The spout main body includes a tubular pouring part, and an attached part attachable to the container on one end side of the tubular pouring part in an axial direction of the tubular pouring part. The closing member closes the one end side of the tubular pouring part, and is fitted onto an inner circumferential surface of the tubular pouring part on the one end side thereof in such a manner that the closing member is capable of being removed from the inner circumferential surface of the tubular pouring part by an external force applied from other end side opposite to the one end side in the axial direction.
Gusset bag and bag-in-box
A gusset bag of the present invention includes a pair of flat surface portions, a pair of side surface portions, a content storing portion which is formed of the pair of flat surface portions and the pair of side surface portions and stores contents therein, an upper content non-storing portion which is provided above the content storing portion and stores no contents therein, a mouth portion provided on one of the pair of flat surface portions, a storing portion upper seal portion which is provided above the mouth portion and partitions the content storing portion and the upper content non-storing portion, an upper cut that has a shape in which at least one portion of a periphery of a predetermined region of the upper content non-storing portion on the storing portion upper seal portion side is not cut and another portion of the periphery is cut, and is formed to penetrate the pair of flat surface portions, and a penetrating portion provided in the predetermined region.
Device And Method For Dispensing Pourable Materials From Packages
A system and method for dispensing a package of pourable contents including: a dispensing apparatus including: (a) a shaft part having a mouth at a distal end thereof; (b) a flange part extending radially around an aperture at a proximal end of the shaft part; and (c) a cutting mechanism nestled in the shaft part, the cutting mechanism having a retracted state and an extended state; wherein the dispensing apparatus is adapted for use with one or more packages.
Sheet member container
A sheet member container including one or more sheet members, including a main-body forming sheet member having an outer film layer and an inner film layer laminated on each other. The sheet member container has a containing portion that accommodates contents, a container main body including the main-body forming sheet member, and a peripheral edge sealing portion in which the one or more sheet members are folded along a folding line.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INTERMEDIATE MATERIAL FOR SOFT PACKAGING CONTAINER, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SOFT PACKAGING CONTAINER, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SOFT PACKAGING CONTAINER PACKAGING BODY
A method for manufacturing an intermediate material for a soft packaging container according to the present invention includes: a first overlaying step P1 of laying a second raw film sheet 120 over a first raw film sheet 110; a confining portion forming step P2 of forming a filler confining portion 50 for confining a filler 59, the filler confining portion 50 being constituted by a non-joined region between the first raw film sheet 110 and the second raw sheet 12, by joining a portion of the first raw film sheet 110 and a portion of the second sheet 12 to each other; a folding step P4 of folding the first raw film sheet 110 and the second sheet 12 with the first raw film sheet 110 on an outer side, such that the filler confining portion 50 is present in a state where an inner portion thereof is continuous on two sides that are connected via at least one folding position; an accommodating portion forming step P5 of forming an accommodating portion 60 by joining a plurality of portions including at least one of the first raw film sheet 110 and the second sheet 12; and a cutting step P6 of forming an intermediate material A1 for a soft packaging container by cutting at least the first raw film sheet 110. This configuration makes it possible to more readily and reliably manufacture a soft packaging container that has a filler confining portion in more regions.
Valve assembly for a food product container of a food product dispensing machine
A food product valve for a container of a food product dispensing machine includes a body and a resiliently flexible member. The body defines a flow passage extending along a centerline, and includes a circumferentially continuous face for sealing contact with the container and an end portion that defines a seat. The resiliently flexible member is sealably disposed in the seat and includes a self-sealing piercing constructed and arranged to open for communication with the flow passage upon a force directed in a radially outward direction.
POURING SPOUT FOR BAG PACKAGING
An injection molded pourer for a pouch pack. The injection molded pourer includes an inner pouring channel having a pouring spout arranged at an upper end of the inner pouring channel and a boat-shaped weld-in portion which surrounds a lower end of the inner pouring channel, and an injection molding gate arranged on an outside. The pouring spout can be closed with a cap. The boat-shaped weld-in portion has boat-shaped ribs which are arranged parallel to one another and which have a gap there-between. A plastic melt can be pressed into the injection molding gate. The plastic melt includes a main plastic material, and a second plastic material which forms an oxygen barrier.
Barrier Spout
A barrier spout is comprised of a straw and a sealboat. The straw comprises a body having a first straw portion and a second straw portion, with an upper opening of the straw at a first end of the first straw portion and a lower opening of the straw at a second end of the second straw portion, the first straw portion and the second straw portion meeting at a second end of the first straw portion and a first end of the second straw portion. The straw is comprised of a barrier material to minimize at least one of oxygen and vapor transmission through the barrier material. The sealboat comprises a sealing material, the sealboat contacting an inner surface of the sealboat forming a liquid seal between the straw and the sealboat.
Collapsible fuel container
A collapsible fuel container that is configured to be transitioned intermediate a first position and a second position wherein its first position the collapsible fuel container is rolled for storage. The fuel container includes a body having a wall defining an interior volume. The body is manufactured from a flexible material and has opposing ends. A rotatable fill nozzle is operably coupled with a dip tube wherein the rotation thereof permits the flow of fluid or inhibits the flow of fluid. A dip tube is fluidly coupled to the fill nozzle and is disposed within the interior volume of the body. A first block member is on an end of the fill nozzle and a second block member is on an end of the dip tube. The rotatable movement of the fill nozzle transitions the orientation of the first block member to the second block member.
