configured to be partially inserted into the covering component; a holding component having a secondary opening at one end and a water-tight chamber wall at the other end, the holding component being configured to be partially inserted into the sleeve component, such that the secondary opening is positioned within the sleeve component; in order facilitate converting the apparatus into a display assembly, the covering component is removed from the sleeve component and the holding component is inserted into the covering component.
Stackable Eye Shields
A container having a stack of eye shields, includes a stack of eye shields having a plurality of eye shields stacked one on top of another. The stack of eye shields is in a sloped configuration in which ear pieces of frames of the eye shields are generally aligned with one another and disposed at an angle relative to horizontal of from about 10 to about 35 degrees. A container is provided having a horizontal bottom onto which the stack of eye shields is supported, the container having a top opposite the bottom, the top being sloped to be substantially parallel to the ear pieces of the eye shields of the stack of eye shields.
PACKAGING BOX
A packaging box capable of improving unpacking performance in a packing body housing a rolled product is provided. The packaging box comprises a lower case for forming a space for housing a rolled product, which is a long material rolled around an axis in a longitudinal X direction, and an upper cover for sealing the space in the lower case. The upper cover comprises a rectangular top board portion for sealing the space in the lower case and a plurality of sideboard portions extending downward in the vertical Z direction from respective sides of the top board portion, and the plurality of sideboard portions cover approximately all of outer surfaces of the lower box body. At least one of the sideboard portions has a pair of perforations extending upward from a lower end thereof toward the top board portion. By cutting the perforations, a sideboard piece surrounded by the perforations and a lower side of the sideboard portion can be detached.
Single-use expandable liquid container and blank
The present invention relates to a single-use container manufactured from sheet material, the single-use container comprising: a base, wherein the base is flat and forms a surface on which the single- use container can stand, —a front wall, a right wall, a left wall and a rear wall which extend upward from the base, wherein the front wall and the rear wall are convex, and wherein the right wall and left wall are concave, an upper end which connects the front wall, right wall, left wall and rear wall.
PACKAGING BOX
The present invention relates to a box of one or more absorbent articles, the box comprising pairs of opposed side walls, pairs of opposed top flaps foldably connected to corresponding side walls, pairs of opposed bottom flaps foldably connected to corresponding side walls, and a weakened area defined by an external weakened line at one of first opposed side walls. The weakened area comprises a first section and a second section divided by an internal weakened line, and an adhesive tape having a tape width and a tape end, and covering adjacent edges of the second opposed top flaps to seal top of the box. The adhesive tape extends along a portion of the one of first opposed side walls in such a way that the adhesive tape covers part of the second section so as not to cover the internal weakened line.
Display container
A display container for shipping and displaying product includes a removable panel portion that, when removed, opens a display opening in the container. The container has outer walls reinforced by interior liner panel sections. The display container desirably includes interior corner gussets that add to the vertical crush resistance or stacking strength of the container. The display container is desirably formed from a single piece corrugated paper board blank and is designed so that it can be assembled into a container knock down state in one pass through a box forming machine.
TWO-PIECE CONTAINER WITH INTEGRAL INTERNAL CORNER SUPPORTS
A retail-ready container includes internal corner supports. The container is erected from a preassembly formed from a combination including a primary blank and a secondary blank. The primary blank includes a side panel, a bottom panel, and a top panel. The secondary blank is selectively adhered to the side panel of the primary substrate. Each of the side panel and the secondary blank include a plurality of sections connected by respective fold lines. Fold lines of the side panel are laterally offset from fold lines of the secondary blank so that unfolding of the preassembly yields the container with internal corner supports.
