Collapsible container

A collapsible container, in particular a drinking cup, includes a cup-shaped element (2), made from a flexible deformable material, having a lower base part (3), a top part (4) with an opening (4) and side wall sections (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) arranged therebetween. The side wall sections (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) can be folded towards each other along fold lines (7, 8) formed into the material of the cup-shaped element (2). The cup-shaped element (2) can be folded together by twisting the base part (3) to the top part (4). The fold lines (7, 8) are oriented so that the cup-shaped element (2) constricts, as a result of torsion, between the base part (3) and the upper part (4) when twisting the base part (3).

A lid for a drinking vessel is described. In one embodiment, the lid is an insulated lid configured to engage an opening of a container, where the lid is configured to at least partially retain the liquid within the container. The lid may further include a first opening for exposing the contents of the container to the atmosphere and for drinking from the container if desired. Additionally, the first opening may include an insert designed to reduce the heat transfer between the interior and exterior of the container, while in other embodiments aiding in the equalization of pressure between the interior and exterior of the container. Other aspects and embodiments of the present invention will be apparent from the following detailed description, drawings, and claims.

Lid module for a cup

A lid module adapted to cover a top opening of a cup body includes a plug device movably and expandably received inside the inner ring to adapt to a cup body so that the lid module has a water tight engagement with the inner periphery of the cup body when the plug device is in an expanded status and the lid module is freely movable relative to the cup body when the plug device is in a contracted status. A lid has an outer ring, an inner ring integrally formed with the outer ring and a hollow central ring integrally formed with the inner ring and having an inner diameter larger than that of an outer diameter of the tube so that the tube is able to extend into the hollow central ring and be securely received therein and a securing mechanism integrally formed with the inner ring.

A suspension case has a first cap component, a female-male coupler component, a first elastic film held in tension and spanning flat across the female-male coupler component, a body component, a second elastic film held in tension and spanning flat across the body component, and a base component. Each component has interference fits with adjacent components to frictionally hold them together to form the suspension case. An object for display is frictionally mounted between the first and second elastic films. At least one magnification lens is disposed in the first cap component and/or the base component, which can be slidably mounted to move the at least one magnification lens toward or away from the object for display to adjust the focus and/or magnification. The first cap component and/or the base component can include an illumination source to direct light toward the object for display, thereby illuminating the object.

A dual-chambered beverage container assembly for separating two beverages includes a shell that defines an interior space. The shell has a top that is open. A wall is coupled to an inner surface of the shell and bisects the interior space from the top to a bottom of the shell to define a first and second chambers. A first beverage that is positioned in the first chamber is separated by the wall from a second beverage that is positioned in the second chamber. Each of a pair of tubes is coupled to a respective opposing side of the wall. A lower end of the tube is positioned proximate to a bottom of the shell and an upper end extends from the top of the shell. The tubes are configured to permit a user to simultaneously draw the first beverage and the second beverage into a mouth of the user.

FOOD STORAGE AND COOKING VESSEL

According to one example, a vessel for one of cooking and storing one or more food items includes a container and a removable lid. The container has a bottom and an upward extending sidewall that terminates in a rim. The lid includes a central portion, and an annular gasket positioned to surround a perimeter of the central portion. The annular gasket includes an upper portion coupling the gasket to the central portion; a vertical portion descending downward from the upper portion; and a flexible skirt extending horizontally outward from an outer side of the vertical portion. The lid further includes an annular lid rim positioned to surround a perimeter of the upper portion of the gasket.

A refillable storage container such as for use with food products such as coffee, flour, sugar, spices, and the like, includes a container body, and upper and lower closure members. Access to the container contents is easily effected by removal of the upper closure member. To replenish the contents, the container can be inverted, with the upper closure member in place, and the lower closure member removed to permit new contents to be added to the container. The container is thereafter returned to its upright orientation, with older contents thus positioned toward the upper part of the container for use before the fresher contents are used from the lower part of the container.

Container filtration systems

Storage containers and lids for such containers are provided. The lid has a first lid face and a second lid face. The second lid face has a rim configured to attach the lid to a storage bin. On the first lid face and extending to the second lid face is a plurality of apertures to provide airflow through the lid. A seal material extends from the second lid face that is configured to make the airflow path selectively sealable at a continuous wall and closed surface of a corresponding storage bin.
