CAP FOR A CONTAINER
A cap for a container comprises: a body, configured to be coupled and uncoupled relative to the neck of the container and including a side wall, which extends around a longitudinal axis, and a transverse wall; a tamper evident ring, configured to remain anchored to the neck of the container even when the body is uncoupled from the neck and including a joining portion where the tamper evident ring is joined to the body, the joining portion being configured to be torn along a full perimeter surrounding the longitudinal axis, wherein the cap comprises a connecting band having a first end connected to the side wall of the body and a second end connected to the retaining portion of the tamper evident ring.
Combination of a cap for a container and a neck of the container
A combination of a closing cap (1′) for a container (2) and a neck (201) of the container (2), wherein the cap (1′) comprises a lateral wall (3) extending about an axis (Z) and a transversal wall (4) positioned at an end of the lateral wall (3), a separation line (5′) of the lateral wall (3) defining a retaining ring (301′), configured to remain anchored to the neck (201) and a closing element (302) to open or close the container (2). The retaining ring (301′) comprises a retaining portion (303), configured to engage internally with a locking ring (202) of the neck (201). The retaining ring (301′) comprises a joining portion (305) which allows the retaining ring (301′) to be joined to the closing element (302), a first connecting band and a second connecting band, and a tab positioned between the first connecting band and the second connecting band.
Stopper having a tamper-evident band
The invention includes a plastic stopper comprising a closure shell and a tamper band. The tamper band is separably connected to the closure shell through at least a weakness line and includes a hoop positioned at a bottom edge of the tamper band. The hoop is configured to invert into and secured under a ring of the bottle neck, and the hoop comprising a least one protrusion. The hoop is configured to inverted into the stopper and extend in front of an inner wall of the tamper band. The inner wall comprises a recess extending into a thickness of the inner wall, and the is recess configured to receive the at least one protrusion of the hoop.
REFILLABLE PLASTIC CONTAINER
The invention relates to a refillable plastic container (100) which comprises a neck (10) having a neck opening (11) and a container body enclosing a filling volume which are separated from one another by a substantially radially protruding support ring (30). The neck of the plastic container has an axial length (L) equal to or less than 17.25 mm, measured from a mouth rim (12) of the neck opening to an underside of the support ring.
CLOSURE DEVICE FOR CONTAINER
A closure device for a container that defines a neck and an annular flange. The closure device comprises a cap body, a tamper evidence (TE) band positioned below the annular flange, a tongue that extends from the cap body towards the tamper evidence band and first and second leashes positioned on either side of the tongue. The first and second leashes connect the cap body to the tamper evidence (TE) band, and allow the cap body to be removed from the neck of the container while remaining attached to the tamper evidence (TE) band. When the cap body is actuated to a fully open position the first and second leashes act as a torsion spring for causing the tongue to exert a force against the neck of the container for retaining the cap body in the fully open position.
Modified Sidewall of Tethered Closure
A closure includes a cap having a top wall and a skirt perpendicular to the top wall and extending downwardly from the top wall to a lower edge. The skirt includes an inner surface having a sealing formation. A band is concentric with and attached to the lower edge of the skirt by a plurality of frangible members. A tab is formed at a hinge location from the band and extending from the lower edge of the skirt to one or more lines of weakness.
Containers and closures
A closure may have a top wall and a side wall depending from the top wall. A plug seal device may depend from said top wall within the side wall. The plug seal device may have an upper section, a lower section, and a sealing section proximate the boundary between the upper section and the lower section. The sealing section is operable such that when the plug seal device is inserted in an opening to an inner cavity in a container, the sealing section engages with an inner container surface to provide a seal between an inner cavity of the container and the external environment.
Hinged stopper
The present invention includes a plastic stopper, comprising a closure shell with a top roof and a tamper band to be secured on a bottle neck. The plastic stopper also includes a weakness line with bridges separably linked a bottom edge of the closure shell and a top edge of the tamper band and at least two hinges, the two hinges pivotably link the bottom edge of the closure shell and the top edge of the tamper band. At least one gap is located between the two hinges, the gap having a shape with a middle area. At least one tongue extends outwardly and laterally from the roof, the tongue being located over the middle area of the gap. The stopper includes knurls distributed around a peripheral wall of the closure shell and has the at least one tongue shaped alike one of the knurls.
RELEASABLE CONTAINER CAP
A container has an improved releasable cap, the container including a neck having external threads. The cap includes: a circular top piece for sealing the container; two sidewall sections connected to the top piece each having an internal threaded portion for engaging the neck of the container. Each sidewall section has two circumferential ends each spaced from an adjacent circumferential end of the other sidewall section such that two diametrically opposed expandable gaps are defined between the spaced circumferential ends. Two tabs each span a respective one of the two gaps, the tabs bulging outward from the sidewall section. The tabs are configured to be pressed inward thereby causing the sidewall sections to flex outward to disengage the internal threaded portions thereof from the external threads of the neck of the container permitting the cap to be removed therefrom.
Container cap and compounds
An apparatus configured for accommodating and dispensing a compound into a container is provided. The apparatus includes a body including an upper end portion, a lower end portion, and an opening defining a volume configured for accommodating the compound. The apparatus includes a lid removably coupled and moveable relative to the upper end portion of the body. The lid includes an upper end portion including an exterior surface and an interior surface. Further, the lid includes a protrusion extending downwardly from the interior surface of the lid by a second length greater than a first length of the body. The protrusion includes a gasket interposing between an inner surface of the body and an outer surface of the protrusion.
