INLINER FOR A PALLET CONTAINER
The present invention relates to a cuboid-shaped flexible inliner (28) from a plastics film, having an upper filling connector (44) and a lower removal connector (42), for a pallet container (10) for storing and for transporting liquid or free-flowing filling materials, having a thin-walled rigid internal container (12) from a thermoplastic plastics material, having a tubular lattice frame (14), as a supporting jacket tightly enclosing the plastics-material internal container (12), from welded-together horizontal and vertical tubular bars (18, 20), and having a rectangular base pallet (16) on which the plastics-material internal container (12) bears and to which the tubular lattice frame (14) is fixedly connected, wherein the cuboid-shaped plastics-material internal container (12) on the base side, in the center of the front wall, has a protective-housing-shaped molding (26), directed inward toward the inside of the plastics-material internal container (12), for disposing a closable removal fitting (24) in a protected recessed manner.
In order to facilitate the use of inliners in pallet containers and in particular to avoid with high reliability a formation of creases by the inliner in the interior of the rigid internal container, it is provided according to the invention that the cuboid-shaped flexible inliner (28) in the lower removal region has a corresponding wall recess (34), directed inward and adapted to the protective-housing-shaped molding (26) of the rigid plastics-material container (12), having a flexible removal connector (42) molded thereon, which is configured so as to bear completely in an exact fit on the internal surface of the molding (26) that protrudes in a protective-housing manner into the interior of the rigid plastics-material container (12).
SEALING CONTAINER
A sealing container is designed to enable a user to adjust the timing of discharging the contents. The sealing container includes: a bag-shaped member for accommodating the contents therein, a sealing film for sealing the bag-shaped member, an opening means so configured that at least a part of which is movable toward the sealing film and is capable of opening the sealing film, an operation unit for performing an operation of moving the opening means, and a discharge means configured to be capable of discharging the contents from the bag-shaped member at a timing different from a timing at which the opening means penetrates the sealing film by operating the operation unit. It is possible for the user to perform only the operation of opening the sealing film by operating the operation unit, so that the user is able to arbitrarily adjust the timing at which the content is discharged from the bag-shaped member of the sealing container.
SYSTEM FOR DISPENSING LIQUIDS
A beverage dispensing system for dispensing alcoholic beverages includes a beverage dispensing package and a connector assembly configured to be coupled to the package. The package includes an outer container and at least one divider positioned within the outer container to form a plurality of compartments. The package also includes a plurality of inner containers, with one of the inner containers positioned within each of the compartments. Each inner container stores an alcoholic beverage and each container includes an outlet to enable the alcoholic beverage to be dispensed. The connector assembly includes a plurality of connectors for coupling to a respective outlet of the inner containers, and a dispensing line coupled to the connectors. The connector assembly couples the inner containers in flow communication with the dispensing line to enable the alcoholic beverages within each of the inner containers to be jointly dispensed through the dispensing line.
Beverage container with internally retained dispenser bottles
The present invention generally relates to liquid, beverage, and/or dietary supplement dispensers. Specifically, embodiments of the present invention are configured to provide a liquid or beverage dispenser that allows for convenient shipping and storage of a liquid, beverage, dietary supplement, dietary supplement mixture or beverage mixture while also providing for safe storage and shipping of one or more dispenser bottles, serving vessels, or similar liquid holding vessels to be used in conjunction with the liquid, beverage, or dietary supplement contained in the dispenser.
Fitment with Propylene-Based Blend Component and Flexible Container with Same
The present disclosure provides a fitment. In an embodiment, the fitment includes a top portion, a base, and a channel extending through the top portion and the base for passage of a flowable material. The fitment is composed of a polymeric composition. The polymeric composition comprises: (i) from 60 weight % to 90 weight % of a propylene-based polymer having a density of 0.900 g/cc and a melt flow rate greater than 10.0 g/10 min; and (ii) from 40 weight % to 10 weight % of a propylene-based plastomer or elastomer (PBPE) having a density less than 0.900 g/cc, and a melt flow rate (MFR) from 5 g/10 min to 30 g/10 min. The present disclosure also provides a process for sealing multilayer films to the base of the fitment and the resultant flexible container formed from the process.
Sealing container
A sealing container is designed to enable a user to adjust the timing of discharging the contents. The sealing container includes: a bag-shaped member for accommodating the contents therein, a sealing film for sealing the bag-shaped member, an opening means so configured that at least a part of which is movable toward the sealing film and is capable of opening the sealing film, an operation unit for performing an operation of moving the opening means, and a discharge means configured to be capable of discharging the contents from the bag-shaped member at a timing different from a timing at which the opening means penetrates the sealing film by operating the operation unit. It is possible for the user to perform only the operation of opening the sealing film by operating the operation unit, so that the user is able to arbitrarily adjust the timing at which the content is discharged from the bag-shaped member of the sealing container.
PORTABLE WATER SUPPLY
A portable apparatus suitable for storing liquids, such as water for consumption. The portable water storage apparatus includes a base, a lid, a plurality of panels, and flexible bladder. The plurality of panels has a folded configuration that forms a stack of overlapping panels in a compact storage configuration of the apparatus, and an unfolded configuration in which the panels extend from the base to the lid forming a chamber in a fill configuration of the apparatus. The chamber is configured to contain the flexible bladder. The base and the lid each may include a hole through which fluid filling and fluid dispensing attachments may be coupled to orifices in the flexible bladder. In a transport configuration of the apparatus, a planar base surface of the base may be oriented vertically, and wheels and telescoping handle of the base are disposed for rolling movement of the apparatus under human force.
Aseptic package fluid dispensing apparatus
A flexible package for dispensing a liquid. The package includes a fitment and a piercing member. The fitment is secured to a wall of the flexible package and has a passageway extending through it and a screw-thread section. The piercing member has a passageway extending through it, a piercing tip, and a screw-thread section. The piercing member is configured for insertion in the passageway of the fitment, with the screw-thread sections engaging each other to cause the piercing tip to penetrate the package, whereupon the liquid within the package can flow into and through the piercing member.
Systems for dispensing alcoholic beverages
A beverage dispensing system for dispensing alcoholic beverages includes a beverage dispensing package and a connector assembly configured to be coupled to the package. The package includes an outer container and at least one divider positioned within the outer container to form a plurality of compartments. The present disclosure relates to an aseptic bag quick connection device (100) wherein a mouth sealing cover (2) or mouth connection piece (3) is mounted at a mouth (1) of an aseptic bag, said aseptic bag mouth (1) has arc-shaped grooves (11) on the upper surface (12), the lower surface (13) of the mouth (1) is sealed with laminate compound film (14), said mouth sealing cover (2) has arc-shaped heaves (21) on the two sides, and said arc-shaped heaves (21) are fastened with the arc-shaped grooves (11) on the upper surface of the bag mouth for sealing; said mouth connection piece (3) is a hollow tube piece and comprises a four liquid discharge holes (38) at the lower middle position of the connection piece (3), and an oblique edge (40) at the bottom of the connection piece (3), the upper and middle part of the connection piece has a rotating arm (34), the latter having a slot (35) in each end of said rotating arm (34), the dimension of the slot (35) being consistent with the dimension of the outer edge of the bag mouth (1) adjacent to the arc-shaped groove (11).
