PACKAGE
A package includes a container formed to include a product-storage region and a mouth arranged to open into the product-storage region and a closure coupled to the container to selectively close the mouth.
CONTAINER APPARATUS
Apparatus and method(s) according to which a first container lid is sealingly engaged against a container body. Once so sealingly engaged, a first portion of the first container lid is detachable from, and re-attachable to, the container body. A security band remains attached to a neck of the container body when the first portion of the container lid is detached from the container body. In one or more embodiments, when detached from the container body, the first portion of the container lid remains connected to the security band via a tether. The tether is formed substantially within security band. The container body is adapted to be stacked onto a second container lid so that a first three-dimensional profile of the second container lid matingly receives a second three-dimensional profile of the container body. In one or more embodiments, the second container lid is identical to the first container lid.
CONTAINER CLOSURE
Closure for a container mouth, the closure comprising: a cover portion (18) for covering at least a portion of the container mouth; a fastener portion (20) for engaging the container for fastening the closure to the container; and a peelable bracing portion (22) extending generally in a circumferential direction of or around an axis of the closure, the bracing portion overlapping at least partly the cover portion and the fastener portion, and configured to reinforce the closure by bearing, as shear stress at an interface between the bracing portion and at least one of the cover portion and fastener portion, support force in or between one or both of the cover portion and the fastener portion.
Seal Stock Laminate
A method for producing a primary laminate including a tabstock by feeding a seal laminate comprising bottom food contact layers including a foil layer and a top polyester layer to a laminating station wherein either the foil layer of the underside of the polyester layer has been printed; simultaneously feeding a tabstock, which is narrower than the seal laminate, to the laminating station such that the bottom of the tabstock and the top polyester layer of the seal laminate come into contact to form a primary substrate, simultaneously feeding a plastic film stock; and continuously extruding a polymeric adhesive between the top face of the primary substrate and bottom surface of the plastic film stock.
Nestable paint can bucket with double tamper evident locking system
A tamper-resistant, refillable paint container featuring a double tamper-evident A locking system. The container includes an inverted frustum conical liquid receptacle with external threading and male locks. A tamper-resistant lid with internal threading, a first tamper-evident locking ring with internal female ratchet locks, and break-off fingers engages the receptacle. A hollow neck extends from the lid, with external threading and male locks. A cap with internal threading, a second tamper-evident locking ring with internal female locks, and break-off fingers engages the hollow neck. The cap is installed onto the lid prior to filling, and the lid with the locked cap is secured onto the receptacle after filling. Removal of the cap or lid causes the break-off fingers to detach, providing tamper evidence. The container enhances user convenience, reduces spills, and provides cost savings through efficient nesting during shipping and storage.

In one or more embodiments, the second container lid is identical to the first container lid.
TAMPER EVIDENT PACKAGE AND CLOSURE FOR PACKAGE
A package includes a container and a closure. The container includes a floor and a sidewall coupled to the floor and extending in an upward direction away from the floor to at least partially define a product storage region. The closure is configured to mount selectively to the container to block access to the product storage region. The closure includes a cover extending across the second end of the container, a skirt coupled to a periphery of the cover and extending in a downward direction away from the cover to engage with the closure mount of the container, and a tamper-evident band coupled to a lower end of the skirt.
Fluid sample container cap
A sample container cap (or cap) is configured to be used with a sample container for collecting fluids. The cap has (1) a bottom portion having a bottom cavity configured to retain a sample container, a bottom opening configured to permit fluid to pass therethrough and into the sample container, and (2) a top portion connected to the bottom portion, wherein the top portion includes a top opening configured to permit fluid to pass therethrough. The sample container cap has at least a (1) a first position in which the top opening and bottom opening are not aligned and the cap is configured so that fluid cannot pass therethrough, and (2) a second position in which the top opening and bottom opening are aligned and the cap is configured so that fluid can pass therethrough and into the sample container.
