A bottle cap that is an apparatus for containing heterogeneous materials, applied in the discharge direction of materials in a container, comprises: a main body coupled to a bottle neck; and a containing unit assembled inside the main body with a storage space. An activated unit is assembled in the center of the upper support unit of the main body. An activation unit for downward movement is coupled to the activated unit so that the activated unit may move downward by a separate activation unit. An opening/closing unit is coupled with the lower part of the activated unit with the above structure in order to seal an opening/closing hole of the storage space.

Disclosed is a dual compartment pouch with a pressure-openable non-seamed line with a configuration in which: a specific portion of a bonding line forms a border of first and second receiving portions; a pressurized opening formed with a cross-section of protrusions and depressions closely attached to upper sides or lower sides of one of the first and second receiving portions having a sealed external portion along an external bonding line and partitioned by an internal bonding line is disposed; and a cutting line for defining a range within which the first receiving portion and the second receiving portion may be separated from a lower side in the center of the internal bonding line to a position that is near the pressurized opening.

A closure (10) for mounting at an opening (O) of a container spout (S) comprises a compartment (32) in which material such as a tablet (T) can be positioned. The compartment comprises a wall (26) that comprises a first region (28) that is surrounded by a second bellows-like region (30) that enables the first region to be displaced from a first position to a second position to cause the material to be released from the compartment. The wall can comprise a protrusion (X) that extends into the compartment such that, when the wall is displaced to the second position, the protrusion can cause the material to be released from the compartment. Also, when the wall is displaced to the second position the first region can act directly on the material to force it out of the compartment.

A bowl for storing and serving food products is provided. The bowl includes a bottom panel connected to at least one side panel. The at least one side panel and the bottom panel form a bowl compartment operable to hold soup or other food items. The bowl further includes a pair of opposed handles positioned at the top of the at least one side panel adapted to facilitate pouring of the contents of the bowl. The bottom panel includes a bottom surface. The bottom surface includes an indentation adapted to store food and tools to accompany the soup. A flexible film is removably attached to the bottom surface of the bottom panel, the flexible film covering the indentation allowing food to be stored in the indentation.

A lid closure for storing and dispensing at least one material into a hot or cold beverage container comprising a one-piece molded lid closure with one or more sealed compartments containing one or more materials, and a stirring element integrally molded to the lid, wherein the sealing floor of the compartments is broken by pulling the stirring element and therefore, the materials are dispensed to the beverage container, where they are then mixed with the stirring element to provide an instant beverage, preferably instant coffee.

A cup lid of a beverage cup for holding a beverage, according to the present invention, comprises: a body portion which can be combined with a cup so as to cover the upper portion of the beverage cup; and a receptor portion which is formed to face at least a partial surface of the body portion at the lower side of the body portion and has at least a portion of the end thereof connected to the body portion to form a space for accommodating a liquid therein, the receptor portion including an inlet for injecting liquid at the upper end, and one or more leak holes in the lower end, through which the liquid can leak due to gravity.

A bottle cap is disclosed, which includes a top portion, comprising a hingeable lid, a middle portion, comprising a reservoir for retaining a material, and a bottom portion, which is surrounded by a threading that further comprises a means for attaching to a bottle. The top portion of the bottle cap further comprises a depressible button for exerting pressure in said reservoir, wherein said reservoir further contains a means for releasing said material into said bottle upon the exertion of pressure from said depressible button.

A method for flavoring an alcoholic beverage includes providing a container. The interior volume of the container is at least partially filled via the inlet tubing of the container with a distilled alcoholic beverage. At least one flavoring agent is positioned in each of the at least one retaining device of the container. The at least one flavoring agent is at least partially suspended in the distilled alcoholic beverage via the at least one retaining device. A flavored alcoholic beverage is removed from the container via an outlet tubing of the container, where the flavor characteristics of the flavored alcoholic beverage are substantially similar to an old aged bourbon or whiskey.

A container for flavoring an alcoholic beverage includes a body having an interior volume. The body includes a bottom section, a sidewall disposed about a perimeter of the bottom section, and a lid section affixed to the sidewall. The container also includes at least one retaining device positioned within the interior volume of the container. Each of the at least one retaining device is configured to retain at least one flavoring agent for suspension of the at least one flavoring agent in the alcoholic beverage when the container is at least partially filled with the alcoholic beverage.

An aroma container for adding an aroma substance to an air flow flowing through the aroma container. The aroma container comprises an upper wall, a lower wall and at least one side wall, which surround an aroma chamber. The container includes at least one air inlet opening into the aroma chamber, and at least one air outlet opening out of the aroma chamber, wherein a carrier substance for the aroma substance is present in the aroma chamber. A head space may be provided between the carrier substance and the side of the upper wall facing the aroma chamber. The carrier substance comprises a nonwoven material, wherein the air permeability L of the nonwoven material at a differential pressure of 100 Pa is L200 l/(m.sup.2.Math.s), and preferably between 220 l/(m.sup.2.Math.s) and 280 l/(m.sup.2.Math.s).
