LID
A lid for outfitting a container is provided. The lid includes a cover shell defining a first cavity, a first lid rim defining an opening, and a hinge member constructed to pivotally interconnect the first lid rim with the cover shell. The cover shell releasably lockable to the first lid rim.
Packaging, preferably medical, including two packaging elements
The invention relates to an assembly comprising a transparent “outer” packaging element (1) defining a chamber, and an “inner” packaging element (2) received in said chamber of the outer packaging element (1). Said inner packaging element (2) comprises at least first and second packaging portions (21, 22) that are transparent, each of which has at least one cavity (41, 42) for receiving an article, and a sealing sheet that is at least partially opacifying, and that comprises two portions applied over the two packaging portions (21, 22) in such a manner as to close said cavities (41, 42). The two packaging portions (21, 22) of the inner packaging element (2) are folded over towards each other towards a configuration in which the two portions of said sealing sheet applied over the two packaging portions (21, 22) of the inner packaging element (2) face each other.
FOOD TRAY
A food tray has a lower tray containing a first food product and an upper tray nested stably at least partly inside the lower tray, with the upper tray containing a second food product. An air permeable interface is provided between the upper tray and lower tray to allow venting of steam from the lower tray during cooking. A cover is provided for the food tray. Each of the lower tray and the upper tray are formed of a material that is suitable for use in a microwave or conventional oven. Various constructions may be used to create the air permeable interface, such as lugs, ledges and lips. The upper tray may sit above the lower tray. The trays are nested loosely for ease of removal of the upper tray from the lower tray. Various configurations of cover may be used such as a sleeve, carton or lid. The upper tray may contain the higher value food product.
Shipping pallet arrangement and methods for increasing trailer loads to reduce road milage and cut costs
A shipping pallet arrangement includes a first pallet having a first underdeck opening to a first storage volume under a top deck, said top deck supporting goods for transport; and a first underdeck container holding goods and received within the first storage volume. A method for shipping goods in a transport container includes positioning a first pallet in the transport container, the first pallet having a first underdeck opening to a first storage volume under a top deck having goods thereon; storing goods within a first underdeck container; after the step of storing and the step of positioning, receiving the first underdeck container at least partially within the first storage volume; and after the step of receiving, shipping the transport container.
Portable container and container assembly
A portable container and container assembly provides a durable, functional and simple carry-all solution for dry and wet provisions, goods and gear. Exemplary features of various embodiments include one or more of an overmolded pad on the bottom of the container, a removable handle incorporating a releasable retaining structure, a lid that seals within the container cavity and is flush with the outer periphery of the container sidewall and/or has a cellular internal reinforcing structure, a skirt extending around the sidewall that is integral with handle mounts for the handle and/or provides a connection point for external components, and a drop-in tray with a collapsible handle.
The trays are nested loosely for ease of removal of the upper tray from the lower tray. Various configurations of cover may be used such as a sleeve, carton or lid. The upper tray may contain the higher value food product.
CONTAINERS FOR PARTICULATE MATERIALS
Containers for holding particulate materials are provided. The containers may be formed from molded pulp. The containers may included molded pulp shaped or threaded features formed integrally on the container that may aid in providing closure to the device. The containers may optionally include a fitment and/or liner, or may be free of fitments and liners. The containers may optionally have inner load bearing members. The containers may be stackable
Container and latching system
A container is disclosed that has a base and a lid that is rotatable about a hinge from a closed configuration to an open configuration. The lid may be secured to the base with a latch assembly. A latch assembly may have a locked position and an unlocked position, where the latch assembly includes: a latch body pivotally connected to the lid, a latch button slidably connected with the latch body, the latch button having a latch button-locking member, a latch-locking arm pivotally connected to the latch body, and a latch-locking arm biasing member that exerts a rotational force on the latch-locking arm. When the latch assembly is moved to the locked position, the latch-locking arm may engage the base and rotate against the rotational force from the latch-locking arm causing the latch button to move against the linear force until the latch button-locking member engages the arm-locking member.
Heat insulating container
A heat insulating container includes a bottom box and a surrounding wall surrounding the bottom box. A top portion of the bottom box is open and connected with the surrounding wall. An inner space of the surrounding wall is connected with an inner space of the bottom box, an opening is defined by a top edge of the surrounding wall, a handle portion is downward extended from an external surface of a junction between the bottom box and the surrounding wall, the handle portion and the bottom box are arranged at interval and a rubber strip is arranged wrapping the handle portion. Thereby the user is avoided from directly contacting with the bottom box. Therefore, the heat insulating container could be immediately taken out of a microwave oven after heater by the microwave oven.
SEALED CONTAINER
A storage container includes a bin portion configured to hold items. The storage container also includes a first lid portion configured to close the top of the bin with a substantially airtight seal. The first lid portion has a substantially planar region and a raised rim extending at least most of the way around the periphery of the substantially planar region. Further, the storage container includes a sub-bin portion disposed within the bin portion and coupled to the bin portion.
