Pallet container including feet clearance
A pallet container having a thin-walled rigid plastics material inner container, a tubular lattice frame of horizontal and vertical tubular bars as a supporting jacket, and a base pallet on which the plastics-material inner container bears and to which the tubular lattice frame is fixedly connected. The base pallet is configured as a frame pallet having corner feet and central feet and a clearance in the corner feet and the central feet is provided on the base. The clearance is configured such that when stacking two pallet containers the uppermost encircling horizontal tubular bar of the tubular lattice frame of a pallet container stacked therebelow engages or nests in a mutually adapted and form-fitting manner in the clearance. a secure transportation of two stacked pallet containers, a deeper clearance is formed such that it is deeper in the vertical direction than in the horizontal or radial direction.
Micro-spill prevention trough and method of use
A micro-spill prevention trough and method for use in with intermediate bulk container (IBC) totes is disclosed herein. The micro-spill prevention trough includes an attachment portion rotationally coupled to fluid retention portion. The attachment portion is configured to be secured under a spout of an intermediate bulk container (IBC) tote. The attachment portion includes a bucket portion defining a fluid retention space. The fluid retaining portion defines a second fluid retention space, wherein the fluid retaining portion pivots between an open position and a closed position. In the closed position a front wall of the fluid retaining portion pivots into the bucket portion of the attachment portion to define a fluid retention container.
Pallet container
A pallet container for storing and transporting in particular flammable or easily ignitable liquid filling materials has a composite base plate, a thin-walled rigid internal container made from a thermoplastic plastics material, a tubular lattice frame that as a supporting jacket tightly encloses the plastics-material internal container, and a base pallet on which the plastics-material container bears and to which the tubular lattice frame is fixedly connected. The plastics-material internal container is on all sides enclosed by a fire-protection insulation mat. The composite base pallet is equipped with a heat-resistant support element for maintaining the resistance thereof in the case of heat acting thereon over a comparatively long period at each plastics-material corner foot.
COLLAPSIBLE MULTI-TRAY PACKAGING WITH FLEXIBLE INSERT CELLS FOR TRANSPORT OF GOODS
A collapsible multi-tray packaging with flexible insert cells for transport of goods, includes collapsible frame structure, with opposing inwardly foldable shorter sides and opposing inwardly foldable longer sides, with at least two trays of flexible insert cells, the flexible insert cells are in each tray movably mounted in the inner groove of horizontal guides using sliding elements. The horizontal guides are interconnected with a flexible material between individual trays. On the two outer faces of the opposing shorted sides, there are vertical C-shaped guides mounted. In the vertical guides, sliding couplings are movably mounted, these couplings being firmly attached to the outer face of the horizontal guides. To the outer face of the horizontal guide of the first top tray there are suspension hooks attached, which are suspended with their curved part from the top face of the opposing shorter sides of the frame structure.

A transportation and storage container (20) for fluids having an inner container (22) made of plastic, an outer jacket (31) preferably realized as a lattice made of metal as well as a pallet-like base frame (24) formed for being handled by means of forklifts or similar modes of transportation, and comprising a support base (23) made of sheet metal for supporting the inner container (22) provided with at least one filling neck (45) at an upper side (47) of the inner container (22), wherein an intermediary container (21) receiving the inner container from all sides and made of sheet metal is arranged between the inner container (22) and the outer jacket, said intermediary container (21) comprising a jacket case (25), a container lid (26) connected to the jacket case (25) and a container bottom connected to the jacket case (25), the container bottom being formed by the support base (23) of the base frame (24).

Container having a self-supporting cover for an outlet
A container for transporting and storing liquid, viscous or pourable substances, in particular a container of the Intermediate Bulk Container type, includes a base, a side wall and at least one outlet recess in the base and/or the side wall, in which an outlet valve is or can be arranged and which is closable on the outside of the container by a cover. The cover has a base section, by which the cover is fastened or fastenable to the container, and a closure section that is hinged on the base section via a hinge assembly such that it can pivot about a rotational axis. The hinge assembly is designed to hold or lock the closure section in a self-supporting manner in a position releasing the outlet recess.
Retractable handle assembly, valve using the same and intermediate bulk container
Retractable handle assembly used in a valve of an Intermediate bulk container (IBC) includes a valve body, a valve core, and a valve stem. The valve stem is used to drive the valve core to move so as to open/close the valve. The handle of the handle assembly is connected to the valve stem and can be rotated around the central rotating axis of the valve stem. When the valve needs to be opened/closed, the handle is rotated around the central rotating axis to a deployed state to open/close the valve. The handle is rotated around the central rotating axis to a retracted state so as to reduce the space occupied by the valve for the valve to be welded to the liner bag or installed to IBC. The handle can be switched between a deployed state and a retracted state.
PALLET CONTAINER
The present invention relates to a pallet container (10) for storing and for transporting in particular hazardous liquid or free-flowing filling materials, having a thin-walled rigid inner container (12) from a thermoplastic plastics material, having a tubular lattice frame (14) of horizontal and vertical tubular bars (18, 20) which are welded to one another, said tubular lattice frame (14) as a supporting jacket tightly enclosing the plastics-material inner container (12), and having a base pallet (16) on which the plastics-material inner container (12) bears and to which the tubular lattice frame (14) is fixedly connected, wherein the base pallet (16) is configured as a composite embodiment or as a frame pallet having corner feet (22) and central feet (24) from plastics material, steel, or timber, wherein for stacking pallet containers (10) of identical types on top of one another a clearance (32) in the corner feet (22) and the central feet (24) is provided on the base along the external edges of all four sidewalls of the base pallet (16), said clearance (32) being configured such that when stacking two pallet containers (10) on top of one another, the uppermost encircling horizontal tubular bar (18) of the tubular lattice frame (14) of a pallet container (10) stacked therebelow engages or nests in a mutually adapted and form-fitting manner in the clearance (32), wherein for a secure transportation of two filled pallet containers (10) stacked on top of one another by means of a forklift truck, a deeper clearance (32) is formed such that it is deeper, i.e. up to twice as deep (or high) in the vertical direction than in the horizontal or radial direction.
MOLDED CONTAINER ASSEMBLY
A molded container assembly includes a pallet, a molded container, and a plurality of connection systems. The pallet supports the molded container thereon and includes stacking alignment structure for stacking the pallet on another molded container assembly. The molded container includes a tank portion, several leg supports, and several buttresses. The tank portion includes several curved sidewalls and a fill opening. The leg supports include lower sections and upper sections that extend above the fill opening for spacing a pallet stacked on top of the molded container above the fill opening. The upper sections include pallet engaging structure for engaging pallets of at least two different types. The buttresses extend between the tank portion and the leg supports. The connection systems include washers that allow for shrinkage and expansion between the molded container and the pallet in a number of directions.
