Container and method of forming a container

An insulating container can be configured to retain a volume of liquid, and include a canister having a first inner wall having a first end having an opening extending into an internal reservoir, and a second outer wall forming an outer shell. The opening can be sealed by a spout adapter, the spout adapter having an internal passageway extending between the internal reservoir and a spout opening, which may be smaller than the opening of the canister. The spout opening may be sealed with an upper cap that has a magnetic top surface. The upper cap may be selectively coupled to seal the spout opening, or may be magnetically coupled to a magnetic docking surface of a docking structure on the spout adapter.

Flip Open Catheter Package

A catheter package includes an elongated case. A cap is attached to the case by a flexible strap. The case receives the tubing portion of a catheter. The catheter has a funnel attached to the tubing. The funnel has a seal portion releasably engageable with the case. The cap is releasably engageable with the funnel to retain the funnel in contact with the case. A user can flip the cap off the funnel to permit removal of the catheter from the case. The funnel may include ridges or a tactile ring to improve the user’s grip on the funnel. An adaptor may be disposed between the funnel and case to allow mating of different cross sectional shapes of the funnel and case. A hydration device may be inserted in the case. Alternately, a tubular liner may be inserted in the case to separate liquid water on the outside of the liner from the catheter tubing on the inside of the liner. A window in the liner mounts a patch of filter material that permits the passage of water vapor into the interior of the liner.

A beverage container assembly has a container with an opening and a lid that closes the opening. The lid has a mouthpiece that extends laterally outwardly of the container to allow a person's head to remain upright or erect (i.e., minimizing or no head tilt movement) while drinking so as to not impede the user's straight-ahead vision, such as while driving. The mouthpiece is configured so that the container becomes disposed at one side of the nose so that the container is tiltable further as the nose does not interfere with the tilting action.

Container lid and damming insert constructions

Hot consumable container lid constructions and damming insert constructions enable a user/drinker to selectively transfer heat from a relatively hot assembly-contained beverage so as to cool the beverage before it enters the user's/drinker's mouth, and/or prevent inadvertent spillage of the hot consumable so as to avoid scalding of the user. A consumable damming formation is formed in adjacency to the primary outlet for redirecting liquid movement(s) and/or preventing spillage of the liquid before it exits the primary outlet. Certain lid assembly methodologies are also described, which methodologies provide the reader with a more thorough understanding of how the invention functions to achieve the objectives here briefly described.
