PAPER-BASED CUSHION PACKAGE
An example disclosed article may include a first layer and a second layer, where the first layer and the second layer may be bonded together within a peripheral region, the first layer and the second layer may be spaced apart within a cushion portion, the peripheral region may extend at least partially around the cushion portion, and the first layer may include cellulose fibers. The article may be used as a component of a packaging arrangement that may be entirely recycled using a paper recycling process. Envirotray insert for protecting an object within an outer container
Provided herein is a recyclable and biodegradable packaging insert for holding consumer goods in place within the packaging. In an embodiment, the recyclable packaging insert holds consumer goods which are cosmetics. A GFP Envirotray is designed to protect objects within an outer container (box) from impact or abrasion. Packaging is made from paper or fiber board, corrugated or solid paper board.

A beverage container packaging assembly including a bottom tray, center support, and top tray is disclosed. A bottom tray of molded paper pulp includes a plurality of cup-shaped elements. The cup-shaped elements include a first deformable element and a second deformable element. The first deformable element and the second deformable element include at least two overlapping elements. A top tray of molded paper pulp includes a plurality of bottle neck accommodating spaces. A center support of molded paper pulp is disposed between the bottom tray and the top tray. The center support includes a plurality of beverage container support cavities bounded by one or more center support posts. One or more walls of the beverage container support cavities are configured to surround at least a portion of the beverage container.
Beverage container packaging
A beverage container packaging assembly including a bottom tray, center support, and top tray is disclosed. A bottom tray of molded paper pulp includes a plurality of cup-shaped elements. The cup-shaped elements include a first deformable element and a second deformable element. The first deformable element and the second deformable element include at least two overlapping elements. A top tray of molded paper pulp includes a plurality of bottle neck accommodating spaces. A center support of molded paper pulp is disposed between the bottom tray and the top tray. The center support includes a plurality of beverage container support cavities bounded by one or more center support posts. One or more walls of the beverage container support cavities are configured to surround at least a portion of the beverage container.
TRAY FOR PRISMATIC HONEYCOMB STRUCTURE
A tray including a plate-shaped portion for arranging a plurality of prismatic honeycomb structures having an outer peripheral side surface and partition walls provided on an inner peripheral side of the outer peripheral side surface, the partition walls partitioning a plurality of cells forming flow paths from a first end surface to a second end surface, the plate-shaped portion including: a plurality of corrugated plate-shaped placing portions for placing the prismatic honeycomb structures with the outer peripheral side surface in contact with the placing portions; flat plate-shaped non-placing portions adjacent to each of the corrugated plate-shaped placing portions; and partition walls erected between adjacent corrugated plate-shaped placing portions to prevent the outer peripheral side surfaces of adjacent prismatic honeycomb structures from contacting each other.
BICYCLE PACKAGING SYSTEM
A packaging system for a bicycle includes a rear panel and a front panel that mates with the rear panel to form an enclosure. The front panel partially detaches from the rear panel to lay flat on a ground surface that supports the packaging system such that at least a portion of an interior side of the front panel forms a work surface that covers the ground surface. The packaging system also includes a rear insert positioned within the enclosure, wherein the rear insert includes a tire receptacle configured to receive a rear tire of the bicycle. The packaging system further includes a front insert positioned within the enclosure opposite of the rear insert, wherein the front insert includes a front fork mount attached thereto, and wherein the front fork mount is configured to secure front forks of the bicycle.
BICYCLE PACKAGING SYSTEM
A packaging system for a bicycle includes a rear panel and a front panel that mates with the rear panel to form an enclosure. A system for securely storing semiconductor die and devices employing a waffle pack lid configured to mate with a waffle pack tray. The lid body has an interior surface with a cavity including a shock absorbing layer. There is at least one electrostatic dissipative layer comprising attached to the shock absorbing layer such that the electrostatic dissipative layer seals the compartments on the waffle pack tray.
