Container cap easily separate collection
The present disclosure relates to a container cap which is easily and separately collected and, more particularly, to a container cap which is easily and separately collected, in which when the container cap is opened for use, a state in which the container cap is connected to a container is maintained by a display ring, and when it is required to completely separate the container cap from the container for separate collection, the display ring is simply separated by a cut part by external force without a separate tool. To achieve this, the cut part including cut bridges formed from one end or both ends of a cut silt in a lengthwise direction of the cut slit to a lower end of the cut slit is formed in a container cap having a cap body and a display ring.
Threaded tamper evidence finish and closure for container
A tamper evidence closure is provided for rotatably engaging with a finish of a container to seal contents within the interior of the container. A multiplicity of thin connections attach a tamper evidence band to a circumference of the tamper evidence closure. A segmented cam extends around the circumference of the tamper evidence band. An angled lower surface of the cam facilitates passing the tamper evidence band over a tamper evidence ledge of the finish during assembly of the tamper evidence closure onto the container. An upper surface of the cam engages with the tamper evidence ledge to break the thin connections and retain the tamper evidence band positioned on the finish during loosening of the tamper evidence closure. Multiple overhang portions above the cam press against an upper portion of the tamper evidence ledge to ensure that the tamper evidence band remains engaged with the tamper evidence ledge.
Closure for a container, a tamper indicating band, a combination and a method
A closure for a container, the closure comprising a top panel, a skirt extending from the periphery of the top panel, and a tamper indicating band frangibly connected to an open end of the skirt at a line of weakness, the band including a retaining segment (109) on an inner surface thereof so arranged, when the closure is in a closed position on a neck of the container, to engage under an engagement surface of a retaining structure arranged on the container neck, wherein the tamper indicating band includes at least one indent (117) arranged on an outer surface of the tamper indicating bond.
Manufacture of cap for container
A cap for a container is formed so that the cap has a top plate and a circular sidewall. Two opposite sides of the circular sidewall circularly connect to each other, one periphery of the circular sidewall connecting to one surface of the top plate forming a closed end, and another periphery of the circular sidewall at an opposite side of the closed end forms an opened end. Incision lines are in the circular sidewall. The incision lines form a ring member located at the opened end of the cap separated from a main body of the cap by a first incision line in between the opened end of the main body and the ring member. The ring member is connected to the main body by a plurality of connecting portions.
APPARATUS FOR INTRODUCING AN ADDITIVE TO A CARBONATED LIQUID
A closure device for firing an additive into a carbonated beverage bottle with a neck comprises a cap member and a housing. The cap member includes a pressurised tank containing the additive and a propellant and has a bottom aperture. The housing engages with the neck and includes a plug member which engages with the bottom aperture. The cap member can be lifted relative to the housing from a first armed or closed position in which the plug member closes the bottom aperture to a second firing position in which the plug member provides a communication path from the tank through a nozzle in the plug member.
BEVERAGE CAP
The embodiments described herein are directed to a high density polyethylene cap with various flex points that act as hinges or stretch points, whereby the cap behaves similar to a low density polyethylene cap when installed on a bottle neck
Child-resistant containers having spinning collar cap assemblies and methods for the manufacture thereof
Child-resistant containers or packages having spinning collar cap assemblies are provided, as are methods for manufacturing such containers. In various embodiments, the child-resistant container includes a container body having an inner cavity, an opening to the inner cavity, and a container neck circumscribing the opening. A spinning collar is retained around the container neck and is rotatable relative thereto in at least a first rotational direction. The child-resistant container further includes an overcap, which is sized and shaped to enclose the opening when attached to the spinning collar. Through the provision of a suitable threaded interface the overcap can be (i) detached from the spinning collar by rotation of the overcap relative to the spinning collar in the first rotational direction and (ii) removably attached to the spinning collar by rotation of the overcap relative to the spinning collar in a second rotational direction opposite the first rotational direction.
Closure with Hinge
A closure that remains coupled to a container after the upper portion of the closure has been rotatably removed from the container. The closure may include an attachment channel, which includes alternating segments of linear openings and frangible connections. The attachment channel may also include two hinge bridges that remain unbroken when one or more of the frangible connections are broken.
CLOSURE DEVICES AND MOLD COMPONENTS FOR MOLDING CLOSURE DEVICES
A molding apparatus for molding a closure device for a container. The closure device may be tethered to the container, and may open and close via a hinged articulation. The closure device includes a cylindrical body comprising hinge-connecting areas with pockets formed in the interior wall and defining an inner surface of the hinge-connecting areas, and hinges extending downwardly from the hinge-connecting areas and positioned at or below a bottom edge of the cylindrical body. The molding apparatus comprises a cavity insert component and a core component that cooperate to form mold surfaces to mold the closure device such that hinges are located below the cap area of the closure device, and hinge-connecting areas formed by projections in the core mold component and recesses in the cavity mold component are located within the cap area are flanked by membranous areas.
DOSER CAP FOR LIQUID CONTAINER
The present invention relates to doser cap for liquid containers. More particularly the present invention relates to doser cap for liquid containers, wherein the cap has storage chamber enclosing powder material or active substance that can be dispensed into the liquid container by rupturing the seal. The doser cap of the present invention comprises bottom cap, top cap, cutting unit, spiral cam slot, pushing rib, and entry groove on top cap.
