Cushioning material and packaged product
A cushioning material having a multilayer structure includes: a first layer whose strength in a first direction in which the cushioning material extends is stronger than a strength in a second direction that is a direction in which the cushioning material extends and is opposite to the first direction; and a second layer whose strength in the second direction is stronger than a strength in the first direction.
Electronic device and packing structure
A packing structure is a packing structure including an electronic device including a device main body, an accommodation bag accommodating the device main body, a shock absorbing member coming into contact with ribs formed at a bottom surface of the device main body via the accommodation bag, and a packing box accommodating the device main body via the accommodation bag and the shock absorbing member, in which the shock absorbing member is corrugated cardboard having cores extending in parallel with one side of a bottom surface of the packing box, and the ribs extend in a direction intersecting a first direction in which the cores extend.
PACKING MEMBER
A packing member has a housing space and includes a base portion, a pair of side wall portions, a pair of first shock-absorbing portions, and a pair of second shock-absorbing portions. The pair of side wall portions are bent from the circumferential edge of the base portion and are arranged to face each other across the housing space. The pair of first shock-absorbing portions are bent from the circumferential edges of the pair of side wall portions and extend outward. The pair of second shock-absorbing portions are bent from the circumferential edges of the pair of first shock-absorbing portions and extend substantially perpendicularly to the side wall portions in a direction toward the base portion. The base portion has a pair of through holes arranged away from each other. The pair of second shock-absorbing portions have a pair of projections inserted in the pair of through holes.
DEVICE FOR ATTACHING TO A PLATE-SHAPED OBJECT
A device (1) for attaching to a plate-shaped object (2), in which the device (1) has a basic body (3), which has a recess (4) open at least toward one side for receiving a partial region of the plate-shaped object (2). The basic body (3) has a first partial body (5) and a second partial body (6), and the first partial body (5) and the second partial body (6) are mounted on each other so as to be movable relative to each other, and the recess (4) is formed between the partial bodies (5, 6).
Corner protector
A corner protector includes two surface portions having a rectangular shape and interposing a bent portion extending parallel to one side; a notch reaching the bent portion from one side of at least one surface portion of the two surface portions; and a folding line reaching one side of the other surface portion from a terminal end of the notch.
Packaging materials having segments and connectors for releasably detaching portions of neighboring connectors
Packaging materials having segments and connectors for releasably detaching portions of neighboring connectors are disclosed. According to an aspect, packaging material includes segments positioned end-to-end with respect to each other. The packaging material also includes connectors that each include a first portion and a second portion for attaching respective neighboring segments together. Each first portion can pivotally connect its respective neighboring segments together. Each second portion is configured to separate for releasing its attachment of the neighboring segments. Further, the packaging material includes protrusions that are each attached to a respective segment. The protrusions are configured to at least partially abut each other when neighboring segments are pivoted with respect to each other to a corner packaging position.
PACKING CASE UNIT INCLUDING BUFFER MATERIAL
A packing case unit including a case main body and a first buffer material. The first buffer material is formed of a pulp-molding material. The case main body includes a first buffer material mounting hole, a first covering portion, and a first fitting hole. To the first buffer material mounting hole, the first buffer material is inserted. The first covering portion includes a first main covering portion and a first fitting piece. The first main covering portion covers the first buffer material, by being folded. In the first fitting hole, the first fitting piece is fitted by being folded.
Packaging with raising platform and lay-flat construction
Packaging may include a base box having a cavity to receive a product. Cushioning cells formed as rollover structures are configured to hold the product within the cavity. When the rollover structure rotate away from the cavity, a product support panel raises, thereby raising the product within the packaging. The packaging may also easily fold flat, without the need to remove adhesive, thereby enhancing recyclability.
Expandable foam corner protector
An expandable foam corner protector is provided. The expandable foam corner protector includes (i) a first L-shaped bracketing portion; (ii) a second L-shaped bracketing portion; and (iii) an interior channel portion, which is located between the bracketing portions, including a plurality of arc-shaped cuts extending through a thickness in a Z-direction of the interior channel portion. At least a portion of the arc-shaped cuts are aligned along a X-direction and are free to expand to form expanded openings along a Y-direction in response to an external force applied to the interior channel portion along the Y-direction. The interior channel portion is configured to define a generally right angle configured to overlie a corner of an inanimate object, and wherein the first L-shaped bracketing portion, the second L-shaped bracketing portion, and the interior portion define a U-shaped channel including the generally right angle of the interior channel portion.
Combined double-layer buffering modular concave corner protector
A combined double-layer buffering modular concave corner protector, relating to technical field of packaging products. It includes modular corner protectors, and at least two modular corner protectors are provided, affixed to each other and locked by screws and nuts; a groove for assembling product is provided between two modular corner protectors, and a cavity is provided inside the modular corner protector. By combining the modular corner protectors two by two to form a groove, grooves of different sizes can be obtained by adjusting thickness of the first convex platform and second convex platform to protect corners of flat-panel products with a variety of thickness specifications; using screws to fit with nuts to fix two modular corner protectors and firmly press product corner so as to ensure that the product is not easy to fall off in transportation process without use of tape or packing strap.
