A HINGE-LID CONTAINER FOR CONSUMER ARTICLES AND A METHOD TO FORM A HINGE-LID CONTAINER
A hinge-lid container for consumer articles is provided, the hinge-lid container defining an inner surface and an outer surface and including: a box configured to house the consumer articles; a lid hinged to the box along a hinge and being moveable between a closed position and an active position about the hinge, the hinge including a weakening line realized on the outer surface, the weakening line having a width between 0.1 millimetre and 1 millimetre; and an electric conductive trace provided on the outer surface, the weakening line passing through and interrupting the electric conductive trace, the electric conductive trace forming a closed circuit when the lid is in the active position and forming an open circuit when the lid is in the closed position. A method of forming a hinge-lid container for consumer articles is also provided.
CONTAINER WITH DUAL POSITION LID PORTIONS AND SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF
Containment systems, containers, and methods can be comprised of first through fourth sidewalls; a bottom wall connected to the first through fourth sidewalls; and first through fourth lid flaps connected to respective first through fourth sidewalls via respective first through fourth hinges. A single sheet of paperboard can make up the sidewalls, the bottom wall, and the lid flaps. In a fully open configuration, the third lid flap can be folded at the third hinge such that a flap body thereof is adjacent to the third sidewall, the fourth lid flap can be folded at the fourth hinge such that a flap body thereof is adjacent to the fourth sidewall, and a flap wing of each of the third lid flap and the fourth lid flap can be under the bottom wall such that each of the flap wings is against the bottom wall and maintained under the bottom wall.
EASY TEAR BOXES
A cardboard container includes a removable top tear panel that when removed enables picking of items from the container and a removable front tear panel that when removed enables picking of items from the container. Either or both the top tear panel and the front tear panel may be removed. The front panel includes an un-removable, U-shaped lip for inhibiting items from accidental removal from the container.
Container having integrated applicator
A container constructed from paperboard, card board stock, etc., includes at least one panel that is configured to be removed from the container. The panel is configured, for example, with a plurality of score lines, to enable the panel to transition from its primary configuration to a different, secondary configuration. The secondary configuration can form a handle, a stirrer or mixing stick, etc., for use with the contents of the packaging. The container can be included as part of a kit that is presented at a point of sale.
RECEIVING CONTAINER
A receiving container includes a container body and a grip member. The container body includes: a body portion in a hollow tubular shape; a bottom portion configured to close one end side opening portion of the body portion; and a ceiling portion configured to close another end side opening portion of the body portion. One of a first extending portion and a second extending portion of the ceiling portion has a separation portion configured to separate a tip portion. The grip member includes: attachment portions, and a grip portion grippable by hand. The attachment portions are configured to prevent the first extending portion and the second extending portion from opening from the other end side opening portion. The attachment portions are attached to a tip side of the separation portion in either of the first or second extending portion provided with the separation portion.
Carton With Dispenser
A carton for at least one article includes a plurality of panels, a panel of the plurality of panels least partially defining a first dispenser opening, at least one top end flap having a base portion and a distal portion, the distal portion of the at least one top end flap at least partially defining a second dispenser opening, and a reconfigurable dispenser including the at least one top end flap, the first dispenser opening, and the second dispenser opening, the reconfigurable dispenser being reconfigurable between a first configuration providing a closed end of the carton, and a second configuration, in which the reconfigurable dispenser is lifted away from the interior of the carton such that the first dispenser opening and second dispenser opening are at least partially aligned to provide access to the interior of the carton.
Box in a box re-sealable cigarette pack
An exemplary container for consumer goods includes a rigid outer box and a rigid inner box. The outer box has a hinged top configured to provide access to an inner volume of the outer box. The inner box is a laminate of paperboard and an inner liner and pre-cut opening configured to provide access to an inner volume of the inner box. A pull tab covers the opening. The pull tab includes a first adhesive that releasably adheres an edge portion of the pull tab to the inner box and a second adhesive that permanently adheres the pull tab to the inner box and the outer box.

CONVERTIBLE BOX
The present invention relates to a convertible box comprising a first, second panel, and a middle panel, wherein the middle panel is hingedly engaged to the first panel at a first fold line, and wherein the middle panel is hingedly engaged to the second panel at a second fold line; a first and second sidewall, having a first end and a second end, and having a third end and a fourth end, respectively; a first flap, wherein the first flap is removably attached to the first end and wherein the first flap is removably attached to the third end; and, a second flap, wherein the second flap is removably attached to the second end and wherein the second flap is removably attached to the fourth end; wherein the first, middle and second panel, the first and second sidewall, and the first and second flap define an interior space.
Carton with Integral Cover Closure System
A carton includes a first main body panel spaced from a second main body panel by first and second side panels and connected to the second main body panel by a connector strip. With the removal of a tear strip, the connector strip releases a cover of the first main body panel enabling an access opening to an internal storage region to be exposed. To close the carton, a lower top flap of the second main body is pivoted across the access opening, automatically causing multiple flap extensions of the side panels to fold beneath the lower top flap. Thereafter, the cover is pivot atop the lower top flap and a tab of the cover is received in a slot formed at a juncture of the lower top flap and a remainder of the second main body panel.
