Adjustable Tightening Apparatus
A tie to secure items therewithin that can be loosened or released to allow the items to be removed therefrom and the tie to be reused. The tie includes an elongated strap having teeth formed thereon that engage with teeth in a locking head to allow movement in only one direction (tightening). A release pad in conjunction with a backplate enables the teeth in the locking head to be disengaged from the teeth on the elongated strap when the release pad is depressed so that the strap can move in an opposite direction (removal). The release pad and the backplate are configured to face away from the items secured within the strap to provide more room for engagement (e.g., by a user's hand) and provide necessary leverage to release the cable tie without need to press the tie against other items (e.g., cables, chassis).
Rebar cover
A rebar cover includes a shaft having a first end and a bottom end with a central bore therethrough. A bar tie is extended into the central bore through one or more openings in a sidewall of the shaft. When inserted into the central bore, a looped portion of the bar tie may loop around the rebar. The bar tie includes a ratcheting mechanism to secure the rebar to the rebar cover. The ratcheting mechanism includes a release lever to place the ratcheting mechanism in an open position, thereby allowing the bar tie to be loosened and the rebar cover removed from the rebar.
Binding tool
A binding tool includes: a flexible strip-shaped belt; a head connected to a base end of the belt and including a through hole through which the belt wound around an object is inserted; a plurality of ratchet teeth protruding from a front surface of the belt at positions spaced apart in an extension direction; and a plurality of ratchet claws locking the plurality of ratchet teeth inserted through the through hole, wherein the head has, on one side in a width direction, a slit through which the belt can be inserted or removed, and the plurality of ratchet teeth and ratchet claws are inclined such that each of one end portions thereof on the one side in the width direction is on a downstream side of the extension direction as compared with each of the other end portions thereof on the other side in the width direction.
CLIPS
A clip comprising a connecting base including a bolt introduction hole that is configured such that a bolt member formed on an object member is introduced thereinto. The connecting base includes flexible engagement strips formed on an inner surface thereof and having pressing blocks. The pressing blocks respectively include engagement claws formed on proximal end portions of inner surfaces thereof. The engagement claws engage the predetermined portions of thread groove of the bolt member, so that the connecting base is connected to the object member. In a connected condition of the connecting base, when the engagement claws are disengaged from the predetermined portions of the thread groove due to an extraction force, edge portions formed on distal end portions of the inner surfaces of the pressing blocks engage different portions of the thread groove of the bolt member.
Fastener for securing bundled articles
A fastener for securing a bundle to a supporting structure includes a fastener body and a slip-resistant pad. The fastener body can include an article mount and a cable tie slot extending transversely through the article mount, the cable tie slot adapted to receive a cable tie. The mount provides support for a bundle and the slip-resistant pad is capable of friction with the bundle to resist axial movement and/or rotation of the bundle.
Rotatable multipositional fasteners
Rotatable multipositional fasteners, devices, systems and methods having fastener receivers attachable and detachable by male and female parts. Each receiver can receive plural ends of straps, such as zip ties, having greater versatility than existing fastening systems. The multi-positional disposition of adjacent rotatable receivers facilitates the reception by the receivers of straps from multiple angles, elevations, and directions. Greater possibilities of proximity between the straps and the receivers can be due to the multiple possible orientations and flexible movement of the receivers. Proximal positioning creates a more aligned, linear connection between corresponding receivers and straps, resulting in reduced stress on the straps. Each receiver can have a plural openings where the insertion ends of the straps are inserted and fastened. A fastening mechanism in the openings of the housing locks with a strap end to form the fastened closure. Other openings in the housing allow for a strap to pass through both sides of the housing.
Connected tie strap and locking device
A connected tie strap, including: integrated fixing tie straps or labeled tie straps, and main rib boards, wherein the main rib boards are perpendicular to the length direction of the integrated fixing tie straps or the labeled tie straps; a shunt is disposed between the fixed heads of the integrated fixing tie straps or labels of the labeled tie straps and the main rib boards; also included is an auxiliary rib board, wherein the auxiliary rib is perpendicular to the length direction of the integrated fixing tie straps or the labeled tie straps; the main rib boards and/or the auxiliary rib is further provided thereon with interval positioning holes or interval positioning post, two ends of the main rib boards and/or the auxiliary rib also being respectively provided with positioning holes and/or positioning posts.
FASTENER HEAD, FASTENER KIT AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING A FASTENER
A fastener head including a body having a cavity for receiving a first end of a cable and a through hole for receiving a second end of a cable. The fastener head may include a first locking mechanism for securing the cable in the cavity and a second locking mechanism for securing the cable in the through hole.
Modular swiveling strap tie system
A strap tie includes a body including a receiving channel and a strap engagement member. The receiving channel extends through the body. The receiving channel is configured to receive a remote strap. The engagement member is configured to engage a movement restriction member of the remote strap to prevent translation of the remote strap away from the body. The strap extends from the body. The strap includes a proximal end attached to the body, a distal end opposite the proximal end, and a plurality of movement restriction members. The rotational element of the body is configured to removably couple to a base to allow the strap tie to rotate relative to the base.
