A hinge cap formed by an injection-molding comprises an inner lid capable of being attached to a container body, a hinge, and an outer lid that is connected to the inner lid by the hinge to open and close the cap. The inner lid includes a claw portion. The outer lid includes a tubular outer wall portion and a plurality of convex portions as undercut portions and a plurality of concave portions. One convex portion and a concave portion adjacent to the one convex portion form an engaging portion capable of being engaged with the claw portion. An adjacent convex portion adjacent to the engaging portion and a concave portion adjacent to the adjacent convex portion form a mold pressing portion.

A lid is disclosed having a spring mechanism that pushes up an activator lever while also lifting up a flow stopper that keeps fluid from the mug and out through the lid. A button in the side of the lid activates the lever. This button can be locked in either the open or closed position. The open architecture allows for easy disassembly and deep cleaning of all of the parts of the lid. Due to the design of the lid, a mug can be filled without having to remove the lid. Similarly, the user does not have to touch any part of the lid from which water flows. This makes the use of this lid more sanitary.

In some embodiments, a bottle having a closure cap includes a flip top, a base, and a disk, where the base and disk define a mixing chamber configured to facilitate mixing of any serum or liquid separated from the fluid back therein. To provide a hinged cap is capable of preventing liquid content from squirting out and minimizing adhesion of the content on the top face of the cap or around an outer circumferential abutment part, with a simple structure. A hinged cap (100) includes a cap body (110) and an upper lid (130) connected by a hinge (150), with a tubular spout wall (112) provided on an upper surface side of the cap body (110), and a circular suspended part (132) provided on an upper lid top face (131). The circular suspended part (132) has an outer circumferential abutment part (133) that makes contact with an inner circumferential surface of the tubular spout wall (112). The hinged cap includes a liquid build-up prevention part (134) at least in a lower part of the circular suspended part (132) opposite to a part connected to the hinge.

A closure includes a flip-top structure and a tamper-evident band. The flip-top structure is restricted from being opened because it interfaces against an underlying protrusion, such as a thread of a container's neck. To open the flip-top structure the closure is rotated with respect to the container neck. When the closure is rotated with respect to the container neck, the closure is configured such that the tamper-evident band breaks before the flip-top structure is permitted to rotate to an open position. Thus, the closure prevents accessing the container's contents until after the tamper-evident band is broken even with the addition of a flip-top structure.

A child-resistant container including a container body, a lid, and at least one resilient tab is provided. The lid is pivotable about an axis through a hinge joining the lid to the container body to open and close the container. The resilient tab has a proximal portion fixed to the lid, a distal portion projecting from the lid, and at least one abutment on the distal portion. The abutment on the distal portion of the tab is normally biased into engagement with an abutment on the container body when the lid is in its closed position. The distal portion of the tab is displaceable against the bias to disengage the abutment of the tab from the abutment of the container. Displacement of the tab releases the lid so that it can be pivoted about the hinge to open the container.
