Lid Assembly and Container Comprising the Same
The present invention is related to a lid assembly for a container, comprising: a first lid; a second lid, removably connected to said first lid; a trigger mechanism, slidably connected to said second lid to slide between a first trigger position and a second trigger position, is provided with a first interaction means and a first engagement means; and a spout, pivotably connected to said second lid, is provided with a second interaction means and a second engagement means, wherein the pivoting movement of said spout is controlled by the operation of said trigger mechanism; characterized in that, said lid assembly is configured to assume a first configuration, a second configuration, and a third configuration.
CUP CAP FOR STRAW CUP AND STRAW CUP
The present disclosure relates to a cup cap 20 for a straw cup and a straw cup 1. The cup cap for the straw cup proposed herein comprises a cap body 30 and a movable cap 40 mounted on the cap body. The movable cap is movable between a closed position and an open position. The cap body is provided with a suction nozzle 34 and a normally closed valve 32. A guide track 46 is provided on a side of the movable cap facing the cap body. During a movement of the movable cap between the closed position and the open position, the guide track passes through the normally closed valve and applies a force to the normally closed valve to open the normally closed valve to balance the pressure inside and outside the straw cup. The present disclosure further provides a straw cup comprising such a cup cap. Embodiments of the present disclosure may prevent leakage, and may prevent hot water in the cup from spilling out from the suction nozzle and causing scald during the opening of the straw cup.
BITE-ACTUATED MOUTHPIECES AND DRINK VESSELS INCLUDING BITE-ACTUATED MOUTHPIECES
Bite-actuated mouthpieces and drink vessels including bite-actuated mouthpieces are disclosed. Bite-actuated mouthpieces comprise a body comprising a dispensing wall, one or more sidewalls extending from the dispensing wall that with the dispensing wall define an internal volume, and an inlet to the internal volume. The self-sealing exit is biased toward a closed configuration and is configured to be selectively reconfigured from the closed configuration to an open configuration responsive to user-applied compressive forces to opposing bite regions. The dispensing wall has a dispensing face opposite the internal volume, and in some examples, the dispensing face is concave.
Systems and methods for a device with an internal vented nozzle
Examples of the present disclosure are related to systems and methods for a pouring device with an internal vented nozzle. More particularly, embodiments relate to a nozzle that is partitioned by an internal sidewall that extends across a chord of a circumference of the nozzle that allows for a vented nozzle with a larger diameter.
Portable beverage container with a robust and easily cleanable seal mechanism
A portable beverage container includes a container body defining an interior adapted to store a liquid, and a lid assembly that includes a lid housing removably coupled to the container body and a spout coupled to the lid housing and movable between a stowed configuration and a dispensing configuration, the spout defining a fluid passageway in selective fluid communication with the interior of the container body. The lid assembly also includes a seal housing carrying a sealing element, the seal housing movably coupled to the lid housing between an in-use position, wherein the seal housing engages the spout such that the sealing element controls fluid flow through the fluid passageway of the spout, and a cleaning position, wherein the seal housing is spaced from the spout to permit cleaning of the sealing element.
Valve assembly for leak resistant straw cup
A valve assembly for a leak resistance drinking cup is selectively configurable between a sealed position and an unsealed position. The valve assembly includes a plug having an inner surface, an outer surface, and an opening extending through the plug from the outer surface to the inner surface. An amount of vacuum acting on the outer surface of the plug needed to move the valve assembly from the sealed position to the unsealed position is less than the amount of internal pressure acting on the inner surface of the plug needed to move the valve assembly from the sealed position to the unsealed position.
DISPENSING FLUIDS FROM DRINKING CONTAINERS
A fluid dispenser includes a lid that defines an opening and that includes a first sealing element. The fluid dispenser further includes a flexible fluid delivery component that defines an interior fluid channel. The flexible fluid delivery component includes a second sealing element configured to cooperate with the first sealing element of the lid to form a fluid-tight seal between the flexible fluid delivery component and the lid and a valve element configured to cooperate with the opening in the lid to regulate an airflow through the opening in the lid.
Environmentally-friendly, anti-contamination suction-nozzle beverage cup cover and processing method thereof
An environmentally-friendly, anti-contamination suction-nozzle beverage cup cover includes a cover body connected to a beverage cup and formed with a suction nozzle mounting chamber at the top of the cover body, a tube insertion hole formed in the mounting chamber, a suction nozzle disposed in the tube insertion hole, a swing sleeve provided outside the suction nozzle and formed with a swing pin fitted into the swing holes, swing holes formed in both sides of the mounting chamber, a connecting ear formed at one side of the cover body, a clamp and a safety catch disposed on and fixed with the connecting ear via a shaft, a return ejector spring disposed in the clamp, a shield disposed on the cover body and in contact with the head of the suction nozzle. The head of the shield is formed with a clamp rib that matches the clamp.
Bottle Closure
A bottle closure includes a body having an upper portion and a lower portion. The body upper portion is formed with a cavity, and a drink spout is disposed in the cavity. The drink spout is in fluid communication with a straw which includes a biasing portion extending from the drink spout and an extension portion insertable in a bottle. The drink spout is moveable between an open position in which the drink spout extends out of the cavity and a closed position in which the drink spout is contained in the cavity. The body also has a drink spout cover movable between a closed position in which the drink spout cover extends over the cavity and an open position in which the drink spout cover enables access to the cavity. The straw biasing portion biases the drink spout and the drink spout cover toward the respective open positions.
LID ASSEMBLY WITH BUTTON-ACTUATED ROTATING STRAW MECHANISM
A lid assembly that includes at least one curved linkage coupling a button to a spout. The spout has a drinking aperture and is configured to convey a liquid to the drinking aperture. The button is configured to slide linearly between button open and button closed positions. The at least one curved linkage is configured to rotate the spout when the button slides linearly. The at least one curved linkage is configured to rotate the spout into a spout open position when the button is slid linearly into the button open position. The at least one curved linkage is configured to rotate the spout into a spout closed position when the button is slid linearly into the button closed position. The liquid is drinkable by a user from the drinking aperture when the spout is in the spout open position.
