Carton with Integral Cover System
A carton can be initially opened by pulling a gripping tab of a tear strip to detach of cover from the remaining body of the carton except along a hinge body portion on one side of the carton. With this arrangement, the carton can be opened by folding the cover back relative to the front panel along a hinge axis. Closing of the carton is performed by initially pivoting the cover such that a front portion of the cover extends about and overlaps a front panel portion of the carton. Then, the cover is pushed down, causing a portion of the hinge-defining strip to fold and the cover to shift downward so as to extend about and overlap portions of each of the sides of the carton.
CARTON
A carton including: a) a base; b) a lid having a top side and underside; c) a first side; d) a front side, wherein at least a portion of the front side is located adjacent to the first side and there is an arcuate transition between the first side and the front side; e) a second side, wherein at least a portion of the second side is located adjacent to the front side and there is an arcuate transition between the second side and the front side; and f) a back side, wherein a portion of the back side is located adjacent to the first side and a portion of the back side is located adjacent to the second side and the back side has no arcuate transitions between itself, the first side, or the second side.
Box in a box re-sealable cigarette pack
An exemplary container for consumer goods includes a rigid outer box and a rigid inner box. The outer box has a hinged top configured to provide access to an inner volume of the outer box. The inner box is a laminate of paperboard and an inner liner and pre-cut opening configured to provide access to an inner volume of the inner box. A pull tab covers the opening. The pull tab includes a first adhesive that releasably adheres an edge portion of the pull tab to the inner box and a second adhesive that permanently adheres the pull tab to the inner box and the outer box.
Box in a box re-sealable pack
A container for consumer goods includes a rigid outer box, a rigid inner box, and a pull tab arranged over a pre-cut opening in the inner box. The pull tab includes a paper liner larger than the pre-cut opening such as a piece of bundle wrap with a paper layer of the bundle wrap contacting the consumer goods inside the box. The outer box has a hinged lid permanently attached to a connecting tab of the pull tab whereby opening the hinged lid simultaneously opens the opening in the inner box by lifting the pull tab. The pull tab includes a re-stick adhesive arranged in a single zone which adheres the piece of bundle wrap to cover the opening and the re-stick adhesive outward of the piece of bundle wrap allows the pull tab to reseal to the outer surface of the inner box.
TAMPER-EVIDENT CONTAINER
A tamper-evident container comprising a storage having at least one passage opening delimited by a free edge and configured to put in communication the internal volume of the storage with the external environment; the sheet material of the storage wraps at least partially on itself in order to form an overlapping zone which comprises at least one first constraining portion and one second constraining portion engaged with each other: on the second constraining portion at least one notch is defined. The container further comprises a closure system engaged at said free edge and movable with respect to the storage; the closure system being configured for defining at least one closing condition in which the system itself interdicts the communication between the internal volume of the storage and the external environment and an opening condition in which the system itself enables the communication between the internal volume and external environment.
ADJUSTABLE PANEL BOARDS AND ADJUSTABLE CONTAINERS MADE THEREFROM
Adjustable containers, boxes, and panel boards used to make the same. The adjustable container can include a body that can have at least two sides forming a corner therebetween. At least one delineation can be disposed on the corner that is oriented in a first direction. At least one delineation can be disposed on the corner that is oriented in a second direction, where the second direction forms an angle of 30 or more relative to the first direction.
BOX BLANK
A box blank useful for forming a container includes a first layer including paperboard, a second layer including a paper layer and a foil layer, and an adhesive layer adhering the first layer to the second layer. The foil layer is between the paperboard and the paper layer.
CONTAINER INCLUDING IMPROVED ACCESS STRUCTURE, AND A BLANK FOR FORMING THE CONTAINER
The container includes a box containing at least one consumer good, the box having a top wall, a bottom wall, a front wall, a back wall, a first side wall, a second side wall and a ramp element depending from the first side wall and extending into the box, wherein the at least one first consumer good is positioned between the ramp element and the top wall, and the top wall defines an access opening extending over at least a part of the ramp element, and a lid flap connected to the box along a first hinge line. The lid flap is movable between a closed position in which the access opening on the top wall is covered and an open position in which the access opening on the top wall is exposed and the consumer goods are removable from the box. The blank is configured to form the container.
Paperboard packaging containers and related methods of use
A method for mixing substances for the treatment of keratinous substrates may comprise separating a paperboard packaging container into at least two portions. The method may also comprise removing at least two containers containing differing substances from the paperboard packaging container and mixing the at least two substances together in one of the at least two separated portions of the paperboard packaging container so as to form a mixture of the at least two substances for the treatment of keratinous substrates. The method may further comprise applying the mixture to a keratinous substrate.
METHOD FOR RETRIEVING A SHUT STATE AND/OR A LOCATION OF A CLOSABLE CONTAINER
The invention relates to closable containers and a method for retrieving a shut state and/or a location of a closable container, wherein the container has at least one RFID chip having a connected near field antenna and a far field antenna. The RFID chip is arranged at the first or at the second container part and the far field antenna is arranged at the other one of the first and second container part, respectively. In the closed position of the container, a noncontact electromagnetic coupling takes place between the near field antenna and the far field antenna. Due to the interaction of a sending unit and a receiving unit, a response signal can by generated by RFID chip and transmitted. The range of said response signal depending on the shut position of the container.
