INFLATABLE PACKAGING STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF FORMING THEREOF
An inflatable packaging structure, including at least one inflatable panel made of a plurality of layers of thermoplastic material, the at least one inflatable panel includes a plurality of fluid chambers, whereas a one-way check valve is incorporated into at least one of the plurality of fluid chambers, an air supply line, configured to commonly communicate with each of the one-way check valves to supply fluid into the fluid chambers; and at least two sealing edges formed on the at least one inflatable panel, each of which is configured to attach a portion of the at least one inflatable panel to another portion thereof; and wherein the at least two sealing edges extend generally in parallel with respect to each other and configured to form the inflatable packaging structure with at least partially rectangular cross-section, having at least four faces.
PACKAGE STRUCTURE
A package structure comprises a backing plate supporting a target object, at least one pad disposed on the backing plate and fixing the target object, a frame disposed on a lower side of the backing plate, bonded to the backing plate, and supporting the backing plate to fix the pad onto the backing plate, and a side enclosing plate disposed around the backing plate and connected to the pad to fix the pad. The package structure further comprises a magnetic component disposed on the backing plate and attracting a magnetic coating on the target object.
Item protection device and method for use
An item protection device protects the item during shipping, movement or installation. In one embodiment, the item may be a window unit whose corners are protected during shipping, movement or installation. The item protection device may have a locking mechanism that securely locks the item protection device to the item so that the item protection device is not easily knocked off of the item during shipping, movement or installation.
Extractor hood packing system
A packing holder for an extractor hood includes a first receiving portion having a first groove configured to receive edges of first and second parts of a chimney cover, the first groove having a bottom surface that is a first distance from an outer surface of an outer side in a thickness direction; a second receiving portion having a second groove configured to receive edges of third and fourth parts of the chimney cover, the second groove having a bottom surface that is a second distance from the outer surface of the outer side in the thickness direction; and a central receiving portion located between the first receiving portion and the second receiving portion along a longitudinal direction that is perpendicular to the thickness direction, and configured to receive a chimney frame, wherein the second distance is smaller than the first distance.
Corner protector
A corner protector having a pocket for the receipt of an object. The corner protector includes a window in communication with the pocket for the receipt of a portion of the object, and an undulated gripping member that provides a friction fit of the corner protector against the object.
Cushioning apparatus
A cushioning apparatus includes a first connecting block, a second connecting block, a first cushioning block, a second cushioning block, a third cushioning block, and a fourth cushioning block. An outer end portion of the first cushioning block is fixedly connected to the first connecting block. An outer end portion of the second cushioning block is fixedly connected to the second connecting block. A top surface of an outer end portion of the third cushioning block is connected to a top surface of the first connecting block in a flippable manner. A top surface of an outer end portion of the fourth cushioning block is connected to a top surface of the second connecting block in a flippable manner.
Expandable corner cushion for protecting articles during transportation and related systems and methods
A corner protector for protecting a corner of an article includes a first side panel lying in a first plane, and a second side panel lying in a second plane. The corner protector also includes an accordion-like connection structure interconnecting the first side panel and the second side panel such that inner surfaces of the first and second side panels define an adjustable article receiving cavity therebetween.
Folding corner protectors
A corner protector is folded from a single sheet of cardboard or similar material along a plurality of lines of weakness. The corner protector includes multiple layers of protection preventing penetration of an apex of the corner protector by a corner received therein.
PACKING CASE, BUFFER INSERT AND SUPPORT
A packing case, a buffer insert and a support are disclosed. The support (10) is configured to be disposed between each corner of a packing case and a corresponding corner of a LCD screen; the support (10) includes two partition plates (11) arranged perpendicular to each other, and the two partition plates (11) are fixed to each other, a surface of each of the partition plates (11) close to the other partition plate is defined as an inner surface (111), and each inner surface (111) is provided with a locating feature. In this solution, the inner surfaces (111) of the two partition plates (11) of the support (10) are respectively provided with a locating feature configured to position a soft cushion (20).
Corner protector and package structure
The present disclosure discloses a corner protector including a strip-shaped corner bead and a connector for connecting the corner bead, wherein the corner bead encloses a rectangular area, and the connector is connected between two adjacent sides of the corner beads. The corner protector of the present disclosure adopts a connector to connect the corner bead with higher hardness, which can ensure that the top edge of the package structure has higher hardness and is not easily broken. The corner protector can be split and assembled as needed, has the advantages of low cost, simple manufacture, simple transportation and storage, and convenient assembly and use.
