ELASTIC COMPOSITE STRUCTURE HAVING LOW-DENSITY FOAM MATERIAL AND REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE, AND ANTI-COLLISION PACKING OBJECT INCLUDING THE SAME
An anti-collision packing object includes at least one base portion and at least one elastic composite structure that can be connected to the base portion and includes at least one main body and at least one reinforcement structure. The main body can made of a low-density foam material having a density lower than 30 kg/m.sup.3. The reinforcement structure can be made of a paper material, a plastic material, a softwood material, etc., and can be placed in the main body, so that the structural strength of the low-density foam material is enhanced to allow a higher vertical compressive strength for the elastic composite structure and to provide better cushioning effects and supporting strength.
Packing member for electronic device
A packing member for an electronic device includes a packing box for accommodating the electronic device, an accommodating container for accommodating an article packed together with the electronic device, and a cushioning material, including a recessed accommodating portion for accommodating the accommodating container, for holding the electronic device in a state in which the cushioning material is provided between an inner wall of the packing box and the electronic device and in which the electronic device is separated from the inner wall inside the packing box. The cushioning material sandwiched between the accommodating container accommodated in the recessed accommodating portion and the electronic device includes a first cushioning portion contacting the accommodating container and a second cushioning portion separated from the accommodating container by providing a stepped portion from the first cushioning portion toward the electronic device.

PACKAGE STRUCTURE
A package structure comprises a backing plate supporting a target object, at least one pad disposed on the backing plate and fixing the target object, a frame disposed on a lower side of the backing plate, bonded to the backing plate, and supporting the backing plate to fix the pad onto the backing plate, and a side enclosing plate disposed around the backing plate and connected to the pad to fix the pad. The package structure further comprises a magnetic component disposed on the backing plate and attracting a magnetic coating on the target object.
Packaging for an article and method of packaging an article
A packaging for an object and a method of packaging the object are disclosed The packaging comprises a sealable outer box and at least one padded part for insertion into the interior of the outer box. The padded part comprises shaped cushioning parts on its periphery for supporting the padded part on the inside against the side walls of the outer box so as to be secured against displacement. The padded part also includes a recess for the precisely fitting accommodation of the packaged object. Finally, the packaging in accordance with the invention comprises a support insert that, together with the padded part, defines a packaging space for the packaged object within the outer box, wherein the support insert extends at a distance from the side walls of the outer box and forms at least part of a side wall of the packaging space.
Molded fiber cushioning
Packaging may include cushioning elements. Molded fiber cushioning elements may be configured as end caps, and may include independently flexible panels. The cushioning elements may include an upper and lower panel fixed together about their periphery, but free to bend and translate about and along each other otherwise. The cushioning elements may include opposed mechanical bends that are proximate a friction interface, thereby allowing the cushioning element to absorb impact and vibration, and replacing the need for less environmentally friendly cushioning, such as expanded polystyrene or foam cushioning.
PACKAGE CUSHIONING MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME
The present application relates to the filed packages, and in particular, to a package cushioning material and the method for fabricating the same. The technical solution of the package cushioning material mainly lies in comprising a main body protection portion and a side protection portion, both of the main body protection portion and the side protection portion assuming a U-shaped tube shape, the main body protection portion being connected with the side protection portion via a paper board in a fixed way.
SHIPPING CONTAINERS FOR BATTERIES
Shipping containers for batteries are described herein. An example shipping container includes a base defining a cavity, a lid to be coupled to a top of the base to substantially seal the cavity, and an absorbent pad disposed within the cavity to absorb liquid from the battery if the battery leaks.
CUSHIONING DEVICE AND PACKAGING ASSEMBLY FOR BASE STATION ANTENNA
A cushioning device and a packaging assembly for a base station antenna includes an inner cushioning member and an outer cushioning member. Each cushioning member comprises an inflated airbag. The inner cushioning member is configured to abut an end cover of the housing of the base station antenna and to surround at least one protruding member that is provided on the end cover within a cavity defined by the inner cushioning member. The outer cushioning member is configured to cover both ends of the base station antenna.
Extractor hood packing system
A packing holder for an extractor hood includes a first receiving portion having a first groove configured to receive edges of first and second parts of a chimney cover, the first groove having a bottom surface that is a first distance from an outer surface of an outer side in a thickness direction; a second receiving portion having a second groove configured to receive edges of third and fourth parts of the chimney cover, the second groove having a bottom surface that is a second distance from the outer surface of the outer side in the thickness direction; and a central receiving portion located between the first receiving portion and the second receiving portion along a longitudinal direction that is perpendicular to the thickness direction, and configured to receive a chimney frame, wherein the second distance is smaller than the first distance.
