Straw lid assembly
A straw lid valve assembly includes a cap, a spout, and a valve member. The cap connects with a drinking vessel and includes valve receiving passage. The spout connects with the cap and pivots between a drinking position and a closed position. The spout includes an inner passage that is in fluid communication with the drinking vessel when in the drinking position and is closed off when in the closed position. The valve member is receivable in the cap and includes a drink passage and a vent passage in fluid communication with the drinking vessel when the cap is connected with the drinking vessel and the valve member is received in the cap. The valve member is receivable in the valve receiving passage such that an uppermost surface of the valve member is exposed to ambient when the spout is in the drinking position and the valve member is received in the cap.
Water-blocking and air-enterable structure of dual drinking-mode cup
A water-blocking and air-enterable structure includes a cup lid disposed with a direct drinking mouth assembly and a drinking nozzle assembly. The direct drinking mouth assembly includes a direct drinking mouth flap, a direct drinking mouth plug and an air inlet plug. The cup lid is provided with a spout and a first air inlet. The drinking nozzle assembly includes a drinking nozzle flap, a drinking nozzle seat, a drinking nozzle and an air inlet valve. The cup lid is provided with a second air inlet plugged by the air inlet valve, and a lower end of the drinking nozzle is connected with the air inlet valve through a plastic strip. The structure adopts two drinking-modes of using the direct drinking mouth assembly and the drinking nozzle assembly both being integral structures, the problems of loss of components, difficult assembly, and assembly dislocation can be avoided.
CONTAINER LID WITH ROTATABLE SIPPER AND FLEXIBLE HANDLE
A container lid can include: a body having an opening formed therethrough; a sipping member rotatably coupled to the body, a passageway formed through an interior of the sipping member so as to extend from a proximal end of the sipping member to a distal end of the sipping member, the sipping member configured to rotate between a stowed position in which the passageway and the opening are misaligned, such that the opening is sealed, and a released position in which the passageway and the opening are aligned; and a flexible handle connected at a first end to the sipping member and rotatably coupled at a second end to the body via a pivot pin. The handle can be configured such that a substantially downward force exerted on the handle causes rotation of the sipping member toward the released position.
Drinking device
A drinking device for the retronasal perception of an aroma substance comprises a storage container for drinking liquid, at least one aroma container, through which air can flow, and a transporting channel for drinking liquid. The transporting channel runs from the storage container to a mouth end of the drinking device. The drinking device also comprises an air channel for transporting aromatized air. The air channel running runs from at least one of the at least one aroma containers to the transporting channel for drinking liquid or to the mouth end.
TAMPER/CHILD-RESISTANT DISPENSER
A tamper-resistant nozzle assembly for preventing the unwanted or unintentional dispensing of a material from a container. The nozzle assembly may comprise a base adapted to fit on top of a container holding the material, a mechanism located within the base and configured to provide tamper-resistant properties for the nozzle assembly, a nozzle connected to the base and having a pair of diametrically opposed tabs extending downwardly therefrom into the base, the tabs being capable of travelling radially inward when squeezed by a user, whereby, in a locked state, the mechanism limits the travel of the tabs such that (1) the nozzle cannot rotate relative to the base, and (2) the nozzle cannot be depressed to release the material from the container. When a user squeezes the tabs, the mechanism is in an unlocked state and permits the rotation of the nozzle relative to the base, to thereby enable the nozzle to be depressed relative to the base to allow it to dispense the material from the container.
Dispenser integrated in a cap of a container for granular and/or powdered products
A dispenser (a) applicable to cap of a container (b) for granular and/or powdered products. The present dispenser (a) comprises a cylindrical body chute (10) with the required capacity, which is mounted with the possibility of relative rotation, on a virtual longitudinal (11) axis, in a cradle (2) formed on the wall of a lateral recess of the cap (b) of the container (c), being said chute provided with a projecting peripheral flap (14) acting as a manually operated turning means. The wall of the cradle (2) has an opening (3) facing the interior of the container (c) and the chute (10) has first and second openings (12-13) angularly separated. Chute (10) can run between a product loading position, with the first opening (12) facing the opening (3) of the cradle and the second opening (13) closed by the wall of the cradle, and a product discharge position, with the first opening (12) closed by the wall of the cradle (2) and the second opening (13) facing the outside of the cap.
Dual ball valve straw lid for closed container
A dual ball valve straw lid assembly for a closed container is provided. The dual ball valve straw lid assembly includes one or more of a lid, a liquid ball, a vent ball, and a tube. The lid includes a top and a bottom, and the bottom is configured to attach to the closed container. Each of the liquid and vent balls are pivotably coupled to the lid top and each configured to rotate between open and closed positions. The vent ball is configured to rotate in response to the liquid ball rotates. The tube extends from the lid bottom to within the closed container, and allows liquid in the closed container to be accessed by suction force applied to the liquid ball in the open position. When open, the vent ball allows air to pass between outside and inside the closed container when in the open position.
Dual-Purpose Container Closure
A dual-access closure for a beverage container has a body with a flexible rim adapted to snap over an upper rim of a beverage container, a sealed, elongated enclosure attached to an underside of the body, a first access element adapted to open and close a first opening passing through the body into the sealed, elongated enclosure, a vapor-producing apparatus within the sealed, elongated enclosure and coupled to the first opening, and a second access element adapted to open and close a second opening passing through the body, outside the sealed, elongated enclosure. With the body engaged to the top of the beverage container, a user is enabled to manipulate the first access interface to draw vapor from the vapor-producing apparatus, and to manipulate the second access element to ingest a beverage from the beverage container.
BEVERAGE CONTAINER AUTOMATED SPOUTS AND RELATED METHODS
A cap for a container, such as a water bottle, includes a spout, a state sensor, and an actuator that moves the spout between an open position and a closed position when the state sensor senses a state change for the cap. When a state change is sensed, for example when the container is tilted by a threshold amount, or when a pressure within the container has increased by a threshold amount, an actuator automatically moves the spout between an open position and a closed position. The control mechanism could also track use data, such as how many times the spout has been open/closed, or how much liquid has traveled through the spout.
