LIQUID STORAGE CONTAINERS AND SYSTEMS
An apparatus and system for storing and transporting fluids, the apparatus comprising a pair of collars, each collar comprising three panels, and a storage container, the storage container having a shape generally of a triangular prism. One of the pair of collars being attached proximate a top of the storage tank, the other of the pair of collars being attached proximate the bottom of the storage tank. The storage container having a generally triangular top plate with at least one port, a generally triangular bottom plate with the top and bottom plate having shapes that generally correspond, and a sidewall extending between the top and bottom plate. Each collar may comprise three elongated panels, each panel having a joining structure at opposite ends, wherein joining structures of the elongated panels are configured for connection adjacent joining structures of another panel to operably connect the three panels.
SHIPPING CONTAINER AND METHOD OF FOLDING A SHIPPING CONTAINER
A foldable container blank includes at four side walls, a top panel foldably connected to one of the side walls, a bottom panel foldably connected to one of the side walls, and at least one internal support structure that is connected to one of the side walls. Each internal support structure includes a first portion that is in adjacent relation with the top panel when the container is in a closed condition, and a second portion that is in adjacent relation with the first portion when the container is in a closed condition. In some embodiments, the foldable container blank is integrally formed. A method of forming the foldable container blank and a method of folding a container blank are also provided.
Product packaging system
A product packaging system in one embodiment includes a stack of products defining a pair of opposing major side surfaces, a top surface, a bottom surface, and pair of opposing end surfaces; protective corrugated sheets covering two or more of the stack side, top, and bottom surfaces; and a protective end pad covering each of the stack end surfaces. Each protective corrugated sheet includes a pair of longitudinally-extending and protruding corner reinforcement structures disposed along corner regions of the stack. The reinforcement structures are three-dimensional structures having different possible configurations which provide crush-resistance in the assembled product package. The product package collectively comprising the foregoing components is insertable into an outer shipping carton for transit. Some embodiments include banding which holds the stack of products together. In one embodiment, the products may be mirrors.
Corner protector and package structure
The present disclosure discloses a corner protector including a strip-shaped corner bead and a connector for connecting the corner bead, wherein the corner bead encloses a rectangular area, and the connector is connected between two adjacent sides of the corner beads. The corner protector of the present disclosure adopts a connector to connect the corner bead with higher hardness, which can ensure that the top edge of the package structure has higher hardness and is not easily broken. The corner protector can be split and assembled as needed, has the advantages of low cost, simple manufacture, simple transportation and storage, and convenient assembly and use.
Cushioning device, display screen storage device, and display screen storage box
The present application provides a cushioning device, a display screen storage device, and a display screen storage box. The cushioning device includes a cushioning block body and a cushioning pad. One side of the cushioning block body defines a holding groove configured for holding and supporting a display screen, and an inner surface of the holding groove is an arcuate surface. A shape of the cushioning pad corresponds to a shape of the arcuate surface. The extrados is fixedly connected with the arcuate surface.
SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND COMPONENTS ASSOCIATED WITH ELECTROCHROMIC PREFORMS
A system for containing electrochromic preforms comprising: a rigid structure defining a compartment; and a vapor barrier disposed within the compartment and adapted to define a selectively sealable internal volume, wherein a plurality of electrochromic preforms are receivable in the internal volume, and wherein the internal volume defines a reference tool for aligning at least one of the plurality of electrochromic preforms. A component adapted to couple with an edge of an electrochromic preform comprising: a body defining an electrochromic preform engagement portion and a tool engagement portion pivotally coupled with the electrochromic preform engagement portion, wherein reducing a dimension of the tool engagement portion increases a corresponding dimension in the electrochromic preform engagement portion.
Cargo smart wall
A method for forming a structural wall section by sandwiching a corrugated metal panel between correspondingly corrugated EPS inner and outer panels. Also disclosed is a structural wall formed from a corrugated metal wall sandwiched between inner and outer EPS panels with a corrugated side on each of the EPS panels engaged with the corrugated metal panel.
Stretchable Protective Liners
A liner to prevent damage to a portion of a fragile item, including at least its rim, includes a stretchable u-shaped ring edge member into which the rim of a fragile item may be inserted, and which frictionally engages the rim by contacting both the inner and outer surface of the fragile item adjacent the rim. The liner, in another variation, also includes a fabric covering that may be removably attached to the edge member and which stretches to cover the outer surface of the fragile item along with the rim. The liner or portions thereof comprise a dishwasher safe material which may have a mesh structure, so the liner can be left on during washing.
Overbox packaging system
An overbox packaging system for a high aspect ratio inner box includes an outer box, at least four modular packaging inserts, and tape to seal the outer box closed. Four modular packaging inserts are adapted to a width of the high aspect ratio inner box by selective removal of zero or more first tear-away pieces and are adapted to a difference in a second dimension of the outer box in the inner box by selective removal of zero or more second tear-away pieces of at least two of the four modular packaging inserts. A second module of additional modular packaging inserts is removed, leaving a first module which is adapted to the width of the high aspect ratio inner box by selective removal of zero or more first tear-away pieces and placed in the outer box with its slot holding a section of the inner box.
Packaging and Shipping Blocks for Flat-panel Products
Described herein are shipping blocks for packaging and shipping flat-panel products. The blocks have chamfered edges to allow the block to slide across uneven surfaces; slots and/or alignment tabs to secure the product to the block; and, walls that are configured to flex when pressure/stress is applied to the block.
