FOOD CONTAINER WITH ADJUSTABLE COMPARTMENTS
A food container includes a bottom panel and sidewalls pivotally connected to the bottom panel. A lid is pivotally connected to at least one sidewall to open and close the food container. A divider panel having at least one slot is inserted into any one of a plurality of slots in a spacer panel to create an adjustable compartment arrangement inside an internal cavity of the food container. The divider panel includes a groove that provides a recess between the divider panel and a sidewall of the food container that can accommodate a lip of the lid.

CONTAINER HAVING IMPROVED APPEARANCE
There is provided a container (10) for consumer goods, the container (10) being at least partially formed from a blank (100) having a thickness (T). The container (10) comprises a top wall (12), a bottom wall, a front wall (14), a rear wall (16), and first and second side walls (18, 20). A top wall front edge (22), a bottom wall front edge (30), a first side wall front edge (38), and a second side wall front edge (42) together extend along a first plane. A top wall rear edge (24), a bottom wall rear edge (32), a first side wall rear edge (40), and a second side wall rear edge (44) together extend along a second plane. At least one of the front wall (14) and the rear wall (16) comprises an ablation area, wherein any ablation area on the front wall (14) comprises at least one ablated line (46, 48, 50, 52, 54) extending across the inner surface of the front wall (14) to define a portion (56) of the front wall (14) that is spaced outwardly from the first plane, and wherein any ablation area on the rear wall (16) comprises at least one ablated line (58, 60, 62, 64, 66) extending across the inner surface of the rear wall (16) to define a portion of the rear wall (16) that is spaced outwardly from the second plane. Each ablated line has a residual thickness (RT1) that is less than the thickness (T) of the laminar blank (100).
CONTAINER WITH IMPROVED OPENING
A container (100) for consumer articles, the container (100) comprising a box (20) comprising a box front wall (22), a box back wall, a box bottom wall, and first and second box side walls (24a, 24b); and a lid (40) comprising a lid front wall (42), a lid back wall, a lid top wall (46), and first and second lid side walls (44a, 44b). A lower edge of the lid back wall depends along a hinge line from a top edge of the box back wall, with the lid being moveable about the hinge line between an open position and a closed position, in which at least a portion of the lower edge of the first lid side wall (44a) abuts at least a portion of the upper edge of the first box side wall (24a), and in which at least a portion of the lower edge of the lid front wall (22) abuts at least a portion of the upper edge of the box front wall (42). The first box side wall (24a) is connected to the box front wall (22) by a first box edge portion (25), and the first lid side wall (44a) is connected to the lid front wall (42) by a first lid edge portion (45). The shape of the first lid edge portion (45) is different from the shape of the first box edge portion (25), such that, when the lid (40) is in the closed position, the lower edge (47) of the first lid edge portion (45) is disposed beyond the upper edge (27) of the first box edge portion (25) in a transverse direction of the container (100).

A blank for forming a carton, the blank including a first panel and a second panel adjoining the first panel along a fold line and extending in a longitudinal direction of the blank. A pair of side panels adjoins the second panel at respective fold lines. The side panels extend from the second panel in a transverse direction of the blank. The side panels each having a side panel flap adjoining at a fold line, the side panel flaps extending from the side panels in the longitudinal direction of the blank, toward the first panel. The blank further includes a third panel adjoining the second panel along a fold line and extending in the longitudinal direction of the blank. The blank further includes a fourth panel adjoining the third panel along a fold line and extending in the longitudinal direction of the blank.

The present invention relates to a blank (10) for producing a three-dimensional structure of paper, cardboard or plastic, in particular. The invention further relates to a three-dimensional structure produced from the blank, a folding box for storing goods, in particular a folding box made from cardboard, paper or the like as well as to a method for producing the blank (10).
Polygonal container and blank for making the same
A blank of sheet material for forming a container is provided. The blank includes a series of four generally rectangular panels connected along a plurality of substantially parallel fold lines. The panels include a first spaced-apart pair of panels and a second spaced-apart pair of panels. Each of the second spaced-apart pair of panels is connected to at least one panel of the first spaced-apart pair of panels. The blank also includes a corner panel extending from each side edge of each panel of the first pair of panels, and a lateral flap extending from each side edge of each panel of the second pair of panels, wherein each lateral flap has free side edges.
Clamshell container with anti-bind feature
A clamshell container having an anti-bind feature is provided. The container is comprised of a tray and a cover, each having a first panel and rear panel foldably connected along a rear fold line. One or both of the rear fold lines may be interrupted by a cut suitable for allowing the rear panels to flex or bow when the cover is hingedly rotated relative to the tray. A rear cut may be provided generally coextensive with each of the fold lines. The cuts can have an arcuate shape and may be convexly curved toward an interior of the container.
