Absorbent article package with enhanced opening and recloseability
A package containing a plurality of disposable absorbent articles, the package being formed of flexible polymeric film, and having a path of perforations or scoring defining a hood opening structure is disclosed. The hood may be configured so as to serve as an effective package reclosure device whereby the package may be used to store the unused supply of articles following opening.
Product dispensers
A pull tab assembly is described for condiment dispensers such that one or more pull tabs are disposed on a dispenser. An alternative teaches opposing pull tab assemblies placed on either end of a condiment dispenser. A slanted edge associated with the pull tab facilitates the opening of the dispenser. Another embodiment teaches acute angle dispensing devices and alternatively having a flap about the acute angle dispensing devices.
HERMETIC, HYGIENIC, SINGLE-USE PACKAGING FOR CONSUMABLE LIQUIDS
In one aspect, a disposable container for hygienic dispensing of a consumable liquid is disclosed. The container comprises a bag made from a flexible, liquid-impermeable material and has a flexible body portion for containing a consumable liquid and a flexible neck portion with a hermetically sealed mouth. The mouth is for dispensing the consumable liquid upon when opened. The neck portion is in a stored position, tucked inside-out inside the body portion. The tucking results in a continuous fold in the bag. The container also comprises a closure for holding together opposite sides of the bag at the continuous fold to maintain the neck portion of the bag in the stored position, tucked inside-out within the body portion, and to shield the neck portion from external contaminants pending opening or removal of the closure and eversion of the neck portion into a dispensing position.
Self-Sealing Dosepack
A dose pack includes a front panel and aback panel that define an internal volume therebetween. A portion of the front panel, the back panel, or both is configured to be torn, perforated, or cut to open the dose pack. A first guide may be positioned in the internal volume and extend toward a second, opposing edge of the dose pack. A second guide may be positioned within the internal volume and extend toward the first edge. A third guide may be positioned within the internal volume. The third guide is substantially perpendicular to the first and second guides. The first, second, and third guides define a tortuous path of fluid communication through which a fluid is configured to flow, after the dose pack has been opened, in response to the dose pack being exposed to a predetermined force.
Squeezable dispensing package and method
A fluid dispensing container is provided. The container includes a container body formed from a first flexible material defining an interior cavity. The container includes a membrane formed from a second flexible material and a seal coupling the membrane to the inner surface of the container body. The membrane divides the interior cavity into a contents chamber and a dispensing chamber, and the membrane and the seal are configured to be fluid tight to maintain fluid within the contents chamber prior to rupture of the membrane. The rupture stress of the second flexible material is less than the rupture stress of the first flexible material such that, as fluid pressure within the contents chamber increases, the membrane is configured to rupture without the container body rupturing.
FLOOR CLEANER AND FLOOR CLEANING CHEMICAL
A floor cleaner (10) including a fluid supply tank (14) of a first volume, a fluid delivery system (20) in communication with the supply tank, and a sealed pliable container (12) made of water-insoluble plastic film. The sealed pliable container having a second volume, a front panel (30) and aback panel (32) forming the second volume there between. The sealed pliable container having an upper end (38) when the front panel 54 and the back panel are in a vertical orientation, the sealed pliable container having a reinforced panel (42) at the upper end, an aperture (48) positioned through the reinforced panel above a center of gravity of the container. A concentrated floor cleaning chemical is in the sealed pliable container. The concentrated floor cleaning chemical has a formulated volume percent concentration at use dilution being (the second volume/the first volume)100 v/v% floor cleaning chemical.
BUBBLE VALVE FOR FLEXIBLE PACKAGING
The present disclosure relates to a valve, a method for forming a valve, and a package. The valve is made of at least three layersa first exterior layer (i.e., a base layer), at least one interior layer (i.e., a bubble layer), and a second exterior layer (i.e., a channel layer)and an attachment section located on each of at least two of the at least three layers. A bubble is formed between two of the first exterior layer and the at least one interior layer, and the bubble includes an enclosed material. A channel is formed between two of the second exterior layer, the at least two interior layers, and the first exterior layer, and the channel includes an inlet and an outlet. A physical characteristic of the bubble biases the channel towards a closed position that restricts flow of contents from the inlet to the outlet.
Blister package with detachable knife
A disposable blister package according to an example of the present disclosure includes a first portion and a second portion. A cavity is formed in the second portion and contains a compound. The first portion is separable from the second portion at a snap line, and the first portion is operable to spread the compound.
Environmentally friendly liquid container and method of manufacture
A container for liquids comprising a first portion forming an approximate half container portion; a second portion forming an approximate half container portion, the first and second portions having a generally convex exterior shape with flange portions along perimeters thereof; a liquid impermeable barrier film being disposed on a concave interior portion of each of the first and second portions and extending onto the flange portions; the first and second portions being sealed together at the flange portions to form a liquid impermeable container; and there being provided a location on the container for the disposition of a closure device to allow contents of the container, once filled, to be removed.
FLEXIBLE CONTAINER WITH FITMENT AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING SAME
A flexible container is provided. The flexible container includes four panels. The four panels form (i) a body portion; (ii) a neck portion, and a flare portion that extends from the neck portion; (iii) a tapered transition portion between the body portion and the neck portion; and (iv) the neck portion has a reduced width. The flare portion has an expanded end. The width of the flare portion gradually increases from the neck portion to the expanded end.
