A split bottle assembly including a body, a seal, a lower collar, and an upper collar. The body is longitudinally split between a first body portion and a second body portion. The seal is between the first and second body portions. The lower collar and the upper collar are removably fastened to a lower end and an upper end of the body, respectively, thereby biasing the first and second body portions towards one another so that the seal forms a continuous fluid-tight seam therebetween.

What is presented is a method of forming a closure with a sealing gasket in an injection molding machine that has a center rotating cube. The center rotating cube comprises a plurality of mold back halves each comprising cores and a thread unscrewing mechanism. Each core is shaped to form a closure that has a thread and an anti-rotation feature. The method comprises the steps of forming a closure with a through hole, rotating the core to create a gap between the formed closure and the core, and injecting a compressible material through the through hole and into the gap to form a sealing gasket.

A plastic container and liquid dispenser apparatus includes a plastic container and a liquid dispenser. The plastic container includes a base portion, a body portion, an interior of the plastic container, and a dispenser opening. The liquid dispenser has a hollow cap and a pick-up tube. The liquid dispenser is disposed in the dispenser opening of the plastic container. The pick-up tube extends inside the body portion of the plastic container and is fixed to the hollow cap. A high quality child resistant container comprising a durable metallic reservoir and durable plastic metal cap. The child resistant container comprises a durable and rugged reservoir and similarly durable locking cap. The cap is secured to the reservoir by a threaded, or bayonet-style connection. Once installed on the reservoir, the cap is prevented from being easily removed by a child, due to child resistant features integrated in the design of the cap and reservoir. Also, a method of reducing friction between the sealing surfaces of a sealed container. The bottle can include a body portion including an open longitudinal end and an interior region, an end cap configured to be secured over the open longitudinal end to enclose the interior region, and a flexible loop. The end cap can include a pair of knobs disposed on a circumferential side surface of the end cap. Each end of the flexible loop can define an aperture that is smaller than a largest diameter of each of the pair of knobs such that each end of the flexible loop is selectively couplable with each of the pair of knobs.
