BEVERAGE CONTAINER
20190335929 · 2019-11-07 ·

A beverage container includes a first vessel, a second vessel, a cap assembly, a first conduit, and a second conduit. The first and second vessels are vertically stacked and define first and second internal cavities, respectively. The first vessel is disposed above the second vessel. A cap assembly is secured to a top of the first vessel. The cap assembly defines first, second, and third orifices. The first orifice establishes fluid communication with the first internal cavity. The first conduit establishes fluid communication between the second internal cavity and the second orifice. The second conduit establishes fluid communication between the second internal cavity and the third orifice.

The invention relates to a dispensing device for dispensing a fluid product. The device includes a dispensing end; an attachment end; and a dispensing valve provided between the attachment end and the dispensing end and formed by a flexible member and a rigid member. The dispensing valve is actuatable between an open position in which a dispensing channel is formed between the flexible member and the rigid member, and a closed position in which the dispensing channel is closed. The dispensing valve includes a first valve portion and a second valve portion. The second valve portion is located closer to the dispensing end than the first valve portion. The dispensing valve is configured such that a greater biasing force is applied onto the rigid member by the flexible member in the first valve portion than in the second valve portion when the dispensing valve is in the closed position.

DISCHARGE CONTAINER

A discharge container including: a container body having an outer layer body with an outside air introduction hole and an inner layer body held inside of the outer layer body and configured to be deformable to undergo volume reduction; an inner plug having a partition wall covering an opening of a mouth and a sealing tube protruded from an undersurface of the partition wall and in abutment with an inner periphery of the mouth; a discharge cap having a discharge port from which contents are discharged and attached to the mouth to surround the inner plug from outside; and a valve body disposed between the inner plug and the discharge cap and configured to open/close an outflow hole provided in the partition wall, wherein the inner plug or the discharge cap has a deformation suppressing portion in abutment with an outer periphery of a upper end of the mouth.

A discharge container includes: a double-walled container body including an inner layer body and an outer layer body; a discharge cap having a discharge outlet, the discharge cap being attached to a mouth of the double-walled container body; and a check valve structure. The check valve structure has a tubular partition wall defining a flow path of the content and a valve body which is provided on the partition wall with a hinge portion and has a single swing structure, and space inside the partition wall rather on the discharge outlet side than on the valve body side serves as a liquid reservoir space where part of remaining content is stored after the discharge of the content.

DISCHARGE CONTAINER

A discharge container has: a container body and an inner layer body; a discharge cap; and a valve, wherein the discharge cap includes a top wall portion having the discharge port, and a cylindrical side wall portion connected to the top wall portion, and an annular second seal portion and a second engagement portion are provided at an inner peripheral surface of the side wall portion, the second seal portion abutting against a first seal portion of the mouth portion located below the outside air introduction hole on a whole circumference, and the second engagement portion undercut-engaging with a first engagement portion located at an outer peripheral surface of the mouth portion above the first seal portion.

DISPENSING CLOSURES AND DISPENSERS

A dispensing closure for dispensing liquid, comprising an outer nozzle component (6) defining a nozzle opening (66) and a valve assembly (7) disposed in the closure upstream of the nozzle opening, the valve assembly comprising an outer valve element (3) and a generally rigid intermediate valve seat element (4) disposed inwardly of the outer valve element, the outer valve element comprising an outer valve flap (38) and the intermediate valve element (4) defining an outflow opening (451) bordered by an outer seat region (411,471), the outer valve flap (38) being movable between a closed position, in which it overlaps the outer seat region of the intermediate valve element to close the outflow opening (451) against inflow therethrough, and an open position, in which it is deflected away from the outer seat region (411,471) to open the outflow opening for outflow.

VALVE DEVICE FOR AT LEAST ONE LIQUID PLASTIC COMPONENT

Valve mechanism for at least one liquid plastic component or liquid plastic, comprising a closure device that includes a needle which can be pressed against a seat in order to close a valve opening in the valve mechanism, said needle and/or seat being designed or mounted in such a way as to be resilient.

CHECK VALVE STRUCTURE, NOZZLE MEMBER USING SAME, AND SQUEEZE CONTAINER

There are provided a check valve structure that not only prevents backflow of fluid but does not discharge fluid for unintended pressure in a correct direction, and a squeeze container using the check valve structure. A squeeze container includes a container and a nozzle member attached to an opening of the container. The nozzle member is provided with a check valve structure that is closed in an unloaded state, and that blocks a flow of fluid from downstream and allows a flow of fluid from upstream. The check valve structure is opened when an elastic valve element elastically deforms in two stages due to pressure of fluid from upstream (container).

Drink-Through Beverage Container Lids With Spill Resistant Tabs
20180127168 · 2018-05-10 · ·

A drink-through lid with spill resistant tab for use on a beverage container. The lid provides a drink outlet that allows liquid to fill a drink well base, from which a consumer may sip a beverage similar to using a cup. The lid is provided with a spill resistant tab. The tab may include a blade portion which fits through a slit in the drink-through lid. The blade extends outward to a distal blade edge adjacent an interior wall of the beverage container. The blade has a width W.sub.2 as wide or wider than the effective outlet width W.sub.1 of the drink outlet. The lid may be provided with a generally V-shaped groove having a slit at the bottom thereof for passage of the blade therethrough. In an embodiment, the tab may include a Z-shaped connector portion sized and shaped for interlocking mating engagement with the V-shaped grove.
