A tamper evident band (13,33) is joined to the skirt portion (12) by one or more frangible connectors (14,34). The band (13,33) comprises a first portion (15,35) extending generally away from the skirt portion (12) and a second portion (16,36) hingedly connected to the first portion (15,35) and movable between a first moldable orientation and at least a second operable orientation. For closure (10), the second portion (16) comprises a plurality of curved undercuts (18) extending at least partially into a cavity of the closure (10) when it is in its operable orientation. For closure (30), the inner surface (35a) of the first portion (35) can have a plurality of inwardly extending protuberances (40) positioned thereon.
TETHERED PLASTIC STOPPER
The present invention relates to tethered plastic stopper having a tamper band having an offset wall, a closure shell having a peripheral wall, and a hinge connected to the closure shell and a bottom edge attached to the tamper band. The closure shell is also separably connected to the tamper band through a weakness line. The peripheral wall extends around a portion perimeter of the stopper forming a first end at one edge of the peripheral wall and a second end edge at the other edge of the peripheral wall. The offset wall extends between the first and second ends of the peripheral wall at the opposite of the hinge.
TETHERED PLASTIC STOPPER
The present invention includes a tethered plastic stopper having a tamper band, a closure shell having a plurality of tongues, and a hinge attached at a bottom portion to the tamper band and attached at a top portion to the closure shell. The closure shell is separably connected to the tamper band through a weakness line. The plurality of tongues each extend outwardly relative to the periphery of the stopper and being positioned around a periphery of the stopper.
Double tamper evidence cap for a neck of a container, system including said cap and a container and method for manufacturing said cap
The invention pertains to a screw cap for a neck of a bottle composed of an upper part removeable from the neck and a lower park non-removeable from the neck and which is a tamper evidence band (TEB) linked to the cap's skirt by frangible connection bridges designed to be broken at the first licit opening of the bottle. TEB also displays any breaking of the cap before the first container opening, thanks to additional lower markers which are composed of annularly regularly distributed frangible connection bridges. Upper frangible bridges and lower frangible bridges are below the top edge of the neck in the original closed position of the cap and define a top ring of the TEB which is intact after the first licit opening.
Tethered, Hinged Closure
A closure includes a cap having a top wall and a skirt perpendicular to the top wall and extending downwardly from the top wall to a lower edge. The skirt includes an inner surface having a sealing formation. A band is concentric with and attached to the lower edge of the skirt by a plurality of frangible members. The band remains coupled to the body of the closure even after being removed from a container.
CLOSURE FOR A CONTAINER AND CONTAINER WITH SUCH A CLOSURE
The present invention relates to a closure for a container with a base element and a flip-top lid attached to said base element by a hinge. The flip-top lid can be moved between an opened and a closed position. The base element has a skirt with attachment means for attaching the closure to the container, and said flip-top lid has a top cover and a sidewall. The closure comprises an actuating region with a latching element, wherein said actuating region is tiltable and/or deformable relative to the remaining regions of the sidewall between a latching position and a released position. The present invention also relates to a container with such a closure.
CAP FOR A CONTAINER
What is described here is a closing cap (1) for a container (2), in particular for a container (2) intended to contain pressurised beverages. The cap comprising a lateral wall (3) extending around an axis (Z) and a transversal wall (4) positioned at one end of the lateral wall (3), a separating line (5) being provided on the lateral wall (3) to define a retaining ring (301), which extends as far as a free edge (304) and is configured to internally engage with a locking ring (206) of a neck (201) of the container (2), and a closing element (302) removably engageable with the neck, so as to open or close the container. The cap comprises an inner thread structure, positioned on the inside of the lateral wall (3) of the closing element (302) to engage with an outer thread structure of the neck (201) and to removably couple the closing element (302) to the neck (201) of the container (2). The inner thread structure (305) extends in a spiral around the axis (Z) and comprises at least two vent grooves (306) which extend axially and interrupt the inner thread structure (305) thereby defining first segments (307), near the transversal wall (4) and second segments (308), over which the first segments (307) are axially superposed; wherein each of the first segments (307) extends angularly in a continuous way and at least one segment of the second segments (308) is interrupted by a vent passage (309), to facilitate the discharge of the pressure.
OPENING/CLOSING DEVICE FOR A CONTAINER POURABLE PRODUCTS
An opening/closing device for a container for pourable products is disclosed. The device includes a collar combinable with the container at a perforable portion thereof, a moveable cap by a first guiding means, which are interposed between the cap and the collar, on the outer surface of the collar, and a cutting element constrainedly movable by second guiding means, which are interposed between the cutting element and the collar. Inside the collar, the device has pushing means for the cutting element, which are actuated by the cap during its first displacement on the outer surface of the collar, for promoting the displacement inside the collar of the cutting element in the direction of the perforable portion. The cap is also has a through hole for pouring product and a lid adapted to seal, or open, the passage of the through hole.
TETHERED PLASTIC SCREW STOPPER
The present invention relates to tethered plastic stopper having a closure shell and a tamper band that separably connected to the closure shell by a plurality of bridges that connect a bottom edge of the closure shell to a top edge of the tamper band. Each bridge is configured to be stretched and broken when the closure shell is moved from a first orientation prior to opening to a second orientation after opening. The stopper further includes a strip and a hinge. The strip is intended to connect to the closure shell at a junction point and has an extremity located at an end of the top weakness line positioned above a first set of bridges located along the bottom weakness line. The hinge is intended to link the strip and the tamper band. The hinge is positioned beneath a set of bridges located along the top weakness line.
TETHERED PLASTIC SCREW STOPPER
The present invention relates to tethered plastic stopper having a closure shell, a tamper band, and an annular ring.
