A light having a housing portion and a base portion and wherein the housing portion is removably engaged with the base portion. The base portion may be engaged with an insulating device or other container and the light may be configured to turn on when the insulating device lid is opened.

A bag container dispenser includes a bag container. The container is formed of resilient material and has a bottom, a top, first and second sides, a front, a back and a removable access panel. The access panel has a top segment that includes a portion of the top and a connected front segment. The front segment has a height that extends from the bottom to the top. Stacked bags are sized and shaped to fit within the bag container. Each of the bags has a front wall, a back wall, an open top and a closure mechanism. The bags are dispensable from the container through an opening provided by removal of the access panel which may have a removable cover. A dispenser rack has a horizontal platform sized and shaped to support the bag container. Peripheral guards extend upward from the platform and constrain movement of the container during dispensing.

A foot assembly includes a block retainer and a non-skid block. The block retainer is configured to be positioned at least proximate to an edge between a bottom surface and a side surface of a structure. The block retainer includes a planar portion, an angled portion, and a front surface. The planar portion has an interior surface configured to contact the bottom surface. The angled portion is diposed at an angle from the planar portion and includes an interior surface configured to contact an angled contact surface of the structure. The front surface includes a first dynamic coefficient of friction (DCOF). The non-skid block is connected to the planar portion and includes an exterior portion extending from the front surface away from the structure and includes a second DCOF greater than the first DCOF.

A device for transporting a plumbing tool that includes an outer housing defining an interior cavity, the outer housing having at least one rigid panel member having an outer periphery with the rigid panel forming a support base. The outer housing also has at least one reclosable drain hole and at least one reclosable access aperture defined therein as well as member mounted on the outer housing that is, movable between a first position in which the at least one reclosable access aperture is open and a second position in which the movable member is in watertight sealed relationship with the outer housing. The device also has at least one first anchor clamp connected to the rigid panel member of the outer housing and projecting into the interior of the interior cavity defined in therein. The at least one first anchor clamp is configured to releasably engage a toilet auger and maintain the toilet auger in fixed relationship relative to the at least one rigid panel.

A pivoting assembly includes a fixing member and a rotating member. The fixing member includes a positioning portion and a limiting portion. The limiting portion has a limiting surface facing the positioning portion. The limiting surface is a curved concave surface. The rotating member is clamped between the positioning portion and the limiting surface, is configured to rotate relative to the fixing member, and has first and second abutting surfaces and an acting curved surface surrounding thereof. While the rotating member is rotating relative to the fixing member, the acting curved surface bears against and rotates relative to the limiting surface, thereby enabling the positioning portion to selectively abut one of the first abutting surface and the second abutting surface.

The present invention relates to a compact container incorporating a rod-shaped cosmetic container and, more particularly, to a compact container incorporating a rod-shaped cosmetic container, the compact container having a rod-shaped cosmetic container incorporated in a hinge portion thereof to be stored/used such that the compact container and the rod-shaped cosmetic container can be carried and used together. In addition, the present invention relates to a compact container incorporating a rod-shaped cosmetic container, the compact container having a rod-shaped cosmetic container operating member formed therein such that, when the compact container cap is opened, the rod-shaped cosmetic container moves out of the hinge portion of the compact container and, when the compact container cap is closed, the rod-shaped cosmetic container moves into the hinge portion of the compact container, thereby ensuring that the rod-shaped cosmetic container automatically protracts from the compact container or retracts thereto as the compact container is opened/closed.

A merchandise product includes a tool bit case having first and second housing members pivotally coupled together. The tool bit case includes a first and a second modular tool bit holder. The first modular tool bit holder is movably coupled to the first housing member. The second modular tool bit holder is movably coupled to the first or second housing member. The modular tool bit holders are each moveable between a storage position and an in-use position. The merchandise product further includes a clamshell packaging having a front clamshell portion coupled to a rear clamshell portion. The clamshell packaging fully encloses the tool bit case between the front and rear clamshell portions while the tool bit case is in an open position. A floating storage box includes a box that may contain objects. A first float is coupled around the box. The first float is comprised of a buoyant material to float the box when the box is placed in water. A pair of wheels is each rotatably coupled to the box to roll along a support surface. A pair of legs is coupled to the box to abut the support surface. A first lid is hingedly coupled to the box such that the first lid selectively closes the box. A second lid is hingedly coupled to the first lid.

Contact of the first and second abutment surfaces urges the lid and the tab forward as the lid is pivoted to the closed position.
