A tray for carrying a display panel is disclosed, and the tray includes a base configured to support the display panel, supporting members on the base and each having an inner surface corresponding to two adjacent sides of each of corner portions of the display panel, and buffering members coupled to the inner surface of each of the supporting members and configured to contact the two adjacent sides of the display panel, wherein the buffering members are spaced apart from the inner surface of each of the supporting members by a set distance.
Base having mounting portions and elastic pieces for mitigating damaging forces experienced by a device positioned thereon
An apparatus according to one embodiment includes a base having at least three mounting points on an upper surface thereof, an elastic block above each of the mounting points, and an elastic panel coupled to, and extending along, the upper surface of the base in a region between the mounting points. An apparatus according to another embodiment includes a base having at least three mounting points on an upper surface thereof, an elastic block above each of the mounting points, and at least two elastic pads positioned in recesses in the upper surface of the base. An apparatus according to another embodiment includes a base having at least three mounting points on an upper surface thereof, and an elastic panel coupled to, and extending along, the upper surface of the base in a region between the mounting points. The apparatus further includes at least two elastic pads.
Packaging Structure and Delivering Device
A packaging structure is used for carrying at least one carried object. The packaging structure comprises a carrying unit and a covering member. The carrying unit includes a supporting plate, at least one first side plate connected to the edge of the supporting plate, and at least one combing member. The supporting plate has two opposite surfaces, and the first side plate is able to bend to one of the surfaces of the supporting plate, so that the carrying unit is able to present as an unfolded state or a folded state. The first side plate is stacked on the supporting plate when the carrying unit is in the folded state, and the combing member keeps the first side plate stacked on the supporting plate. The covering member is used for positioning the carried object on the carrying unit. The invention also provides a delivering device for clamping and positioning a plurality of the aforementioned packaging structures in an upright manner.
Self-locating structural packaging element
A self-locating structural packaging element, including an elongate portion of material extending, along a longitudinal axis, from a first terminal end to a second terminal end; a vertex, defined along the longitudinal axis, from the first terminal end to the second terminal end; a first packaging element leg, extending laterally from the vertex to a distal end, the first packaging element leg having one or more alternating ridges and grooves, each of the alternating ridges and grooves of the first packaging element leg extending along the longitudinal axis; a second packaging element leg, extending laterally from the vertex to a proximal end, the second packaging element leg having one or more alternating ridges and grooves, each of the alternating ridges and grooves of the second packaging element leg extending along the longitudinal axis; and an alignment extension portion formed in a portion of the first packaging element leg.
Cushioning Member, Packing Body, and Packing Method
A cushioning member includes a cushioning material arranged between a side surface of an object and an exterior box and a positioning member for positioning of the cushioning material with respect to the object. The positioning member includes a holding portion that holds the cushioning material, an engagement portion engaged with an upper surface of the object while the cushioning material held by the holding portion is located at a position set in advance in the side surface of the object, and a coupling portion that couples the holding portion and the engagement portion to each other.
WRAPPED PAPERBOARD PACKAGING
A method of manufacturing a packaging structure. The packaging structure includes a first ply having a first end, a second end, and a first width extending between the first and second ends, a plurality of second plies, and a third ply. The method includes adhering the first ply, the one second ply, the other second ply, and the third ply. The method further includes wrapping the one second ply around the first end of the first ply and not the second end of the first ply, wrapping the other second ply around the second end of the first ply and not the first end of the first ply, and wrapping the third ply around the first ply and the plurality of second plies to form a flat paperboard structure of approximately the first width. Moreover, the method includes bending the flat paperboard structure to form the packaging structure.
PRODUCT PACKAGING SYSTEM
A product packaging system in one embodiment includes a stack of products defining a pair of opposing major side surfaces, a top surface, a bottom surface, and pair of opposing end surfaces; protective corrugated sheets covering two or more of the stack side, top, and bottom surfaces; and a protective end pad covering each of the stack end surfaces. Each protective corrugated sheet includes a pair of longitudinally-extending and protruding corner reinforcement structures disposed along corner regions of the stack. The reinforcement structures are three-dimensional structures having different possible configurations which provide crush-resistance in the assembled product package. The product package collectively comprising the foregoing components is insertable into an outer shipping carton for transit. Some embodiments include banding which holds the stack of products together. In one embodiment, the products may be mirrors.
Corner piece for packaging
A corner piece is provided for forming packaging elements. The corner piece includes an inner member and an outer member having respective apexes. A connecting member connects the inner and outer members and substantially aligns their apexes, while spacing the inner and outer members apart from one another. A securing element is provided in the outer member for securing an exterior edge protector along the outer member. The securing element includes substantially U-shaped retaining walls engageable with the exterior edge protector. In some embodiments, the spacing between the inner and outer members defines retaining cavities for securing adjacent sidewalls of a storage container.
Packaging assembly with corrugated corner elements
A packaging assembly, including corrugated corner elements, each corrugated corner element having a first corner post element leg, extending from a vertex of the corrugated corner element and having one or more alternating ridges and grooves, and a second corner post element leg, extending from the vertex, away from the first corner post element leg, and having one or more alternating ridges and grooves; and at least two endcap elements, each comprising at least one tray layer attached or coupled to at least one support layer, wherein the tray layer extends to four corners and the support layer includes a corner recess formed proximate each corner of the tray layer, wherein each corner recess is formed so as to mateingly engage at least a portion of the first end portion or the second end portion of one of the corrugated corner elements at least partially therein.
