Disposable Lid with Integrated Straw-type Mouthpiece, Finger Indentations and Pressure Equalization Valve to Fit Standard Sized Disposable Drinking Cups
A lid for a drinking cup that combines a straw and a lid (hereafter referred to as a straw-lid) and which comprises an integrated straw-type mouthpiece portion as a primary feature for the purpose of eliminating the traditional drinking straw. The lid also comprises finger indentations to promote stability while tipping the cup forward to drink from the integrated straw-type mouthpiece, and a pressure equalization valve to encourage ease of flow and prevent a vacuum. The lid is fitted to the top of a variety of standard sized disposable or reusable cups and is constructed of disposable or reusable materials, particularly polymeric by method of thermoforming or injection molding.
DRINK CUP LID
A container includes a cup and a lid. The lid is adapted to mate with a brim included in the cup to close a top aperture opening into an interior liquid-storage region formed in the cup.
COVER AND DRAINAGE FOR A FOOD CONTAINER
Systems and methods for providing compostable food containers, which preserve the quality of a food product for an extended duration of time, and which optionally, allow for cooking of the food product therein. In some implementations, the food containers are sturdy, stackable, insulating, and require minimal or no manual labor to assemble. In some implementations, the food container includes a base and a cover, which cooperate to form a closed chamber for supporting, protecting, insulating and optionally cooking a food product, such as a pizza. The base and cover may each be formed of a single layer of material including, but not limited to, molded sugarcane fiber (“bagasse”), molded wood fiber, molded bamboo fiber, molded paper or plastic.
Condiment container
A condiment container comprises a body having a side wall, a bottom, and an open top, the side wall and the bottom defining a reservoir that can contain a condiment. The side wall includes a steep portion and a ramp portion, the ramp portion having an angle relative to the bottom that is greater than the angle of the steep portion relative to the bottom. A food item, such as a chicken wing, can be inserted into reservoir and applied with condiment, and the food item can be dragged across the ramp portion to distribute the condiment in a desirable manner.
PAPER CUP OF DUAL STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A paper cup of a dual structure according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an inner paper part having a plurality of diameter adjusting portions formed at predetermined angle intervals on one surface; a drink receiving part formed extending from one end of the inner paper part and bending formed into the inner portion of the inner paper part; and a drinking part formed at a boundary between the inner paper part and the drink receiving part and curled in a radially outward direction of the drink receiving part.
Drinking container
A drinking container is provided that can include a lid member and a cup member. The lid member can include a base member and a spout extending up from the base member. The spout can provide a fluid passageway from outside the drinking container to the volume of the cup member so that a child may drink liquid contained within the cup member. When the lid member is removably coupled to the cup member, two or more seals are created around the circumference of the drinking container between the lid member and the cup member to decrease the likelihood of leakage from between the cup member and the lid member when the lid is coupled to the cup member.
CONTAINER AND SEAL ASSEMBLY
The present disclosure relates generally to containers and container lids. In at least one embodiment, the disclosed containers and container lids include an improved seal structure that forms a liquid-tight seal. For example, in certain embodiments, the improved seal structure is included on a built-in ring around the rim of the container. In some embodiments, the improved seal structure is included on a separate container ring for attaching to a container. In these embodiments, the contents of the container may be poured out of the container such that virtually no excess content is trapped in-between seams.
Container
A container has an upper edge, a lateral wall extending around the circumference of the container, and an opening closed by a lid. A latching rim proximate the upper edge latches with a corresponding latching rim on the lid. The latching rims of the container and the lid, respectively, extend at least partially around a circumference of the same. The container lateral wall includes a peripheral skirt having a sub-region extending radially outwardly from the lateral wall. The lid includes a lower lid rim on the outside of the container and at least one extension extending outside the lateral wall of the container. The extension extends below the lower rim of the lid and at least partially penetrates the skirt of the container. The extension and the container include corresponding fixing devices releasable independently of the latching devices formed by the latching rims of the container and the lid.
Container system with base and foldable lid
A container system, including a base with a rim having a pair of protrusions on opposite sides of the base extending into the base; and a lid having a peripheral outer rim. The lid includes a pair of partial peripheral troughs positioned radially inward of the outer rim, ends of the partial peripheral troughs being spaced apart to form a pair of peripheral gaps on opposite sides of the lid to receive the pair of protrusions of the base to attach the lid to the base. The lid has a hinge about which the lid folds as a first part of the lid is lifted to provide access to the interior volume of the base while a second part of the lid on an opposite side of the hinge remains attached to the base.
CONTAINER ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS OF HEATING AND COOLING CONTENTS THEREOF
Container assemblies and methods suitable for cooking, transporting, and storing the contents of the container assemblies while maintaining the contents therein at a desired temperature. Such a container assembly includes a container having a lower wall, side walls, and an opening opposite the lower wall that provides access to a cavity within the container. The container assembly further includes a lid configured to releasably attach to the side walls and thereby enclose the cavity to define a storage compartment. A thermal mass is coupled to an interior side of the lid such that at least a portion of the thermal mass faces and is exposed to the storage compartment when the lid is attached to the container. The thermal mass is configured to be heated to an elevated temperature or cooled to a reduced temperature and maintain the elevated or reduced temperature for a period of time.
