A safety capsule for a container, comprising: a threaded closure cap (2) for closing the container; a cover (3) for said cap (2), said cover (3) comprising a base (30) and a lateral wall (31) that extends from said base (30); said base (30) and said lateral wall (31) overlying said cap (2); a press-fit engagement means (5) that enables transmission of motion from the cover (3) to the cap (2) for unscrewing said cap (2); means (6) preventing extraction of the cover (3) from the cap (2), said means (6) comprising:
a) a strip (60), being part of the cover (3), bent towards the inside of the cover (3);
b) a stopping abutment (61), being part of the cap (2), intended to abut said strip (60) at least whenever there is an attempt to pull out the cap (2) from the cover (3).

A closure for closing an opening defined by a finish of a container. The closure includes a main body and a tamper band. The tamper band is connected to the main body by a plurality of bridges. A hinge of the closure is configured to permit the main body to pivot relative to the tamper band.

A cap for a container comprises: a retaining ring intended to remain associated with a neck of the container; a closing element movable between a closed position and an open position; at least one connecting band for keeping the closing element connected to the retaining ring even in the open position. The retaining ring comprises engaging members suitable for engaging with the neck in order to prevent the retaining ring from being pulled off the neck. The engaging members comprise first engaging elements and second engaging elements which extend towards the inside of the retaining ring. The first engaging elements have a shape different from the second engaging elements, so as to be in contact with the neck in the open position, in order to obstruct rotation of the retaining ring around the neck.

A 2-piece closure includes a cap having a first skirt perpendicular to, and extending downwardly from, a first circular top wall. The first skirt includes a groove and a first anti-rotation formation. A tamper band attaches to the first skirt by frangible members. A cap cover includes a second skirt extending downwardly from a second circular top wall. The second circular top wall and the second skirt define an interior having a groove engagement formation and a second anti-rotation formation. The cap cover encloses a portion of the cap, with the groove engagement formation and the groove engaged. The first and second anti-rotation formations interact to restrict rotation of the cap cover relative to the cap.

The present disclosure describes bottle closure assemblies which are made at least in part with a polyethylene composition having good processability, good organoleptic properties and good dimensional stability. The bottle closure assembly includes a cap portion, an elongated tether portion, and a retaining means portion. The retaining means portions engages a bottle neck or an upper portion of a bottle. The elongated tether portion connects at least one point on the cap portion to at least one point on the retaining means portion so as to prevent loss of the cap portion from a bottle.

A closure includes a cap having a top wall and a skirt perpendicular to the top wall and extending downwardly from the top wall to a lower edge. A container closure for closing the pour opening-(33) of a container, has a screw cap with a free edge, ­a security ring connected by a break-off web to the free edge and has-engagement means, ­a first holding strip with first and second ends, the first end (39) is fixedly connected to the free edge and the second end fixedly connected to the security ring, and ­a second holding strip with third and fourth arm ends, wherein the third end is fixedly connected to the free edge (25) and the fourth end is fixedly connected to the security ring. The first, second, third, and fourth ends are arranged one after the other in the circumferential direction on the free edge and on the security ring. The length of the first and second holding strips are between 27% and 32% of the outer diameter of the screw cap.
