The cap (4) configured to be mounted on the container body (2) comprises a cap body (15) formed with a liquid path (24) and a gas path (25) therein, wherein the liquid path (24) is configured for liquid to go through from the container (1) and the gas path (25) is configured for gas to go through to balance pressures inside and outside the container (1), and a top plate (16); characterized in that the top plate (16) is detachably connected with the cap body (15) to seal the liquid path (24) and the gas path (25).

A tamper-evident container closure (10) is provided and comprises a base (15) and a lid (20). The base and lid are connected together by a hinge (25) so that the lid can be moved between a closed position and an open position. The base is attachable to a container neck. Generally opposite the hinge the lid includes a retention member (35), the retention member includes or defines a window (39) and includes a retention portion for engagement with a cooperating portion on the closure and/or on a container neck for holding the lid in a closed position. The closure includes a tamper-evident member (40) at least part of which moves into or out of view with respect to the window to indicate opening of the closure.

A one-piece closure includes first and second closure portions. The first closure portion includes a top wall portion and an annular skirt portion depending from the top wall portion. The annular skirt portion includes an internal thread formation for mating engagement with an external thread formation of a container. The second closure portion includes a tamper-evident band. The present invention provides a closure cap for a container comprising a lid and a shell, and a hinge region for pivotally connecting the lid to the shell and for locking the lid in an open position thereof. The lid comprises a top panel having a tongue adjacent the hinge region and a cylindrical wall suspended from a bottom face of the top panel and connected to the shell via a plurality of bridges which break upon a first opening of the lid. The hinge region comprises a pair of elongate hinge elements spaced apart from each other, and a ratchet-like member disposed therebetween.

A self-destruct-upon-opening cap applicable to a small-diameter connector used for a gastrointestinal tract includes a top lid and a cap body. The top lid is arranged on the cap body and fixedly connected to the cap body, and a connecting structure is arranged at one end of the cap body which is not connected to the top lid. The cap body includes a first casing and a second casing. One side of the second casing which is not provided with the connecting structure extends into the first casing, and a top face of the second casing is provided with serrated protrusions in a circumferential direction. The side of the second casing which is not provided with the connecting structure is fixedly connected to the first casing through ribs or contact points. An inner side face of the top lid is provided with grooves matching with the serrated protrusions.

A self-destruct-upon-opening cap applicable to a small-diameter connector used for a gastrointestinal tract includes a top lid and a cap body. The top lid is arranged on the cap body and fixedly connected to the cap body, and a connecting structure is arranged at one end of the cap body which is not connected to the top lid. The cap body includes a first casing and a second casing. One side of the second casing which is not provided with the connecting structure extends into the first casing, and a top face of the second casing is provided with serrated protrusions in a circumferential direction. The side of the second casing which is not provided with the connecting structure is fixedly connected to the first casing through ribs or contact points. An inner side face of the top lid is provided with grooves matching with the serrated protrusions.
