Bag in box packaging having an inserted panel for receiving a spout of the bag for corner dispensing
The bag in box packaging comprising an inner bag, an outer carton and an inner spout retaining member. The inner bag defines a cavity with a spout coupled thereto. The outer carton includes a front wall and a first sidewall positioned adjacent the front wall, both extending from a bottom wall to a top wall. The inner spout retaining member including a first panel spanning diagonally from the first sidewall to the front wall obliquely relative to each wall and spaced apart from a side edge joining the front wall to the first sidewall, to define a triangular cross-sectional configuration. The first panel includes a spout retaining slot extending thereinto. The spout extends into the spout receiving slot so as to capture the spout within the cross-sectional configuration and directed toward the side edge. The inner bag is positioned on the opposite side of the first panel.
Bag in box container
A bag in box container having one or more features for lifting the bag in box, deploying the tap dispenser of the bag in box conveniently, storing a dosing cup, or conveniently using the bag in box container.
Bag-in-Box Container for Storing and Transporting Liquids with a Maximum Security Tap for Consumption Directly or by Means of Flexible Tubes
The invention relates to a bag-in-box container for storing and transporting liquids with a maximum safety tap for direct consumption through flexible tubes, for housing a filled bag with two opposite vertical positions for handling and transport, and another position for dispensation, with better safety control and a content outflow anti-blocking system; and spouts with direct connection to tube lines for the conduction of and mixing with other products at a distance, or for visible dispensation without touching the container at a shorter distance, with another end tap, a flow interrupter with a deformable elastic element connected with flanges that can be actuated between normal and safety closed positions, a nozzle that can be connected to one of the spouts for direct dispensation into the mouth, and a set of measurements printed on the box to help sorting and recycling the components of the container.
Delivering tap equipped with internal silicone valve with automatic closure with multiple liquid-sealing and tamper-preventing systems
A tap is described for delivering liquids from a container: including: a main body to be placed at the delivery end of the container; a valve inserted between a lower fastening body and the main body, which includes slits to ensure the air-tightness allowing liquids to pass only when opening the tap; the lower fastening body to be placed on the delivery end of the container; and an upper plug placed over the main body; the main body includes a tamper evident warranty ring integrated and removable when first opening the tap; and the upper plug is assembled on the main body and anchored to the warranty ring integrated in the main body.
Inliner for a pallet container
The present invention relates to a cuboid-shaped flexible inliner from a plastics film, having an upper filling connector and a lower removal connector, the cuboid-shaped flexible inliner for a pallet container for storing and for transporting liquid or free-flowing filling materials, having a thin-walled rigid internal container from a thermoplastic plastics material, a tubular lattice frame, and a rectangular base pallet on which the plastics-material internal container bears and to which the tubular lattice frame is fixedly connected cuboid-shaped flexible inliner in the a lower removal region has a corresponding wall recess, directed inward and adapted to the protective-housing-shaped molding of the rigid plastics-material container, having a flexible removal connector molded thereon, which is configured so as to bear completely in an exact fit on the internal surface of the molding that protrudes in a protective-housing manner into the interior of the rigid plastics-material container.
Fitment with propylene-based blend component and flexible container with same
The present disclosure provides a fitment. In an embodiment, the fitment includes a top portion, a base, and a channel extending through the top portion and the base for passage of a flowable material. The fitment is composed of a polymeric composition. The polymeric composition comprises: (i) from 60 weight % to 90 weight % of a propylene-based polymer having a density of 0.900 g/cc and a melt flow rate greater than 10.0 g/10 min; and (ii) from 40 weight % to 10 weight % of a propylene-based plastomer or elastomer (“PBPE”) having a density less than 0.900 g/cc, and a melt flow rate (MFR) from 5 g/10 min to 30 g/10 min. The present disclosure also provides a process for sealing multilayer films to the base of the fitment and the resultant flexible container formed from the process.
Bag in box container
A bag in box container having one or more features for lifting the bag in box, deploying the tap dispenser of the bag in box conveniently, storing a dosing cup, or conveniently using the bag in box container.
Pallet container including an inliner
A pallet container (10). having a thin-walled rigid internal container (12) including a thermoplastic plastics material, a tubular lattice frame (14), as a supporting jacket tightly enclosing the plastics-material internal container (12), and a rectangular base pallet (16) on which the plastics-material internal container (12) bears and to which the tubular lattice frame (14) is fixedly connected. cuboid plastics-material internal container (12) has a protective-housing-shaped molding (26 and a cuboidal flexible inliner (28) including a plastics-material film is inserted in the rigid plastics-material internal container (12), the inliner at the top being connected to the filling connector (30) and at the bottom being connected to the removal connector (32) with removal fitting (24) of the rigid plastics-material internal container (12). The cuboid-shaped flexible inliner (28) in the lower removal region has a corresponding wall recess (34)—having a flexible removal connector (42) molded thereon.
BAG IN BOX CONTAINER
A bag in box container having one or more features for lifting the bag in box, deploying the tap dispenser of the bag in box conveniently, storing a dosing cup, or conveniently using the bag in box container.
Barrier spout
A barrier spout is comprised of a straw and a sealboat. The straw comprises a body having a first straw portion and a second straw portion, with an upper opening of the straw at a first end of the first straw portion and a lower opening of the straw at a second end of the second straw portion, the first straw portion and the second straw portion meeting at a second end of the first straw portion and a first end of the second straw portion. The straw is comprised of a barrier material to minimize at least one of oxygen and vapor transmission through the barrier material. The sealboat comprises a sealing material, the sealboat contacting an inner surface of the sealboat forming a liquid seal between the straw and the sealboat.
